bien placé mais chambre petite et odeur de renfermé très forte. personnel accueillant mais pas de wifi et accès internet dans le hall très limité.

A quelques minutes à pied du fameux Shibuya Crossing et pourtant au calme. Le rapport qualité-prix et situation est à recommander. Très contents d'avoir choisi cet hôtel!

Très bonnes prestations dans l'ensemble ! Petit bémol le petit déjeuner à la mode japonaise n'est pas la portée de tous (soupe, poissons, nouilles). Un très restaurant au pied de l'hotel, les sashimis y sont à tomber. Un petit peu caché bien situer sur un plan avant de partir à sa recherche se faire comprendre n'est pas toujours facile.

Hôtel irréprochable (service, état global, standing ..) à 5 minutes à pied de la gare JR/métro, facilement repérable, et surtout au coeur du quartier de Shibuya, idéal pour profiter de la vie nocturne tokyoite (le 109, boutiques, restaurants, arcades, ...) sur le célèbre carrefour. A recommander !

Je reccomande cet hotel pas cher pour tokyo et super bien situé (à 8 minutes du metro shibuya). Le quartier est vraiment génial. Toute la jeunesse branchée de Tokyo s'y donne rendez-vous. Le service hotelier était tout à fait correct, la chambre était très bien (petite par rapport auxnormes françaises).

En plein coeur d'un quartier vivant, proche des grands magasins, proche du parc Yoyogi (je recommande un promenade le dimanche : très animé), proche de la gare JR et du métro.

Cet hotel est situe pres du centre de Shibuya, quartier tres anime et donc tres agreable. Tous les sites touristiques sont facilement accessibles en metro. Je recommande vraiment cet hebergement.

Tres bien situe personnel professionnel et charmant. La chambre n'est pas très grande evitez les bagages encombrant. Juste un bemol la fenetre de la chambre est fermée à clef et aucune vue sur l exterieur (verre depoli) Claustrophe s'abstenir!!!

Bonne situation geographique pour des deplacements dans Tokyo a proximité de la gare de Shibuya. Hôtel nikel propre et confortable...

Un très bon hôtel, à 5 minutes de la gare Shibuya (une des plus grandes gares de Tokyo, située sur plusieurs lignes de trains et de métro). Chambre très propre et très confortable. Parfait pour découvrir Tokyo, quelque soit la durée du séjour.

Very good location !!very good staff, they had an international power point adaptor, clean the room everyday, very fare for what we paid "through internet", we'll come again for sure!!

L'hotel est parfaitement situé à 6-8 minutes de marches du crossing de shibuya, cependant c'est en montée. Shibuya en accès directe depuis l'aéroport avec le narita express pour env 3000 yen Les chambre sont de standard japonais donc, peu d'espace, mais les lits et la salle de bain avec petites baignoire et toilettes à jets japonaises sont très confortable. Internet […] gratuit avec le cable dans les chambres. Parfois un peu poussièreux, mais prix imbattable pour tokyo, 70 euro la nuit pour 2! We enjoyed our stay here, loved the Shibuya area and the hotel was only about an 8 min walk to the subway, yet still quiet.

I was very happy & thought specially the use of free wifi was very important. Also every one at the reception was really helpful.

Didn't understand the map on the website, had to ask locals. Only a few blocks away from JR Shibuya Train and Subway stations. Room was cleaned daily and the front desk is 24/7 which was helpful. The double ensuite was spacious and had an internet port in our room. Free wifi in lobby as well. Perfect location, very clean.

Great hotel in Shibuya. Short 5 to 8 minute walk up from the Subway. In a great part of town that is lively but quiet during the night. Great place to stay!!

Thought this was a great value hotel for the price. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location just up the hill from the main intersection of Shibuya. Things to be wary of are the fact that you don't have control of the air conditioning and that you might end up on a smoking floor. Our room was too warm for my liking, but not unbearable. Also, I think […] we were on a smoking floor. I'm pretty relaxed about stuff like that , especially considering the price, so didn't bother to ask for a different room. Not sure what the reception would have been like if I asked for another. Just something to be aware of if you are picky about stuff like that. The hotel situated in a very nice center of Japan " SHIBUYA ", and for their rate I think it is very reasonable

From mine and my girlfriends visit to Japan, the Tobu Hotel in Shibuya was my favourite hotel by far. The location is perfect and is in the heart of all the action in Shibuya. I was worried that it was going to be loud (being in one of the busiest areas in Tokyo) however I never heard a peep at night even though the nightlife was always bustling. Another […] plus was that it was only 5-10 minutes walk away from Shibuya train station. I've seen a few reviews saying it was too far to walk each time and took '15-20 minutes' but it really did not!!! it was an easy walk and hardly any distance away. On arrival we came a few hours too early due to our early flight from the UK and check in was meant to be at 2pm however because we were so jet lagged and tired the lovely staff at the Tobu hotel (who spoke good English) offered us our room a couple of hours earlier than scheduled. The rooms weren't massive but this is Japan, it was big enough and had all the necessities we needed. Always kept clean each day. The only thing I can pick on is the view outside our window of construction works but that wasn't really a problem for me. overall, I fully recommend the Tobu hotel! Lisez la suite

This was my second trip to Japan and wanted to stay around Shibuya this time. Tobu Hotel is a great location, about 5 minutes walk down the road from the Shibuya station....perfect!!

Probably one of the best decisions of my trip to Japan was to stay in this hotel. The staff is extremely helpful and the location is perfect. I already miss it.

Located about halfway between Shibuya Station and Harajuku Station, I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in March. The staff was pleasant and the hotel room was nice. Despite the construction going on next door, not a lot of noise came through the walls.

The Tobu Hotel at Shibuya is in a great location, just a few minutes easy walk from Shibuya station yet away from the crowds. This convenient and comfortable hotel is only a short walk to the railway station and the famous Shibuya crossing. Great value place to stay. 4 STARS

Shibuya Tobu Hotel is located 5-10 minutes away from Shibuya station. It is convenient to get to from Narita Airport via the Narita Express. Locating this hotel was a pain at first because no passerby could give me any proper directions. It's also located uphill so if you're carrying lots of stuff, it can be a pain to get to. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Upside: The location was excellent - 5min walk from shibuya train station. Near all ammenities, a stone's throw from the hotel. Walking distance to harajuku, omotesando hills if you like strolling (approx 15-20min walk). The room was very clean, decent in size by Japanese standards. We had no issues with staff. […] Fast check-in. The hotel was quiet at night and consisted of a decent (non-rowdy/rude) crowd. Downside: The pillow/bed was really uncomfortable. Great location in Shibuya, within easy walking distance to JR Shibuya station. Hotel has seen better days and there is construction work going right next door, luckilly our stay was over the weekend. We did eat here as there are many cheap eating places nearby

We booked a non smoking twin room from Hotels.com. But when we return to our room after our dinner, there were very strong smell of tobacco. Other then that the room & toilet are bigger then most hotels in Japan. Will surely recommend Tobu Hotel to peokidskin travel without kids.

This hotel is in one of the busiest areas of Tokyo but it great. Easy to find and very pleasant english speaking staff. If i had to pick a downside it would be the view from the room-but it is a big city.

Tobu hotel in Shibuya is small. But It's regarded normal size in Japan. Eventhough the room is small, everything is in perfect condition and working. On every floor it has vending machine opposite the lift. Receptionist is friendly and efficient. Would love to stay here again.

Great value considering its strategic location! But the room and its bathroom is very small. Room is a bit old as well but well with its location, you might spend ur time more out in the neighbourhood than the room :p

I would recommend this hotel to anybody that want to travel within Tokyo and visit the many places that's in the Yamanote line (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Akihabara, Ueno, Tokyo, etc). It's only a 5 - 10 mins walk from Shibuya train station and it's very convenient. Many shops around the hotel too, and if you want, you can spend around 20 to 30 mins to walk […] to Harujuku too. The rooms were small, even for Tokyo but it was comfortable and in a fairly convenient location. It's a bit of a walk (about 5-10 mins) from Shibuya Station but its not too difficult to find.

1st time staying at Shibuya area. If you take the Narita Express, use the Hachiko exit. Note: You have to climb down a flight of stairs. If you have heavy luggage, there may be a different exit with escalators/elevators to get out of Shibuya station, then walk around to the Hachiko exit area to get your bearing to get to the hotel. We slept fine with our window open. I knew the room was gonna be small from the reviews but it is still smaller than I expected. Once you open a luggage on the floor, there's no more walking space. The bathroom is quite well-accessorized and had a deep tub, which allows a nice bath if you're up to it. The room is in general clean but I did see some dust building up near the ceiling on some walls. We had a room near the elevator but it was fine as the elevator dings were silent. I may not recommend this hotel to my parents because of the room size, but it is in a great location and is a decent size. Typical business hotel in Japan, slightly bigger than others but then slightly more expensive. Location is very good. However, one reason I booked this hotel is because it said it had air conditioning. This was very important to us as we knew Tokyo would be quite humid and stuffy when we went, which it was. There were a few buttons labelled "air con" […] in the room but when switched on all you get is heat. I complained about this and the staff told me that the air con is only a heater, to cool the room down you have to open a window! Not my definition of air conditioning! What makes the matter worse is that the hotel is in a busy area which means you will get a lot of noise coming through an open window. So we got an uncomfortably stuffy, noise interrupted sleep. room are very small .no a/c and i ask them they say is the hotel rule that no air condition on oct ,i have to open room window and sleep with for a week this mess up. if you travel with more then 3 lugg get bigger room .
