hotel assez vieillot, l'accueil a été sympathique. toutefois l'hotel est situé en bordure d'une voie ferrée ce qui est assez gênant.

hôtel veillissant, un petit déjeuner pris debout, pas de table, ni de chaise et surtout pas de pain, de céréales, de jus de fruit. Si de plus vous aimez les trains, il en passe 100 par jour, à environ 50 mètres de l'hôtel, le bonheur..........surtout ne pas y aller et ne pas recommander

Gross, gross, gross,...there was hair on the dirty, old, stained sheets. You could tell it had been laundered, just completely hideous and should have been thrown out years ago. We slept fully clothed and found another room elsewhere for the second night in Flagstaff. Told them the room was gross and we were leaving. They offered another room. No thank […] you. GROSS. It is called Knights Inn because you will only stay a night. If we had arrived earlier, I would have found another hotel. Stay clear of this place. Lisez la suite

Don't go by the exterior of hotel, Rooms and staff is great. Comfortable beds which is hard to find in most of the hotels. Room was clean,Breakfast was bread toast,muffins,dounts, wifi was good.

Me and my family stay here often this is our 5th stay at this hotel. I don't know why this knights inn have bad reviews,They have clean rooms,mordern furniture,very friendly staff,comfortable beds,breakfast was ok,easy excess to i 40 and grand canyon, 2 miles from flagstaff mall,good restarunts in walking distance we usually dine at salsa brava and […] golden dragon.Do stay here. We stay at this hotel and from beginning to end the people in the room above us were loud and noisey. All we could hears footsteps until 12:30 a.m. Then it started back up before 7 a.m. I called the front desk around 11:00 p.m. to complain. The management called back and said the people aboveus had kids. Ok, that makes it ok to be disruptive to other […] people staying and trying to rest huh? In the morning I finally got feed up and banged on the ceiling three times. A few minutes later we received a call from the front desk complaining about that. Are you kidding!? After a sleepless night they have the nerve. When you knowingly have a group with small kids have the common sense to put them on the bottom floor and treat the inconvenienced guest a little better or offer a different room. We had some major issues when staying at this hotel. The first being that their front desk clerk spoke broken English and couldn't tell us how to get from the freeway to the hotel. We drove around for 30 minutes before finding it and finally had to ask for her to get someone who spoke English to help us. She went and found a maintenance worker. That […] night our son has a fever and we could not sleep because the people in the room next to us had 2 barking dogs that barked until after midnight. Overall it was not a good experience. This hotel room was dirty and not much attention was paid to cleanning it. But the bed was comfortable...

We stayed the weekend of Christmas at this hotel and it was not at all what I expected. First off, the front desk personnel wasn't very friendly at anytime. Our carpet to our room wasn't cleaned very well. My son's cup rolled under the bed, and when I went under to get it, it had appeared that it hadn't been properly vacuumed in months. It was 18 degrees […] outside, and our heater didn't work. It barely ran let alone get hot. Needles to say we were cold. Our towels looked dingy and had a brown tint to them. And the icing on the cake, was the so called "breakfast" they advertised they offered. I woke up at 7 am and went to get some breakfast for myself and family, only to find a tray of hard, stale, Mini donuts, bad coffee, and hot water for a Lipton tea packet. Horrible!!!! This hotel could use some renovation. Heaters were barely capable of handling the very cold December night we stayed in Flagstaff. The hotel was priced lowest of all other hotels in the area so for the price the value was the attraction. The hotel was OK but should have been priced a bit lower to match the level of hotel. The train tracks are in front […] of the hotel the trains could be heard at night. But most hotels are within train noise in Flaggstaff. The heater drowns out most of the train sounds. I would'nt recommend this motel, the linens were not washed probably, later realised it was pet hairs on the bed and pillows, even the cat food was on the carpet, the towels were untouchable! till these guys take hotel business seriously stay away!

Wow, not much good to say. Bad odor in the room but you kinda got used to it after a while. We turned down the bed so we didn't get anything that was on the bedspread on our personal items. Light fixture started to short out so we had to turn off all lights in order for the room not to catch fire. When the office was informed in the am of the shortage, […] no accommodations nor worries were made toward the issue. Trains passed all night long! Not somewhere we'll stay again! minimal hotel at minimal price.

Bathroom was filthy, bathroom condition was horrible.

I think this is yoru average, bare bones, kind of run down motel on Route 66. It's not perfectly clean (there was a long black hair on my towel, and some crusty boogers on the bathroom wall), but there was warm water, a comforable bed, cable TV, and (somewhat spotty) WiFi. The breakfast is a joke, but there's a fridge in the room, so I just ran down […] the street and got milk and cereal for the morning. The place is old and not well kept, but for the price and the convenience of its location for my visit to Flagstaff it was ok. After all I didn't plan to live there just sleep for one night. I will choose another place next time.

THIS WAS A 3 NIGHT STAY AND NOT A 2 NIGHT STAY. ON MONDAY THE 25TH OF JULY 2012 MY HUSBAND AND I LEFT OUR ROOM AROUND NOON AND RETURNED AT APPROXIMATELY 10:15 PM. THE ROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED, GARBAGE WAS NOT TAKEN OUT, ONLY DIRTY TOWELS…NO CLEAN TOWELS. I CALL THE FRONT DESK AND SPOKE TO A MALE DESK CLERK AND WAS INFORMED THAT OUR ROOM DOOR HAD A “DO […] NOT DISTURB” SIGN ON THE DOOR. THE FRONT DESK DID COME TO OUR ROOM TO TAKE THE GARBAGE AND TO GIVE US CLEAN TOWELS…HE DID NOT MAKE THE BED OR EVEN OFFER TO DO THAT. THE MALE DESK CLERK TOLD ME THAT WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I LEFT WE SHOULD HAVE STOPPED BY THE FRONT DESK AND INFORMED THEM THAT THE ROOM WAS READY TO BE CLEANED…IN OTHER WORDS MY FAULT. WHEN I CHECKED IN I WAS NEVER INFORMED OF HAVING TO DO THAT AND IN FACT I WAS AT THE FRONT DESK AT APPROXIMATELY 11:15 AM AND WAS NEVER INFORMED AT THAT TIME THAT I SHOULD LET THE FRONT DESK KNOW WHEN TO HAVE THE MAID CLEAN OUR ROOM. I WAS ALSO VERY SHOCKED THAT THE MALE DESK CLERK DID NOT OFFER ANY COMPENSTATION FOR THE INCONVENIENCE IN ANYWAY OR APOLOGY FOR THE ERROR OF THE MAID…AS I STATED BEFORE HE INSUATED THAT IT WAS MY FAULT. I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD TO DO THIS AT ANY OTHER HOTEL OR MOTEL IN MY PAST EXPERIENCE AT MANY HOTELS/MOTELS AND DIFFERENT HOTEL/MOTEL CHAINS THIS IS WHAT WE HAVE DONE ON NUMEROUS OCASSIONS AND HAVE NEVER EVER RETURNED TO A ROOM THAT WAS NOT CLEANED WITH GARBAGE OR DIRTY TOWELS. I got charged an extra $22 for who knows what. The manager was stalking us the entire time, felt kind of creepy and uncomfortable. About a 10-minute drive to downtown. Otherwise it's what you'd expect for the price.

They should change the pictures...they are so deceiving. The beds had hair in it. The micro was in the laundry room. You had to get ice from the motel clerk. 1 sandwich zip lock bag full. The tub had hair left in it. I had to request another set of towels because the one wash rag had stains all over it. I would have gladly paid more for another room. […] This place was a dive. This place was nice. The Innkeeper was extremely nice. We went back for a second night because it was too cold to camp. We deserted our tent and came back to this motel because we knew exactly what we were getting. I would stay here again.

Our room was clean and we were only there for one night, I feel that for where this hotel is and what it has to offer it should have been cheaper. There was a refrigerator in the room but it made a buzzing noise off and on all night that wasn't really a big deal but we were put in the room closest to the interstate and could hear the traffic and the […] trains all night. About an hour of driving away from Gand Canyon, not too bad. People complaint about noise from the train. Not a problem for me. After closing the door, I can't hear it.

While i understand that you get what you pay for, this hotel was not a value. The bedding was dirty and the sheets were so thin I could see the old mattress. The bathtub drain ran slow. I can deal with a lot but I'm glad I didn't stay more than one night.

This hotel served the purpose for our one night stay and was what we expected for the price. The front desk was friendly, check-in was simple with no problems. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The AC worked and the tv had a clear picture. The only complaint we had was the door only had a handle lock, would have prefered a chain […] lock for piece of mind. Didn't get a chance to really see the surrounding area because we arrived after dark but it was quiet during the night. We'd recommend this hotel or stay here again but not longer than one night. I knew when we booked this that we were staying at a cheap hotel. Also we took our dog, so again, we knew what to expect. It is a cheap motel but the people for the most part tried hard. We stayed for 3 nights and because we had a dog, the maid never cleaned the room. Understandable. The whole trip though was a little weird because they were doing some […] renovations I guess and the maintenance guy lived in the room below ours and he parked his truck basically on the walk to get to the stairs. Tried to say hello to him one morning and got a grumble. Was just a weird old guy. On top of that one night the hotels water was off for a good hour and they told no one. Had to find out after using the restroom that there was no water. Anyway, the incident that was most concerning and why I would recommend not staying at this hotel was the last night we were there. We went out with some friends and for some reason our dog freaked out and started howling. Now this is very embarrassing to me and I feel awful for that, this hotels (or at least the maintenance guys) solution to this problem was unacceptable. They had my cell phone number at the front desk, but instead of calling me to come take care of the problem; they went into our room and took the dog out. We got back later and were freaked out by the dog being gone and our lights on. I’m missing my wireless adaptor for my computer and wonder if that was taken during this process. You don’t go into someone’s room without asking, and I paid good money to rent that space for 3 days. UNACCEPTABLE! Lisez la suite

We wanted a place close to grand canyon and monument valley so we thought Flagstaff was a good place to stay. We booked two nights at Knights Inn and have regretted it ever since. It simply was the worst experience ever . First of all, the description of the hotel says complimentary breaksfast, coffe/tea machines in all rooms.. Funny since our room […] had no machines what so ever.. And when I asked at the reception where the breakfast was served the receptionist looked at me as if I had said something wrong, and just told me, that there was a restaurant down the street called Miz Zip's, where I could Buy breakfast... So the description of the hotel is really far off... Further more, the railroad is just across from the street, where the long american freight trains run all night.. so forget about sleep, since the whole place shakes every time the train passes by, which is 6-8 times an hour. When we stayed at the hotel.. The parking lot was filled with people drinking beer and throwing a barbeque off the back of a truck, so in general, nothing about this place can be said to be good... Will never recommend this place to anyone.. if U need to visit Flagstaff.. stay somewhere else Lisez la suite

Voor eenvoudige doorreiziger naar de Grand Canyon kan het goed zijn. Het is wel zeer basic.
