Hotel design bien situé. Chambre assez confortable. BOn petit déjeuner.

dont where where to start from.. but simily amazing. but food is expensive! dont why hotel charge so much for a simple breakfast that would cost 7 times less just 5 min outside of the hotel!

Yes its a little bit out of the city but its only a few minutes walk and the harbour Christmas market next door makes up for this. Reception staff were excellent and did everything they could to make it a lovely stay (chocs on reception were lovely) Rooms were clean and shower was really nice. I really enjoyed my stay here mainly because the staff we really nice and helpful except for one of the guys and because the food in the restaurant was really good. Wish I could have had a kettle in my room to make tea, although I may have been able to get this is I had asked. The free internet was completely satisfactory for my needs too.

Nice hotel, the beds and pillows were the most comfy I have stayed in the Rhein region. The only thing is though when trying to find the hotel, google maps said that the hotel was situated next to Museum Ludwig, WHICH IS WRONG! It is actually next to the Chocolate Museum. Sayed here for two nights when travelling to see Arsenal play Koln in a pre-season friendly. We drove over from the UK and found the hotel easy to find from the motorway. Parking the car - interesting in the 3km undergound car park - cost though 33 euros for two days! Good location - an easy walk into the city centre -along the Rhine river bank or through […] the side streets. The Art'Otel is modern, light, arty, rooms great, hotel staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. Do include the breakfast in your stay price it's worth it! We will certainly stay here again on our next visit to the fine city of Koln. By the way Arsenal won 2-1! Koln fans made it a really good lively atmosphere and they are a credit to their team!! the interior design is stylish and the environment is comfortable, love the atmosphere in there. Nice coffee and good shower. The location is very nice. I would like to stay there for more days.

Excellent hotel close to the river and main sights. Room large and modern. Staff helpful. Very good room rate, although underground parking was expensive in comparison. Would not hesitate to stay again

This hotel is well situated, close to several key offices and an easy stroll into the old town. Watch the claim of free Internet though - only a 256K wi-fi is free. When I stayed it was €9 for anything faster so if you're looking to work on the web, expect to pay. The modern rooms are well furnished (if you like a choice of white or white), but the […] coloured glass in the windows makes for some peculiar effects! Avoid the end nearest the main bridge over the river and ask for a room on the back overlooking the museum, which is quieter. Car parkinng under the hotel is very limited and it's quite a trek to get to the alternative parking under the museum - not one for a rainy/snowy/icy day! All in all though this is a great hotel for the money, more oriented towarsd than business than leisure, but ideally suited for both. Highly recommended. Lisez la suite

the beds were very confortable and the room was really clean. and the walk to the center was quite fast with many churches to see along the way. the price we paid was very worth it. the only slight downside is that the window had a coloured film on it so in the morning and afternoon there was yellow light cast into the room but was easily solved with […] the curtains pulled over the window. I loved this hotel. Modern European style. Large room, large bathroom, lots of counter space in the room. Large European windows. One platform bed with two mattresses. Very colorful because of the large original drawings that hang in the room, the lobby and the restaurant. Large glass doors and windows all throughout. Large bathroom with a tub. The […] sink was really nice modern fixture outside the bathroom on top of a white counter that crossed the entire room. So there was plenty of counter space. The Dom was just a ten minute walk along the river (the hotel is by the river) with plenty of scenery and restaurants along the way. It has a great garage. The art'otel Cologne is right on the Rhine and opposite the Schokoladen museum (chocolate museum), central Cologne. It was around a fifteen minute walk from the main station (and I was on crutches), but a very nice one along the river. The hotel itself was superb, with a really fresh style that really distinguishes it from your generic city hotel. […] The artwork all on the walls adds an interesting element and the rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious. To top it off the price we got got our weekend stay was a bargain. The only slight drawback was we were in the side facing away from the river and with the window open there was a little bit of noise from traffic. However this has to be expected in a city as bustling as Cologne and did not retract from a great stay in a wonderful city, and a superb overall hotel. Lisez la suite

Good sized room, good location and friendly staff. Good value for money.

Pros Bright, modern and functional design Cons Location - next to a busy road and the river in a mostly characterless part of town; about 20 mins walk to centre. If you're on a short break you'd do better to stay in the centre. WiFi - although this is free, it doesn't reach some rooms (incl mine) and this wasn't explained at check-in.

Great, cool and freshly styled hotel. Our room was very nice with a great view of the river, plus the staff were very friendly and professional. Near to a bus stop and close to the centre, cathedral etc. Can only highly recommend this place - plus the cocktails in the bar :)

The Art'Otel is a nice change of pace to traditional Germany hotels. Very bright and modern decor. Very friendly staff. Creative menu at the restaurant.

Zentral gelegen aber sehr ruhiges Hotel, Zimmer sind superschön, allerdings verzeiht der helle Teppich nichts. Unserer hatte einen riesen Kaffeefleck der den Gesammteindruck des ansonsten sehr schönen Zimmers verdorben hat. Die Dusche mit der Glaswand zum Zimmer ist Klasse. Sehr nettes Personal

Spenderade en knapp vecka på detta hotell. Allt fungerade till belåtenhet. Känns lite mer spännande med den funktionella arkitekturen som kryddas med trevliga konsverk/installationer. Frukosten var bra, även om det tog ett tag att hittta de olika delarna då t.ex. flingor och fil fanns i var sin ände av frukostmatsalen (med brödet mitt emellan !) Sehr gutes Hotel an bester Lage, super Service. Ein Geheimtip!

Hotel liegt sehr zentral und sehr freundlicher Empfang. Zimmer sind nett und individuell eingerichtet. Frühstück zu rush hour Zeit ( 9.00 - 10.30 Uhr) ist sehr hektisch und das hauseigene Parkhaus ist ständig überfüllt. Trotzdem empfehlenswert

Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we left our luggage for a desk clerk to store. When claiming our luggage their tried to give us some elses bag. Our suitcases were not in their luggage store and they had to look for them for a while. Finally we had to point them the right suitcases. Hyvä sijainti ja kätevä parkki hotellin alkerroksessa. Aamulla saatiin heti huone ja hyvää palvelua. Hyvä hinta- laatusuhde.

Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen. 1 Sitzmöglichkeit für 2 Personen. Probleme mit Tiefgaragenplatz trotz vorheriger Buchung. Gebucht und bezahlt haben wir ein großes Doppelzimmer, bekommen haben wir wegen vollem Haus ein normales Doppelzimmer.

- die Straßenseite ist bei offenem Fenster relativ laut - das Angebot eines (kostenlosen) Upgrades auf die Flussseite war super - Frühstück (bei schönem Wetter auf der Terrasse) mit Blick aufs Wasser und hinüber zum Schokoladenmueseum war reichhaltig und in freundlicher Atmosphäre

Leider hat der verschmutzte, fleckige Teppich in Fluren und Zimmer den Gesamteindruck doch sehr beeinträchtigt. Wenn man in ein strahlend weißes Zimmer kommt und dann vor den Betten dunkelbraune Flecken vorfindet erschreckt und ekelt einen das schon sehr.Die Rezeption war sher freundlich und kompetent.

Geweldig hotel! Prachtig interieur, erg aardig personeel, goede ligging t.o.v. centrum, makkelijk te bereiken, heerlijk ontbijt. Jammer van de synthetische dekbedden, zodat wij het 's nachts veel te warm hadden en het blijft 'snachts lang lawaaiiering met trams en auto's over de brug; raam dicht dus en airco vol aan (ook herrie). Leider lies die Sauberkeit der Zimmer zu wünschen übrig. Ein benutzes Handtuch was auf dem Boden lag wurde nur zusammen gefalten und wieder hingelegt und nicht ausgetauscht. Erkennbar an den Make up Flecken. Viele Flecken auf dem Teppich, Haare im Bad an Badewanne, in den Ecken etc.. Dies sollte dringend überarbeitet werden. Hotel art'otel w Kolonii polecam tym, którzy cenią wygodę i komfort::przestronne pokoje, bardzo wygodne łóżka, dostęp do internetu również w TV, smaczne i ładnie serwowane jedzenie, bardzo dobre śniadanie, miła obsługa. Idealne położenie zarówno w stosunku do Targów w Kolonii jak i Katedry.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, die Altstadt ist schnell erreichbar. Obwohl das Hotel an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt, ist es sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Das Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen und würde immer wieder dort buchen.

Nagyon kellemetlen tapasztalat volt a személyzet hozzáállása a recepción. Írreálisan drága az ár és ehhez még reggeli sem jár. Arról sem tájékoztattak, hogy külön adókat kell még az áron felül fizetni.
