Radisson Hotel Orlando International Drive - Orlando

Super bien placé entre Universal et Seaworld, heureusement que nous avions une voiture de Loc car une seule navette par jour pour Seaworld. Le personnel est très convivial, la piscine petite mais très appréciable. Excellent hôtel bien situé à proximité des parcs d'attraction. A recommander vivement.

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour du 27/8 au 1/9. Chambre spacieuse, très grand lit avec matelas gonflable. Au dernier étage, belle vue dégagée. Petit bémol si vous avez des voisins bruyants, les cloisons ne sont pas très épaisses, pour notre part, cela ne nous a pas trop génés. Hotel situé sur l'avenue princiale "Internernationale Drive" décervant […] les 3 parc d'attractions. Un bus "I-Trolley" passe sur toute l'avenue et vous amène de 8h à 23h où vous voulez (à un tarif très avantageux). Mieux que le shuttle de l'hotel dont les horaires ne sont pas compatibles avec les ouvertures des parcs si vous voulez y aller à l'ouverture (comme nous par faute de temps sur place). Pleins de restaurants et de magasins de souvenirs aux alentours (à peds, très raisonnable) et n'oubliez pas de faire les 2 Outlet qui sont également desservie par le "I-Trolley" !! Piscine avec transat et matelas épais ainsi qu'un jacuzzi. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, je le déconseille (celui compris dans le prix est très léger et le reste n'apporte rien de spécial). Prenez plutot un muffins ou un cookie à emporter au snak de l'hotel (moins cher et très bon) et surtout n'oubliez pas d'aller manger des pancakes chez IHOP (International House of Pancakes), le TOP ! Resto cher et pas très bon Service impersonnel Pas de dépanneur ou pharmacie ( genre wal-green) proche ou de resto abordable ( I-HOP ou Denny's etc)

Room was spacious and comfortable and clean. Location was excellent, close to Universal and all the amenities of I-Drive. Priced well, friendly staff. Would book again.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff was very helpful in every way. They made us feel like we were home each and every day. The only downside was the restaurant which we were told was not part of the hotel. They could use some work on the facility and food. The air-conditioning and fans were not working the tables and chairs were literarily coming apart. […] The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could have been. The room was comfortable and the location is convenient. Close to Sea World and close to many restuaurants. My wife is a triathlete and was impressed with the next door YMCA pool facility that can be used by guests. Not your typical YMCA. The hotel was a mile away from Universal Studios and Island of Adventures. At anytime we were in walking distance to all the restaurants and other attractions.

My stay at the Radisson was very pleasant, the room was very comfy and clean. It is conveniently close to all the main attractions and their shuttle bus is a plus. The only thing I did not like was the fact that I could hear everything my neighbors said.

Everything was fine except for the RESTAURANT that was in their.

I really enjoyed my family vacation while staying at this hotel. It has top notch customer service. Very clean and roomy. I loved the fact that it had a gameroom for the kids so when they weren't tired from swimming or the theme parks they were able to have a little fun at the hotel. pool was not clean. people smoking all around. Made it unpleasant for a family environment.

This hotel seems to be poorly managed with much of the equipment and facilities in need of attention and repair. Phones in room either didn't work or were sticky and unacceptable for business travelers. Shower curtain was falling. Staff did not empty ice bucket two days in a row. Pool staff did not make towels available for over an hour even after being […] notified that towel cabinet was empty. My family and I needed a place to stay before our rental home was ready. We stayed at the Raddison for two nights and since the price was so low, didn't know what to expect. Well, we were very happy to find our stay at the Raddison to be a great start to our vacation. Great service, large room, and a perfect location to everything! I got a fantastic deal on this hotel and it made my vacation. The price was great for the comfort we got. Loved this hotel and the staff was super friendly. No complaints. Snagged a 48 hour sale deal!!!!

First time to Orlando and the Radisson Hotel is a reason to revisit. Staff outstanding; recently remodeled hotel and in an extremely convenient location. Walking distances to shops, restaurants, and sites. Excellent customer experience. Thank you, Radisson!

I could not get the sleep number bed remote to work.Please do not stay in room 2228 the noise from air condition motor was extremely loud, I could not sleep the first night,I put in a formal complaint they assured me they were working on the problem The hotel is in a great location, very clean and I will stay there again.

The guest services were exceptional. The staff was always courteous and very helpful. For the price of my stay, it was very enjoyable and I will stay here again when I visit Orlando.

This hotel offers the best value for the price. It's right on I-Drive, about a mile from the convention center and Univeral Studios in two directions. Clean room, comfotable beds, quiet surroundings (considering it's right on I-4), and amazing selection of places to eat. What can one ask for more?

Very pleased with our stay. Hotel was expansive. Didn't feel like we were one in a crowd even though hotel was booked. Walking distance to restaurants and non-amusement park activities. Pool side bar was terrific and staff were wonderful throughout our stay. Pool area was spacious and though it was too cold to swim it didn't stop us from soaking up […] some sun in the nice environment. But i've got to say....the sleep number beds are fabulous! Room was spacious which allowed for playing with our granddaughter and setting up a crib for her in addition to the 2 beds and other furniture. Have to comment that we also REALLY appreciated the FREE parking. Seems you get charged for everything in Orlando so this was a nice perk. We stayed a week and had nothing to complain about, well the pool was cold but that's all! The buffet was good, our room was very clean, they have a Starbucks, washing machines and dryer's, Great service and close to everything......A+ all the way around!

LOCATION This hotel was ideal for me because it was next to the trolley line. There were quite a lot of places to eat which were anywhere from 30 seconds to 15minutes walking distance away. The convention center is a 20minute walk away and only a few minutes via trolley. The CONS The walls are paper thin so pray that you do not have noisy neighbors. Two out of my six nights, there was a crying baby next door. But some music on the radio took care of that. The staff are very helpful and had it not been spring break week AND conference week, I would have switched to a different room. OVERALL Great hotel for the price with amenities such as pool and free WIFI. Can't go wrong. I booked a 2-night stay for my husband an I at the last minute (day of arrival). It was a good price, good location and hotel reviews were positive, so I thought I'd give it a shot. All the King bed rooms were booked, so we got room with 2 Queen beds, which was fine. Upon arrival, the hotel staff was friendly & we were checked in quickly. When we got […] to the room, we were very impressed. It was clean and smelled fresh. No stains on bedding, carpets or ceiling. No grout or shower curtain mildew in the bathroom or dirt built up in the corners on the floor. Lots of towels. It had an in-room fridge & mini microwave, which is a nice convenience not all hotels have. Nice flat screen TV, which I have come to expect, since they are so cheap nowadays. We didn't go by the pool, so I can't speak to that and we didn't use the room service, but the menu looked good. The only negative thing I can say about hotel was the restaurant/bar. It was really nice weather and we wanted to sit outside for a drink, some men smoking cigars outside, so we chose to sit inside. When we walked in, it felt overly warm & had a heavy musty odor (maybe the air wasn't working??). This hotel is one that I would highly recommend to friends. The rooms were clean, spacious and included a large bathroom, flat screen TV and refrigerator. Had no trouble with the wi-fi either. Located on International Drive, it is convenient to Universal, SeaWorld and Wet n Wild. Disney parks are a little further away, but easy access to I-4 negates […] the distance. There are plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the hotel and an outdoor mall about 20 minutes walk. The trolley is also very convenient and runs both ways on International Drive. The pool was nice and large, but I didn't use it. The hot tub was good. The YMCA is located in the rear of the hotel and hotel guests have access to use their facilities. I had one snafu and that was at check-in, but that was from there only being one person at the check in counter. No continental breakfast and the restaurant is not part of Radisson, so you cannot charge meals to your room. I will highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again without hesitation. Very disappointed in this hotel. Shower head was broken, disliked the beds and it was very noisy. Could hear everything next door.

It was a very decent hotel. The restaurant was average. The pool was pretty nice, but very cold. Good location. I would stay again for the same price which was moderate.

This Radisson hotel gives sharper prices than you would normally get at a Radisson. I think they can do this by not spending too much money on hotel maintenance and branding. But for you as a tourist you could not care less.

The hotel is fine, but their attention to detail is a little lacking. For one thing, I stayed there with people from my company for a week-long trade show at the convention center, about 1.5 miles away, and this seems to be the ONLY hotel on the entire strip that did not have a shuttle to the convention center. Strike one. Also, the bar and cafe would […] not allow me to charge my food orders to my room. I thought this was mighty strange, seeing as (1) the cafe is IN the hotel, and (2) the food was middling to mediocre. One of my co-workers said the manager took care of the payment problem on our third day there, but by then I was so tired of the inconvenience and mediocre food that I was eating elsewhere. Strike two. Most of the service was outstanding, with attentiveness and speedy resolution, but I found it odd that the guy at the attractions and tickets desk never seemed to be around. I stood there for 15 minutes one day, and not only did he not return, but NO ONE else had the ability to help me, even though they were not busy with other customers. The rooms and hotel itself are great, so if you're just looking for a place to lay your head that's close to the resorts, this is a great place for it. But if you feel like you'll need any help out of the staff, or you're there for a convention, make sure you have tickets and alternate transportation arrangements ahead of time! Lisez la suite

Hotel was just fine, especially considering the booking price. I had to be in Orlando for business, and the place was clean, friendly and convenient to the convention center. it seemed that one side of one of the sleep number beds may have had a leak. 1/2 of the bed would be completed deflated, and the control was a little wonky but could get it pumped […] back up, not a big deal. On another note unrelated to the hotel - this area is nothing but chains for restaurants, pretty sad. Good small Indian place just above Sand lake rd however. Lisez la suite

We stayed here during the PRI show. It's in a good lacation although not in view from intl dr. The first night they had overbooked and put us in the "resort" part of the property which is not NEAR as nice as the main building. They might have left us there if we hadn't asked why our room was not in the main bldg as the gal behind the desk didn't tell […] us any different. After we saw our room we went back to the desk and asked to see the manager. He said the gal (who had left for the night) should have told us we would be moving to the proper room the next morning. The room in the main bldg was nice and what you would expect of a Radison. BUT,,, they add on a "resort fee" every night for "parking and use of the YMCA facilitys next door". So take that into consideration when booking. All considered it's OK but I wouldn't pay full rate for it. there are MANY more hotels in that same area that would probably be about as nice for a lower price. Orlando is VERY competitive for rooms, there are LOTS of choices available. Lisez la suite

Free bottled water was advertised. I never saw any anywhere. The free wireless internet kept going in and out, and I had to log into various floors in order to maintain a connection. Our room was next to the electrical room - where hotel employees seemed to hang out talking very loudly until midnight every night.
