Banyan Tree Cabo Marques - Acapulco

The Banyan Tree Cabo Marques exceeded our expectations. My husband and I went there to celebrate my birthday and we didn´t want to leave... The staff is unbelievably kind and polite, the installations are impressive, the location is paradise, the views are spectacular, the food is amazing, the ambiance is magical, the sunset on the main pool is more […] than beautiful... total relaxation is what you will feel when you´re there. And on top of everything, the Manager Mr. Suarez was the best, he made sure our stay was even more special since it was my birthday. I got a surprise cake, a surprise bottle of wine for two, the night of my birthday my husband and I came to our room and there were rose petals all over... I really felt pampered and spoiled during our stay there. One day I ran out of contact lens cleaner, and one of the wonderful people from the hotel staff went out and got it for me, within an hour I had the solution in my hands. I think there are not enough words to praise our hotel experience in Acapulco, just perfect. I definitely want to go back!!! Totally worth it. Lisez la suite

Who wouldn't like to be here? Yes. Amazing in many ways. But shouldn't it be for the brand and what you pay? So I am not going to go gaga over a view, an espresso maker, or a plunge pool. This hotel was great in certain ways, but […] made me only think of other places I wanted to return to that did it better. Design was a bit soulless and failed to bring unison to this resort. El Hotel y la gente son una maravilla. El único comentario que tengo es relacionado con la comida, ya que en lo personal no fue de mi agrado y los costos deberían ser más competitivos que en otros restaurantes. Definitivamente si regresaría al Bayan Tree

EL HOTEL ESTA MUY BONITO Y SU GENTE ES MUY CALIDA Y ATENTA. LO MALO ES QUE SI BUSCAS SOL, NO TODAS LAS VILLAS LO TIENEN. SI LO QUIERES PIDELO AL RESERVAR, PORQUE NO ES COMODO TENER QUE CAMBIAR HABITACION EN MEDIO DE TU DESCANSO

Una maravilla de hotel. Gran servicio. Las fotografias del hotel no reflejan fielmente la increible belleza del lugar. Inmejorable. El servicio excepcional. Tal vez el unico problema es que a veces uno pedia buggies para que te busquen y se demoraban entre 10 a 15 minutos. Como es dificil caminar desde las cabanas hasta el hotel (porque es en pendiente […] y hace demasiado calor), esperar por el buggie fue el unico problema en lo que en general fue una gran estadia.
