"Terrible!"
This was the worst stay ever! The bed was hard, the floors were sticky, the ceiling was falling in, and no door on the bathroom! A fight broke out in the parking lot and police and an ambulance showed up! I will never ever visit another America's Best Value because its not!Avis véridique Hotels.com

As soon as we opened the door, the horrible smell pushed us back for a few minutes, it reeked. The bed was hard as rock. A towel in the bathroom had holes. In summary, avoid this hotel at all cost!Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Has Potential"
Staff - male proprietor excellent customer service skills but remaining office staff cold, unfriendly and indifferent. Room - very comfortable, great mini suite for cost of standard room; towels clean but stained; internet didn't work much of the time; good air conditioning, quiet with comfortable bed. Pool - dirty, evident not cleaned daily, wouldn't […] use. Parking lot - not cleaned regularily therefore garbage present. Overall - newly remodeled facility but lacks Hospitality Industry concepts of paying attention to detail, ex. curtains falling off hooks, shower curtain missing, etc. Sufficient for great low cost but don't expect a 3 Star facility.
