accueil très chaleureux et personnel vraiment serviable et parlant anglais. Confort pas vraiment ideal, mais l'emplacement de l'hôtel, à 2 pas de la cité interdite, tien an men, mais aussi de la grande rue pietonne et commercante de Pekin. NB : l'excursion Muraille Badalin vaut vraiment le coup (coût) mais pas la peine de prendre celle qui propose cité interdite, temple du ciel et palais d'été (déconseillée par le guide lui même et je confirme on peut faire cela seul sans problème).

Hotel très bien placé, proche du métro, au coeur du Beijing historique, l'accueil de l'hôtel est aussi qualitatif que le confort et l'espace des chambres. A conseiller à toute famille désirant passer des vacances "tout confort" à Pekin.

Séjour globalement fort satisfaisant. Quelques bémols toutefois : le petit-déjeuner est très cher ; le fait de donner son accord (avec le code secret) pour un retrait de 500 RMB par nuit dès l'arrivée pour d'éventuelles dépenses en plus de la chambre est un peu gênant ; la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas alors qu'il faisait jusqu'à 27° dehors et ouvrir la fenêtre amenait des odeurs fort désagréables de poisson.

Hôtel très bien situé. Nous avions une chambre sans fenêtre ce qui n'est pas agréable, mais il y a tant de choses à découvrir que l'on y passe peu de temps.

"“Mold, bad ventilation, no air-conditioning""
Executive Room with Lake view on 25th floor: Impossible to breath in bathroom due to strong smell of mold and moisture. The same mold smell in shower of swimming pool. Room temperature was above 27 Celsius day and night. You can heat the room further by turning ventilation on though you cannot cool it. "The Radegast Lake View Hotel"
This is a superb hotel, with wonderful amenities and staff who simply can not do enough for their guests ... Let down, in my opinion, by some front desk staff who seems less than concerned with resolving guests concerns. I recently stayed at the Radegast Lake View with my daughter and her son on a family vacation. Booked six months prior to the trip. […] I requested Two Double rooms, non smoking, adjoining or on the same floor, and because I booked online I followed up my booking with a telephone call from Australia in October 2011 confirming the booking and requesting breakfast be included...Since I had booked two rooms for seven nights I considered this a not unreasonable request. Upon our arrival, I was the Hotel had no recollection of my request for the breakfast Buffett to be included in theTariff, and the person working on the front desk, added that no rooms had the breakfast buffet included in their tariff....Something I was to find out later to be simply and factually untrue.... It took me two days to finally get my family on the same floor in no smoking rooms, and only then after having to ask to see a manager who upgrared the famly to an executive room on the 26th floor, but even then one room was a single and the other double.....AND we still had to pay for the Breakfast Buffett (which IS included in all Executive room tariffs.....) The icing on the cake was when checkiing out, I had to pay a 1Yuan bill for a local relephone call to a tourist guide the hotel had recommended... are my views and opinions overly negative?Perhaps.....I wish it were otherwise, but when one saves for the trip of a lifetime with his family...over such great distance, makes all the calls and does the right thing, and still gets ripped of....what else is left. Would I recommend this Hotel? There's no AC. We were told to open our window. If this place was pollution free environment, then that should be a problem. Remember this hotel is located in Beijing

Overall we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The executive room was very comfortable and spacious and breakfast covered both Chinese and International items which was great. The staff was very friendly, caring and helpful and spoke English. We also got our room already at 10am. Unfortunately the hotel restaurants were closed due to the Chinese […] New Year. Food in the restaurant was not the very best. The staff in the restaurant/bar did not speak very much English. And it should have been possible to order some beer and drinks in the lounge in the 28th floor.
"Bad location, 30 min to metro, not a five star"
Not a five star for Beijing. Small rooms and many small details missing which are normal for the five star standard here. Breakfast has mostly Chinese food. Not a newly built hotel (but simply rebranded). Soundproofing between rooms is bad. Internet in rooms was very slow. Location is very bad. Taxi drivers refuse to take you there. Nice hotel, good room design and good serivce. But Shower is smelly somehow, dinner cafe is not alway available, location is not too far away from Subway.

on the outskirts, but superb view, and wonderful atmosphere with high quality service. reasonable rates too.
Hotel was great. Checkin-in and check-out at hotels in China is usually a headache, but they made it quick and easy. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of English channels, what is there to complain about? Best hotel I've stayed at in Beijing to date. I will be staying there again next year on my annual trip to Beijing.

Hotel is releatively new and the facilities are acceptable. However the hotel is not in a very turisty area, it is away from anything of note. If you don't speak chinese stay away from this hotel, it is not really good for turist. Staff has very limited english skills and the service is typically chinese = bad. "Good hotel in Beijing"
I was 16 days in Beijing city and I visited 6 hotels : Capital , Asia , Swissotel ,near Airport hotel (dont remember name), King-Wing and Radegast Lake. In my opinion, the best of the 6 it has been Radegast Lake. Six hotels in which I have been it is that of more quality. Undoubtedly it deserves his 5 stars... regrettably it is not possible to say the […] same about all... The relation quality / price is the best of six hotels. The hotel is cozy and simultaneously current, the personnel is attentive and at the same time nearby and the sight to the park is relaxing. Some cabdriver does not know it, but they all know the nearby park. Unfortunately the subway is removed, but the taxis in Beijing are cheap. Another alternative is to go in taxi up to the stop of subway (a despicable quantity), and once in the subway to have Beijin in your hand :) Internet works really and in the room wifi and cable-lan , internet is good... neither nothing of tricks nor payments extra as in other luxuries hotels. "Superb value"
This is a superb hotel, very nice interior, room was great, very clean. The staff was friendly and tried their best to help even though some of the staff did not speak that well english. THE BED was amazing - really best in class! I would recommend this hotel to anyone that does not need to be in the direct city center of beijing and as taxi is cheap […] we did not bother either. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. I'm not sure if they would have been able to speak English to me very well tho, luckily had my bf there to translate. Another thing we weren't able to go swimming they made you buy swim cap and there bathing suits, i guess this wouldn't be much of a problem if your traveling alone. "Excellent Value"
The most standout feature for us (I was traveling with my business partner) was the free and SOLID in-room Wi-Fi. Many hotels advertise it, but few in China actually deliver. Radegast was quite a bargain, and an extremely comfortable hotel for the price. Just beware that the 5-star rating is their own, not sure how it would fare on a more standard scale... "China Radagast"
The only complaint I have for this Hotel is their policy regarding their swimming pool. They required that we buy swimming trunks & a hat to use the facility. At a price of course, which we thought was a bit rich. Most hotels in other places allow the use of facilties like that without charge. Otherwise, a good stay.
"It was the best stay for us in Beijing"
We will be going back to this hotel for the people there were great and very helpful to us and we got around to everywhere with the taxi service out side the hotel. Many stores and eating places that were great too. We will be going back to this hotel again. Very good to enjoy the room and service.

"위치가 문제 그리고 서비스가 별로임"
우선 위치가 참 애매한 위치이고 인지도가 떨어짐 특히 택시 운전사들이 호텔을 잘 몰라서 이동이 불편 했음 그리고 호텔 등급에 비해서 직원들이 영어가 잘 안되서 서비스의 어려움이 있었음 반면에 가격대비 시설은 좋다고 생각 됨

Dejligt hotel i rolige omgivelser. Værelserne er super gode og sengene er nogle af de bedste hotelsenge jeg har prøvet. Morgenmaden er rigtig god, men bestil værelset med morgenmad ellers er prisen 150 cny pr. person. Ligger lige udenfor ringvej 2. Det koster ca. 20 cny i Taxa til centrum. Ville vælge hotellet igen hvis rejsen går til Beijing.
"Bra boende nära city"
knappt 100 kr bort från peking int airport. 10 min med taxi in till city och all shopping. taxin kostar ca 10 kr. Bra standars på rummen. mjuka härliga sängar. Inomhuspool med bastu. Gratis för gäster. Även gym och pingisbord på hotellet. Engelskan hos personalen var lite si så där. Men gott om tid och bra tålamod löser det mesta. Vi bokade rummet för […] 2 vuxna och kom dit 4 st (+ 2 barn) inga problem. inga extra kostnader för detta. Trevligt område med en stor park och ett nöjesfält. På söndagarna är det en stor marknad precis bredvid hotellet ( 200 m bort). Den är känd för sina antikviteter. Kortfattat. Trevligt boende för hela familjen nära city Lisez la suite

Dette hotellet hadde fått topp karakter av meg om de hadde vært bedre i engelsk i resepsjonen, det kunne være vanskelig å kommunisere med de. Og en annen ting som drar voldsomt ned er at det ikke var air condition på rommet vårt i 27 etg, det endte med at vi måtte sove med døra på gløtt og det er jo ikke akkurat det tryggeste eller beste å gjøre. siamo stati 5 giorni al Radegast: ottimo hotel in generale, camere bellissime, piscina e palestra più che soddisfacenti, personale molto disponibile e parla bene inglese. Uniche pecche: in inverno (come anche altri hotel) nelle camere è caldissimo, però sono stati gentilissimi e mi hanno spostato su un piano più basso dove il caldo è molto più sopportabile. 호텔은 깨끗하고, 아침뷔페도 괜찮아요. 직원들도 한국사람이라고 친절하게 해줘요. 호텔 위치가 애매해서 택시기사도 잘 못찾아서 불편했어요. 중심가의 좋은 위치를 원하면 안 좋지만 숙박에 중점을 두면 좋은것 같아요.

В июне останавливались в этом отеле. Очень чистый современный отель. Номера свежие. Жили в номере с видом на озеро, очень понравилось. Отличный чистый бассейн. Отдаленность от центра, компенсируется недорогим такси.

Hotellet ligner det der er på billederne! Det er virkelig lækkert - personalet, udsmykningen, poolen, sengen! Den ligger lidt væk fra mange af tingene, så man skal bruge en taxa til at komme rundt, da den nærmeste subway station er 15 minutters gang væk. Men vi valgte hotellet for at bruge deres faciliteter og der blev vi ikke skuffet. Eneste minus […] er deres restaurant - Lake View Café. Den kunne godt have været bedre og billigere. Men det var også en Europæisk indspireret restaurant, så de andre restauranter på hotellet er højst sandsynlig bedre, da de er kinesiske. Men ellers fantastisk. Rigtig godt! Lisez la suite

Хороший, чистый отель. Приветлевый, англоговорящий персонал. Просторные номера. Неплохой рекреационный центр (бассейн, тренажер.зал). Бывало трудно доехать, отель новый, таксисты не знают его. Достаточно далеко от метро (30 мин пешком). Если удаленность от метро вас не напрягает, то это прекрасный, тихий отель для семейного отдыха.

Hotellet håller en mycket bra standard. Närmsta tunnelbanestation ligger ca 2,5-3 km från hotellet vilket innebär att man är beroende av taxi. Kostnaden för en taxi är dock väldigt låg och restiden till Himmelska fridens torg är inte mer än ca 10 minuter. Det kan också tilläggas att det är billigare att köpa till frukosten direkt vid incheckningen […] än vad det är att köpa till den efteråt. Kostanden är då halva det ordinarie priset. Our stay at Radegast Lake View hotel was a nice one. The room was very pleasant, with lots of space, a medium sized bathroom with tub, and a nice view (from the smaller windows). The staff was very polite and serviceminded, even though their english was not the best. I liked having the possibility to workout (dumbbells and machines, swimmingpool). The […] only thing that disappointed was the food, I would recommend eating out (but that's not really a problem when travelling anyway). Worth to mention is that they want 500 yuan a day as a deposit before you check in (we were not used to that so it surprised us a bit). The distance to everything is big so use a taxi (those are really cheap, ca 2 yuan per kilometer). All in all a good stay and i'd recommend it to others. Lisez la suite

가족(7살 10살 아이 동반)동반으로 이 호텔(2일)과 스위소텔(3일)에서 묵었음. 가격은 두 호텔이 비슷하나 시설과 객실의 수준은 라드가스트레이크뷰호텔이 1-2등급 높다는 느낌이 들었음. 스위소텔이 교통량이 아주 많은 시내 대로변에 위치하고 있고(조금 시끄러움) 주요 관광지에 편리하게 연결되는 장점이 있으며 지하철 역이 바로 앞에 있음. 라드가스트 호텔은 시내에서 약간 떨어져 있는 느낌이고 지하철이 없으나 택시를 이용해(어린 아이들과의 여행은 대중교통보다 택시 이용 추천) 쉽게 주요관광지와 연결될 수 있으며, 주변이 보다 한적하고 여유있게 산책하는 주민들과 마주칠 수 있음. 판자위앤 골동품시장은 걸어서도 갈 수 있고 천단공원도 […] 가까움. 좋은 가격으로 5성급 호텔을 즐기실 분, 시끄러운 중심가에서 약간 떨어지고 싶으신 분, 추천. "Luxury hotel suitable for leisure walk"
this hotel is of great interior design, good and comfortable facility esp the bed. we take a twins bed and each of them is very big, as big as queen-sized bed. yet, location is not very convenient. you may need to take bus (4-5 stops to closest metro station, but the bus stop is just opposite your hotel with 10 meters walk) ^V^. overal, great, up to […] 90 marks!! 毗邻龙潭湖公园，二环边上，位置很好，闹中取静。酒店设施不错，床很大，枕头有六种高度，感觉挺贴心。

Lake View 이 상당히 좋았던 곳이었습니다. Check-in 할 때 Lake View 이지만, Garden View로 배정을 해 줘서 약간의 문제는 있었지만, 호텔 자체는 편하고 좋았습니다. 단, 에어컨이 많이 사용되는 시간 대에는 에어컨 성능이 약간 떨어지는 게 흠이었고, 아침식사 레스토랑 바깥 정원이 아직 공사중이었다는 것이 아쉬웠습니다. 전체적으로 깔끔하고 좋았습니다.

A brand new and really nice HOTEL with all the comfort to be expected. Really good breakfast! The F&B department certainly have huge problems: Low quality of food, bad service and NO english speaking waiters, head waiters or restaurant managers. All in all: Worth an stay, but eat outside the hotel.
