New Concord Inn and Suites - Wisconsin Dells

while service was good, the room was dissatisfactory. floor had spots on it, the heater didn't work at all. the knob was removed from the heater and we couldin't control the temerature. otherwise the stay was good.

It was a decent hotel for the price. It was in a central location which made it great to go sightseeing. The indoor waterpark was great for the kids and they loved it.

No hotel staff after 9pm. No manager on duty to contact in the event of an emergency. Could not get an extra towel for our son. Had to got to the front desk several times to request towels. No housekeeping after 5 pm. Hotel front desk staff was dressed in summer shorts and t-shirts and were not professional.

After spending our first 2 night our vacation in the Dells at Mount Olympus - Hotel Rome, it was a welcomed change checking into the New Concord Inn. We had a 2 year old and a 6 year old. The slides at the Concord satisfied both of them and us parents as it was much easier to keep track of the kids and enjoy ourselves at he same time.

Not fun, rooms were ok. But basic things were missing no shop in bathroom shop dispenser. No shamoo, conditioner etc. Etc. Bathroom floor was not clean enough.

I'm not impressed with how out-dated and unclean the hotel was. The stay was worth half as much as I was charged. Will not go back to the hotel. Ever.

THIS HOTEL WAS GREAT I HAD 16 KIDS AND 5 ADULTS WITH ME AND THEY ALL HAD A GREAT TIME, THE ONLY THING IT WAS MISSING WAS THE CONTI. BREAKFAST, BUT OTHER THEN THAT THE PRICE AN LOCATIION WAS GREAT. THE GIRLS CANT WAIT TO GO AGAIN NEXT YEAR AND WE WILL BE STAYING AT THE CONCORD INN THANKS AGAIN FOR A GREAT STAY

Good value for the $ near all the fun

The hotel is very outdated and smelled funky in the hallway. Im glad we only slept there and spent the rest of our time out. Very unprofessional at the front desk in appearance. I would not recommend staying here.

I rented two rooms for the night of April 6, 2011. When we got to the hotel at 3pm, the hotel was locked and after pounding on the door and being let in I was immediately told that they didn't have a reservation for our two rooms. I had booked the room on hotels.com and was worried something online didn't go through. However, after checking for 5 minutes […] the guy said that I did have two rooms. We were first given one room that didn't even have a toilet seat. It was laying on the floor in the bathroom. The rooms were a bit musty smelling and could have used a dusting. The guy gave us another room, but didn't have an outside door key for that room... The pool was nice and pretty warm. The kids pool was absolutely freezing. The hot tub was hot, but the chemicals were so strong that after a few minutes in the pool or hot tub everyone's eyes were burning and blood shot. In the morning we couldn't find a staff member and the front desk area was locked with a phone number to call in case of emergency. The pool was suppose to open at 9am, but I didn't find a staff person until around 10 and then it was too late for us to attempt the pool again. In the hotel's defense we were when we got there that they were remodeling the first floor and so put us on the second floor to keep us away from the noise and mess. The guy at the desk said they had just bought the place and were fixing it up. He also said that many of the cleaning staff hadn't shown up after a busy weekend, and so that was why he didn't know about the toilet. The location was nice and handy right on the Parkway, and the price was good, but not that good. If I had to do it again, I would go somewhere else and maybe give this place a shot again in a year or so. Lisez la suite

Going thru a management switch....., crap everywhere and no phone service. Actually left 5 minutes after checking in.

Okay room- pillows were really flat and room kind of run down. Towels are kinda small. Indoor pool is pretty awesome has slides and a hot tub. Price was pretty cheap so I guess pay for what you get.

A great value for the money. I'm on a budget, travelling with 3 small children. 2 beds with plenty of room to walk around, a working TV, refrigerator, and microwave in-room, a fun play area at the pool + hot tub, and very clean... all that I had hoped for. Very close to all attractions in the Wisconsin Dells.Would we stay again ? Yes and No--reservation was correct and honored--Pool closed due to chemical issue. Came back in the evening and the entire front office/front door were locked and dark. So no idea as to what to do in case of emergency--no phones in room with any instructions either. It's not a fancy hotel by any means, especially when compared to others in the area. There are very few complimentary items. However, it was very clean. The staff was pleasant. The lack of even a continental breakfast may turn some off, but you can't beat the price.
