Has to be the best hotel I have ever stayed in!!! Comfy sleep number bed! Real new and clean!
"Luxury at a reasonable price"
Stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. Room was was spotless and the bed was better than home! Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful with directions and places of interest. Could not have asked for a better place for the price! We will stay here again when we have more time.

This hotel was fine, except for two things. Our shower and the thin walls. We didn't have a "real" shower. It was very small and mounted in the middle of the tub - impossible to wash hair! The water also switched from hot to cold and back without warning. Walls were very thin - could hear neighbors talking in normal voices and even when they zipped/unzipped […] their suitcases. "Exceeded my expectations"
When I went to check in, an hour early, the receptionist gladly accommodated me, even offered me an upgrade on my room. I told her that she was exceeding my expectations, and she replied " That's my job"............PERFECT. The breakfast ,(additional cost) , was worth it. Great location, fair price. The staff was friendly, there were plenty of stores and restaurants near the hotel to enjoy ad the hotel bar itself had a nice crowd. The room was incredibly comfortable. And while we had one minor issue with the hotel airport shuttle (being charged when we were told it was free), it was immediately rectified when we contacted the front desk manager. Room had an objectionable odor when I arrived. Smelled a bit like a dirty mop had been used. I had to leave for an appointment, so did not change rooms. Ran the a/c while I was gone; that seemed to help. I spoke to the desk clerk about it when I checked out the next morning. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Reception desk appeared to be under-staffed. It took 15 minutes to check in.

The hotel is right off the interstate and close to just about any type of restaurant you're looking for (mostly chains but some nicer spots too). I traveled for business and found it convenient. The description of the rooms I read included mention of a garden view. This isn't the case - there is no garden and my room looked onto a row of trees in front […] of the interstate. Not a big deal at all but don't be fooled if you see the same description. The breakfast was pretty good - they make good omelets (as long as you're willing to pay $10). The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant servers could have been friendlier and more helpful but not so much that it bothered me. As a mother traveling alone with my two boys, I was completely comfortable staying at this hotel. The accommodations were very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff was VERY frieldnly, from the front desk, to the bar to the maintenance workers we met on the elevator. It was conveniently located to a myriad of eateries, shopping and just […] about any amenity you could desire. While we had considered room service that night, we went with dinner at a nearby restaurant. Nonetheless, the menu selections available at the hotel looked delicious. We enjoyed a full breakfast in the morning with excellent food and service. This Hilton Garden Inn is a central stop in our travels between home and family. "Better than expected."
The staff was very friendly, the bedding was wonderful, the hotel was in excellent condition. The very best part is the breakfast. It is included in some of the packages or can be purchased seperately. The breafast staff is fantastic and the food is as good as any 5 star hotel!! Worth every penny, a pleasure. We would definately return.

We recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Greenville, SC. We got an excellent deal on the room, because they were having a Grand Opening rate. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The hotel staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel would have definitely passed the white glove test. The hotel has a restaurant and bar. We didn't have […] time to enjoy those, but the atmosphere was very inviting. The hotel is very close to a lot of shopping & restaurants.
