Trs bonne impression.Petit dejeuner buffet parfait.Une seule chose : pourquoi ne remplit-on pas le minibar malgré les demandes?

Service très correcte, chambre propre et dans la salle de bain le petit plus très sympa après une bonne journée de visite, la baignoire a remous!!!. La situation de l'hotel est idéale.

Excellente situation, nous avons pratiquement tout fait à pied. Très bon confort, une clim. un peu bruyante, c'est tout. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Très bien place par contre la partie rénovation ou l'on été très bruyante à cause des travaux

Mercure Madrid is located just around the corner of Gran Via. There is a metro station across the street, different places to grab lunch.

The lobby is beautiful, and greatly decorated. They give you free maps. It's really close to puerto del sol and a good walking distance from the retiro park, prada, and palace. Breakfast can be costly inside the hotel but it's very good, otherwise there is a cafe across the street that's really good too and cheaper. Showers were difficult to get into […] but the bathroom as a whole was amazing. The bedroom was kinda small but comfortable. Pillows were comfortable as well. Wifi wasnt good for skype but ok for facebook and email. Customer service was good and the people at the front desk speak English. Overall, it was a great hotel and I would totally stay there again and every time I come to Madrid. Didn't see the pool. Food was great though. Lisez la suite

Good value for money

As many times in Spain, when it is cold outside the hotel managers believe that the heat shall be put up to maximum. The temperature regulator in the room did not work and in the alley ways it was horribly hot. Otherwise the hotel was OK.

Hotel was very cold periodically, probably due to the fact that renovations were on going. Rooms are nice, but you can hear every noise in the hallways and corriders at night. Currently in renovations, restuarant has lovely food, but expensive, as was the breakfast for a contiental, adjoining cafes will do eggs and bacon with coffee for about half the […] price. This hotel is definitely not 4 stars. Currently undergoing renovations so it might be different in a few months, but here were my problems: Air con was rubbish, I'm not sure it worked at all. The safe didn't work. The chairs in the room looked tired, and were uncomfortable (broken springs). The TV kept turning itself off. The wireless was patchy at […] best. The pool was shut as it was off season which seemed a little early with daytime temps still in the high 20's, a swim would have been nice. The bed was quite good though, the bathroom was great and the front desk and housekeeping staff were very good. Steer clear of the breakfast though, for 14 Euros it was awful! Microwaved bacon, iffy looking scrambled eggs, and only two choices of cereal! This hotel was in a great location, and that's what you pay for. Honestly though, Madrid is a fantastic city to stroll around and has a great Metro, so look elsewhere. Good location close to hop on hop off bus stop and metro. Rooms were small but adequate. Some renovation working taking place. We had a room at the back which was quiet.

WiFi connection was bad and not available for most of the time during my three nights stay. There is one computer that has Internet connection is made available for hotel guest to use - but it is occupied most of the time and sometimes, the Internet connection was not not avaialbe at times. I stayed at building B of the hotel which is now under renovation. […] People are working at the corridor and some rooms on the same floor I stayed. The environment is quite messy. And little noise starts from 8am when the people start renovvation work. Hotel room conditition is poor. I turned on AC over-night, and there is funny smell from the AC. So I need to turn the AC on and off. Show head has water leakage. Rooms are very close to each other so I can hear my next door going in and out; and also the vacuum clearner when the housekeeping lady is cleaning the room. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is convenience. However, given the hotel and room condition, I would not recommend this hotel until the renoovation is complete. Having read the existing reviews by other guests, we had expected the hotel would not be perfect, and were aware of the refurb being undertaken, but we never thought that it would be as awful as it was. Our stay at this hotel was a disaster from the start, as the staff were very unwelcoming and there was no level of customer service provided. we were […] not told anything about the hotel facilities (pool/restaurant) or the area, and had to sort out our bags ourselves. We were then taken to a room at the far end of tower B, which required us to drag our luggage down a long and dusty corridor, past rooms which were currently being rennovated with the doors left open, some of which had been completely gutted so you could smell the open drains. We also had to avoid the cables strung across the corridor, a massive health and safety risk by any standards. By the time we had arrived at the room we had already decided we were not happy with the position of the room so went back to reception to ask to be moved. From other people's reviews we were aware we could upgrade for a small additional charge, and so did so to avoid any further hassle with unsatisfactory rooms, however we were informed that after the first two nights we would have to go back to a room in tower B as all rooms in tower A were booked. our room in tower A was fine, although the quality still below that expected from a 4 star, with evidence of shoddy workmanship such as unpainted plaster in the corner of the room, and poor grouting in the bathroom. Come the third night we were shifted back over to tower B, to a run-down room which we were willing to cope with until we noticed the air con unit had been ripped out, asn there were wires hanging where it should be. Back to reception we went, and spoke to a member of staff who didnt seem to grasp that there was no air con unit in the room and kept insisting he would send a technician to 'fix' the unit, until I showed him a photo of the hole where the unit had Lisez la suite

They are doing construction on the floor we stayed in. They were also doing construction on the floors above and below. We stayed for two nights and for some reason our room smelled like raw sewage both mornings. We left one of our keys in our room when the maid came and they took it. The main hotel was nice but that is not where you stay. You stay […] in another hotel that they just bought and are renovating, it was loud and the walls are thin, so thin that you could hear the bathroom from the room next door. Excellent location and very nice staff!

Very convenient for us as we were finishing a coach tour - so a two minute walk from drop point.was welcome. Small supermarket nearby and eating places just across the road. The room was comfortable. Large walk in shower was much appreciated as we are Australian and not used to over the bath contraptions. It was noisy on the Friday night but we were […] tired enough to sleep. Free WiFi. in room. O quarto além de claustrofofico e quente demais!!! Como um hotel que se considera quatro estrelas nao tem ar condicionado?! A localização realmente e boa mas a região tem outros hotéis... Nao indico!!!

Este es mi segundo comentario (recibieron el primero?). Me asignaron la peor habitación (en aparte mas antigua de hotel) y para variar en dos ocaciones me despertó personal que estaba trabajando con esmeriles.

Estoy insatisfecho porque me asignaron la última y mas PEQUEÑA HABITACIÓN. El hotel es muy bonito pero deben ser claros en mencionar que el hotel tiene dos partes: la nueva y la clásica o vieja. aunque eran 8 noches de habitación me asignaron la peor en la parte vieja y un par de mañanas el ruido estridente de las herramientas que estaban utilizando […] el la restauración de habitaciones en el piso 3 nos desperto, realmente me sentí engañado y apenado con mi familia. First of all, there was NO air condition - it was very warm in the room. Second, a group of people had a party in the 6th floor (above my room) which gave a LOUD noise and vibrations in the walls...the answer from the hotell staff was that they should stop at midnight!! 何よりもまず、空港からホテルまで地下鉄でくる際は、すりに注意してください。私は被害にあいました。マドリードの地下鉄は外国人、特に日本人をターゲットにしたスリがいるため、地下鉄は利用しない方が無難です。その証拠に、ホテルの近くの警察署には、日本語を流暢に話せるスタッフが常駐しています。今回の短期滞在中、私が知り得た限りでも、４人が地下鉄で被害にあっております。 また、このホテルでは、部屋のカードがすぐに故障したり、 塗装後間もなく匂いが充満している部屋を割り当てられたという問題がありました。

Die Metrostation liegt direkt gegenüber dem Hoteleingang. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeit sind in der Nähe.

Ficamos de 10 e 13/Set/2011 no Mércure Santo Domingo de Madrid, um ótimo hotel com acomodações de padrão impecável porém neste período encontra-se em obras de ampliação e modernização de parte do hotel. Dependendo da localização do apartamento você vai ter que conviver com operários nos corredores e ter de tomar dois elevadores diferentes para ir ao […] segundo andar, por exemplo. Por conta da obra, às vezes o cartão-chave não funcionou e tivemos que trocá-lo duas vezes em um só dia. A localização é ótima, pertinho do Metro, da Praça do Sol, Plaza Mayor e Gran Via. Meget bra beliggenhet i forhold til sightseeing og shopping. Deilig frokost med ferske råvarer og champanje inkludert. Oppussingsarbeider ga litt dårligere helhetsintrykk.

Hotellet liger veldig bra til, rett ved alt som er verdt å se i Madrid. MEN pass på at du får rom i den nye delen av hotellet. Vi booket rommet gjennom Hotels.com og fikk rom i den gamle delen. Det var full oppussing rundt oss og det bårret og banket i nabo rommet, strømmen gikk osv.. gammle delen av hotellet er laaangt ifra standars til et 4 stjernes […] hotell. Hotellet var super på service og gav oss nytt rom i nye delen da vi gikk og klaget på dette. På taket på hotellet er det basseng med badehandkle service. The hotel is of very high standard - located in the center of madrid, within walking distance of most major turist attractions, shopping streets, etc. And within 50m of the hotel acces to 3 different tube lines - thus easy acces to the airport and trainstations. Furthermore the swimming pool was a near must, when visiting Madrid in July. The breakfast […] was of high quality - even though the cleaning of the tables were slow and generally a bit unsatisfying, as we 3 out of 4 mornings had to prepare our own table. First time we stayed in the hotel we were located in the modern part. That was great! Nice room. This time, the second time, we were in the old building. The room was very old, had mold, not been redecorated surely in 30 years, you could hear the neighbours all the time so you are not able to sleep. The card key never worked so it was a constant battle […] to get inside. It's a shame they take the same price for those rooms. Reception is a very big plus in the hotel! Lisez la suite

hotellet var i stortset bra, men jag blev veldigt besviken och arg (för min barnbarns skull) eftersom pollen var stängt . Jag har valt den här hotellet just för den här anledningen och ni medelar inte vilken period är öppet. Det är veldig dålig.

If You need a convenient hotel , this is a must! Just remind you should upgrade to "new room" with €15 each night! The picture show this site all in new room but the price is for the old one, make sure u got the right room you want! They have a very nice pool in the roof top. Rooms are Modern deco but not user-friendly , eg. The sink is not deep enough […] so the water sprit over the table. Shower without the glasses wall , water flow is not quite well. They dun provide kettle for hot water too. Besides, heart of everything! Hv a very good convenient store next to the block, everything can find there! Restaurant opposite is also good ! Primero lo bueno: el hotel es muy céntrico y muy tranquilo aunque esta a 100m de Gran Vía. Pero lo malo es que el hotel es un conjunto de dos edificios, un viejo y un moderno, (lo que te enseñan en las fotos). Y por desgracia me ha tocado la parte antigua, ademas de estar en obras, las habitaciones son viejas, pequeñas (aunque cómodas) y la mía con […] vista a un patio común muy feo. O hotel Mercure é no fundo um dois em um. Tem uma parte moderna, que aparece nas fotos online, e depois tem o que os recepcionistas chamam de parte 'clássica'. Não duvido que a parte moderna, completamente renovada, seja um hotel convidativo de quatro estrelas, mas a outra parte vale menos de três estrelas. O meu quarto, o 212, tinha a carpete com nódoas, […] as toalhas com buracos, o ar condicionado não funcionava e um aspecto velho com sinais evidentes de decadência. Ninguém me avisou deste hotel paralelo, que ainda por cima está em obras. Pedi uma troca de quartos ou um upgrade e a solução apresentada ainda foi pior que a original. Dit was mogelijk ooit een erg chique hotel. Alleen veel mensen zeggen als ik maar ergens kan slapen. Dat lukte niet in dit hotel: de kamer was zo verschrikkelijk warm dat slapen niet mogelijk was. Na de eerste nacht geklaagd en men beloofde er naar te kijken maar de tweede nacht was net zo slecht. Voor mij doet de rest er dan niet toe: als je niet goed […] kan slapen, mist het hotel de essentie. Airco werkte niet of het was te vroeg in het seizoen. Vårt första rum var minimalt, två enkelsängar och inget vettigt fönste, smutsig sunjig heltäckningsmatta.. Vi bad omedelbart att få byta, men fick det först efter ett dygn. Det andra var mycket bättre, men fortfarande litet och slitet. Hotellet har en ny del, som antagligen är bättre. Det är den som visas på nätet. Ombyggnadsarbeten pågår i entreplanet. Receptionspersonalen […] gjorde ett vänligt och professionellt intryck, men kunde inte fixa ett bättre rum. Läget är bra, rätt centralt och relativt litet trafikbuller. Lisez la suite
