Très bon emplacement par rapport à l'aéroport (possibilité de navettes aussi) sans en subir les nuisances (bruit des avions). Très bien équipé et petit déjeuner continental correct. Hôtel à recommander pour une étape.

Belle hôtel situé près d'une zone commerciale et surtout à environ 10minutes en voiture de l'immense centre commercial "WEST EDMONTON MALL", à ne pas rater. Le personnel est accueillant, quelques gestes "écolos" sont proposés (réutilisation serviettes de bain, changement des draps tous les 3 jours ...) et surtout deux grands parking gratuits. Attention réserver par hôtel.com ne comprend pas le petit déjeuner!

"Convenient for hospital visitors"
I came to visit a patient in the Royal Alex hospital which is a short bus or taxi ride away (too far to walk). Free wi-fi was weak in my room which was probably the furthest from the main desk. Free newspapers in the lobby.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Non-smoking room smelled like smoke; awful pillows"
My first stay at the hotel was better than the second. I enjoyed both rooms being in the west wings of the 3rd and 2nd floors. Room 236 that I stayed in this past weekend smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The pillows were awful; nothing like the one I had in the room that I rented on the 3rd floor during my first stay. Other than […] that, everything was good. "OK Hotel - Not Spectacular but it's OK"
A fairly average hotel: clean, fairly quiet, would work for most business people. Nice shower with curved shower rod. Not a lot of restaurant choices within walking distance. Never been a big fan of hotel restaurants and bars in general - average food and average service at normally above-average pricing. Prefer quality food and great restaurants but […] you will need a car from this location. For morning coffee though, there is a Starbucks a few blocks away. Room Service trays littered the hallways when we returned from supper at near 8 pm. I guess it's the responsibility of morning housekeeping to clean up. Coffee creamers in our fridge would be a nice touch instead of powdered creamers. Would have raised the rating with little niceties like this. One issue though: 11 am check-out is out of step with most business hotels' noon check-out. I regularly use hotel room as an office while on the road. Noon checkout means great half-day workday. We arranged a noon check-out at check-in. 11:25 am next morning, we were phoned by front desk asking if we were checking out. Seems no one at desk made a note of our late check-out. In essence, they made their internal error our problem. Guests attending morning meetings must check-out before they attend their meetings. Noon check-out would be more convenient for guests who could check out on lunch break. Hotel lacks any real personality though. As titled, it's an OK hotel - not spectacular and not one you would rave to your friends that they must visit. "2 Nights"
Spent 2 nights in the Chateau Nova and all in all, it was a good experience. Reasonable rates. The room was clean and well maintained, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast each morning in the restaurant was fine (2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon, 2 pieces of toast and hash browns - $7.00 as of July 6, 2011).
