Hotel vieillot mais relativement propre. Personnel agréable à la disposition des clients. Emplacement idéal à promité des différentes lignes de métro , de la Vème avenue, de Times SQuare. Pensez à réclamer des serviettes de bain qui sont distribuées au nombre de brosse à dents présenté dans la salle de bain.

Hôtel agréable, petit déjeuner servit de 6h30 à 9h30 correcte (ne pas arriver trop tard), station de métro ( 39 Av ) à 3min à pieds qui vous mène en 9min à la 5ème Avenue. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée.

"Excellent hôtel"
Nous avons passé 7 nuits dans cette hôtel notamment durant la période où l'ouragan Irène a traversé New York. Nous avons eu droit à une suite, très spacieuse et confortable. L'hôtel a été très correcte durant le week-end du passage de l'ouragan. Nous avons eu droit à des buffets gratuits et très fournis. L'hôtel est extrèmement bien situé : 2 min du […] Madison Suqare Garden, 5 min du Flatiron building, 5 min de l'Empire State Building et 20 min de Central Park. "eventi hotel - séjour en famille"
Satisfaits de notre séjour dans cet hôtel : bien situé, à deux rue d'une station de métro, proche de l'empire state et de times square. Hôtel calme et bien insonorisé. Bonnes prestations quoique les chambres soient un peu petites pour un séjour en famille avec ados et les rangements trop peu nombreux. Ordinateurs à disposition des clients pour le check […] et l'impression des boarding pass pour le retour (très pratique). Nous conseillons de prendre les repas et les petits déjeuners à l'extérieur de l'hôtel car moins chers et plus "typiques". Il s'agissait de notre 2ème séjour à NYC et nous avons choisi l'hôtel pour son emplacement. Cependant, nous avons été déçus par le "quartier (pourtant la 6ème avenue !) que nous avons trouvé sale et moyennement bien fréquenté surtout le soir sans toutefois nous sentir en insécurité. bonne situation, belle chambre mais service qui laisse à désirer, chambre pas prête à l'arrivée, non refaite la journée, réception avec vin? pas vu prêt de vélo: impossible d'en obtenir malgré leur promesse de nous en fournir... peu de services pour un hotel de ce prix.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet Hôtel, qui se situe entre Time Square et le Madison Square . Vue imprenable sur l'Empire State (le demander lors de la résa.) Très proche de diverses lignes de métro (N,Q,R; B,D,FM; 4,5,6 et 1,2,3 ouf !). Service au Desk poli et efficace (nous à fait diverses résa avec de bons conseils et avec le sourire), uniquement […] anglophone. nous n'avons ni testé le restaurant, ni les petits déjeuners (il y a plein de Deli dans le coin). Chambre un peu petite, grande SdB (douche uniquement), très propre. "Hotel Eventi : excellente situation géographique."
Hôtel très bien placé pour visiter New york car central. Très beau, grands volumes, bien insonorisé malgré sa situation sur la 6ème Av. La chambre famille pour 4 est agréable car spacieuse, un look contemporain très beau avec de vrais grands lits d'un très grand confort et un grand placard bien agencé. La salle d'eau est bien concue avec une grande […] douche, les produits sont renouvelés et le linge de toilette a profusion avec de vrais grands draps de bain. Le personnel est très pro et toujours prêt à vous aider en cas de besoin. Pour le petit-déj que nous ne voulions pas prendre à l'hotel, il y a plusieurs Déli dans tout le quartier dont un à 20 m de l'hôtel. trés bel hotel mais petit dej trés cher, et room service immangeable!!! il est trés bien situé, au milieu de la ville.A part faire le lit, le ménage n'est pas assez complet, les gobelets vides, et bien d'autres choses trainent à l'endroit où vous les avez laissées..

Les chambres sont très confortables et très propres (quand elles sont faites). Le personnel n'est pas particulièrement accueillant ni agréable mais que demande-t-on pour un tel tarif ? Si on fait fi du service minimum, il mérite ses 4 étoiles.

The hotel is very well situated (few blocks away from the Penn subway and LIRR station) and it's new. The rooms are quite small, but I understood that this is the case in NYC, but well furnished and you have a 37" TV in each room. If you register (it's free) with kimptom then you get free wireless in your room.

"Great Great Great Hotel"
I used to live in this neighborhood so I of course love it. But I had now idea this hotel would be this comfortable, well designed, friendly, and perfect for our stay.

This hotel is located in a fantastic area from a convenience stand point. For tourists--very close to major attractions and super convenient to many subway lines. Very friendly staff, and clean impressive rooms. We got upgraded to a higher floor with fantastic view of the Empire State Building. Will definitely be my go to hotel for future stays.

The hotel was certainly not the typical neighborhood I would consider when booking for a business stay. I decided to give this hotel a try given the amazing intro rate and the associated Kimpton name. To my surprise it was 4 short blocks to the 34th St Herald Square subway which allowed me to go anywhere -- upper East Side and Soho in 15-min. It's also […] a 10 minutes to the HighLine. Hotel is new so everything feels clean and well maintain. Staff extended dinner service for me as I walked in at 9:58 pm. Much appreciated. Will definitely re-book on my next trip to NYC. "Wonderful Night Away from the Kids"
I am a consummate New Yorker, who alas moved from New York a few years ago. Periodically I drop in for family or work. On this trip, I escaped with my wife to the Eventi, for an evening without kids. What a lovely New York Experience. Close to the the High Line Park, the lower Hudson River Park, Chelsea and some of the best restaurants in the City, […] its location was superb. "NYC Getaway at Eventi w/10 yr old daughter"
We selected the Eventi in Chelsea because of the neighborhood and the 2 room suite with the pull out sofa. It worked out great. It was a quiet room, nice staff, nice amenities, and close enough to walk to various restaurants and attractions (you could see the Empire State Bldg. from our floor). The bed was very comforatable and the bathroom had a nice […] shower. My only tiny complaint was the lighting could be improved. "Eventi in New York - location, security, clean"
Stay one night in this hotel and will recommend, clean no sign of bed bug, security will check room card after dark, cause the surrounding is not good. Parking is free, also has free coffee in the morning, gym is open for 24 hours but I don't have time to try of it, will going next time.

staff was nice, hotel was well-maintained, hotel room was perfectly clean. only negative is the room is the SMALLEST room i've ever stayed in. i knew the room description said ~200 sqft, but you really dono how cramped that is until you have to stay in a room that small. also there are no ice machines, you have to call concierge for them to bring you […] a bucket, just a note. but the price was reasonable and the location was good, so will most likely stay here again in the future. "Highly recommended"
We had a great stay at the Eventi. We had adjoining King and Double Queen rooms. They were fairly large for NYC and the bathrooms were a good size as well (rainfall shower head was a nice touch). The room was clean and quiet; we were on the 19th floor so the view wasn't spectacular but you knew you were in NYC. Omar the concierge was quite helpful. […] The Bar Basque restaurant in the hotel was very good too (detailed review on OpenTable). Overall we'll be staying there again when next in town. "Christmas/Birthday Trip"
My wife and daughter stayed for 4 nights in December. She insisted I posted a review. She has an eye for detail that I would never see. She can be critical of things that would not bother me. She was delighted with this hotel - including the service and the staff. Believe me this is a recommendation indeed. Well done Eventi.
"Eventi Hotel- so friendly and welcoming"
We loved our stay at the Eventi. From the first moment you could tell that their employees are happy, because they were so genuinely welcoming. The wine reception was wonderful and we were so close to the metro, Penn station and Times Square. Soft beds, quiet rooms, luxurious accommodations at a good price.

"Great hotel"
We stay for one night with my husband to celebrate our 10th year wedding anniversary and they make our stay fantastic, the personnel was so friendly when we were checking in we mentioned the reason of our stay and when we got in our room a little later the front desk and manager send us a personalized congratulations on our anniversary card, a bottle […] of champagne, a bottle of sparkling water, a bottle of flat water and a box of wonderful chocolates, the ambience was very romantic the spa massages was a great experience and the breakfast on the terrace (even that is winter time) was so nice. I never write reviews and I had to write a review for this one. Such a beautiful hotel, great bathroom, great lobby, great staff, ..I rented for a romantic interlude and it was perfect mix of modern sleekness and hospitality with warmth. Yes and yes. and again for sure.
okay hotel but not for the price room was a bit small but nice and clean parking outrageously expensive. staff was nice and accommodating. i say yes to recommending this hotel but it depends on the circumstances and what u need the hotel for.

Stayed for 5 nights. Hotel is in excellent condition. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. The room was spacious (we had 2 dble beds). Bedding and pillows extremely comfortable. Location is superb and easy to access main tourist areas as well as get doen to Union Square, Greenwich etc. Would definitely stay again
"Eventi- Fabulous Pet Friendly Hotel in NYC"
We had a wonderful week at Eventi! The staff was super friendly to both us and our dog. We loved our room, super modern spacious and very comfortable beds! We would definitely recommend this hotel to to anyone visiting NYC. Its in a great central location and surrounded by tons of shopping and great restaurants.

"Best Service I'v ever recieved"
We stayed here for just one night which was NYE. We were in town for the show at MSG and I can't say enough about this hotel. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out the service was superior to all hotels I've ever stayed and that includes a lot of high end Casino comps.... We had one minor problem which was the betteries in our door […] lock mech. were dead, they immediately fixed it. Our front desk clerk (Omar) hooked us up for the rest of our stay with anything we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone staying near MSG or anywhere in Manhattan, AMAZING!! Lisez la suite
"New favorite"
We loved this place! Awesome view, comfortable bed, nicely supplied bathroom, best hotel shower we've seen, just sumptuous. Enjoyed free wine in the afternoon, visiting with other guests around the fireplace. Looking forward to our next stay.

We arrived at 10:00am and was able to check-in due to availability of a room. Additionally, luggage storage was available and easy our check-out day. Staff were pleasant. Great location if you like Korean food (32nd st) and shopping (Macy's, Gap, etc) within two blocks. One mile walking distance to Rockefeller center/Times square.

The Eventi is a clean and comfortable hotel. I did not use the restaurant, so I cannot review that. The staff is friendly but could use some more advice about restaurant recommendations. The hotel is located near Hearld Square if shopping is a concern. There are connections to the subway and the Path very near the hotel as well. Nice hotel. Small rooms. Bed just OK re comfort. Great location to walk to shopping and theatre district. Wine reception from 5-6 PM very nice touch. Would not recommend hotel restaurant. Food and service just OK. Very pricey. Would recommend staying at any of the Kimpton Hotels throughout the Country.
