hotel tres bien situe, mais chambre petite ,climatisation super bruyante et refrigerateur egalemment tres bruyant , dommage ! Par contre un personnel super attentif.

Grâce au réseau autoroutier qui entoure l'aéroport international Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale, celui-ci est facilement accessible en voiture. Hôtel récent, chambres spacieuses mais bruyantes, notre voisin de chambre était au téléphone jusqu'à 2 heures du matin, impossible de dormir. Studio équipé d'un lit et d'un canapé lit, possibilité de se faire à manger. Accueil pas très chaleureux mais petit déjeuner correct. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. L'hôtel est très récent, il a un an. Les chambres sont assez grandes. Très bien aménagées avec tout l'équipement nécessaire pour se faire à manger. Le petit déjeuner inclus. Il y a un petit lunch inclus le midi et si vous n'êtes pas trop gournand, assez de nourriture pour le souper. Il y a un centre d'achats […] pas très loin à pied. Il y a quelques restaurants qui se font entre 5 et 10 minutes à pied. À noter, ne faites pas comme nous et attendre dans la section des shuttles pour le service. Il faut appeler l'hôtel pour qu'ils viennent vous chercher. Il y a un téléphone sans frais juste avec de sortir de l'aéroport. Si vous allez en croisière par la suite, il y a un service de shuttle pour seulement 8 dollars par personne et ils vous débarquent juste devant l'entrée pour le bateau. Vous pouvez l'appeler au retour pour le même service pour 8 dollars. Le service est courtois et très rapide. Gardez la carte d'affaires. En 15 minutes après notre sortie au retour et nous étions rendus à l'aéroport. Très bon hôtel avant de partir en croisière. The hotel was excellent. Very clean rooms and property. The staff was excellent and was very helpful. Free breakfast was delish. The only minor complaint I have was the wifi was not the best. One of the best hotels and staff I have ever had, and I have traveled a lot personally and professionally. We arrived at 9am and figured we would have to hang out until check in time for the day. The staff greeted us and gave us a room, offered us that mornings breakfast, etc. They arranged for multiple shuttles for us to get around the area as well […] as to help us get to the port for our cruise the following afternoon. Staff was so kind and welcoming! Rooms were great!! Full kitchen for making our meals. Stores are in walking distance if you want exercise instead of the shuttle. We walked to Big Lots and KMart to get items for the cruise, like water bottles and soda, that we could not fly with. Will be staying here again!!!!! Hyatt House will also be our choice hotel when traveling through out the country! I can not say enough great things about this hotel and the experience we had!!! "Great Hotel Near Interstate, Shopping and Food."
Hotel was recently built, The room we had was a one bedroom on the second floor. We had a kitchen with fridge. It comfortably fit our group of 4x. Housekeeping was great. Front desk was friendly and fast. 5Minutes from shopping and Food. Food options: TGIFridays, McDonalds, Burger King etc. Shopping is plentiful as Kmart Foot Locker Marshalls Ross and […] BJ's is near by for supplies. Only complaint was a shuttle driver who somehow didn't realize just how many passengers could possibly fit into the van he was driving. "Great price for a quick stay"
Stayed only 2 nights before leaving on a cruise. Was extremely happy with hotel- but you need to take a cab to get anywhere (activities, dinner, etc.). Friends stayed at comfort inn and cruise port across the street- felt like a third world country - very pleased that we didn't tag on to their reservation. Place was new and original desk person was nice. But after about 5:00 they sent the good ones home. A/C blows right on the bed and has battery back up beeping every thirty minutes all night long - just what we needed to keep my entire family up all night before a long travel day the next day. Actually thought sbout going to the airport at 2:00 am to […] get a better night's sleep. Then, to top it off, the desk person at 5:30am was more concerned about the USAir crew people who frequent the place over my problem with the beeping. Fairly close to get to from Airport, right off the highway. It is a little tricky finidng the driveway as it is kind of tucked back away from the road. The room we had was nice, a king studio with a separate seating area, and a full kitchen. We only stayed one night before our flight so didn't take full advantage of the amenities but had some snacks in the evening with free beer and wine. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times before. Usually for less then I paid this time. The room was smaller and the kitchen was missing a few pots and things, along with no soap for the sink. Place was great. Very close to I-95 and easy to get to from Ft. Lauderdale or Miami. Very nice suite that slept a small family comfortably. The only thing that was really wierd is that they had the AC in the hallways way way too cold. Like low 60's or even colder. Why someone would want to waste money to make their hallways too cold, is beyond me.
