We wondered why we had to sign a form indicating we were aware that being noisy could include dismissal from hotel. Later in the night we had to call the reception desk to put a stop on the overwhelming noise proceeding from the neighouring teenager room. "Great place to stay to visit the area"
Great place to stay to visit the area. Rooms are good size, well equipped, the bathroom excellent huge walk in shower. The beds and pillows were excellent. The coffee pot, frig and microwave a welcome addition. We used the pool area, no one else there so we had a private family swim . The restaurant had great food, for a family dinner, the service however […] was a little lacking, alot of standing around talking and staring at the customers for both dinner and again at breakfast. We put it off to they must be brand new employees perhaps havent completed their customer service training. "Good enough"
It's overall a pretty decent hotel and experienced quiet and cozy night. What I'd like to mention is about the maintenance things, the bath tub had an issue with water flush and there was no kleenex in the bedroom, which was a bit bothersome. The coffee maker was cute and easy to use, but it must have been better if I didn't see some stain in the water […] tank. All other hotel's quipment and environment was just all right. "Nice hotel and reasonably priced"
I picked this hotel because it is conveniently located close to the facilities of one of my major client. It is a decent hotel, and the staff is very friendly. The chef makes delicious home-made omelettes for breakfast. I would recommend trying one of those. The only pain point for me was the air conditioning unit that serves as heating. This hotel […] deserves a proper central heating, who wants air-con in Canada in winter anyway? The main problem with the air-con unit is that the gaps where it is fixed to the wall let the freezing cold air in from the outside, therefore the unit is constantly pushing hot air into the room to make up for it.
