L'accueil était correct mais l'hôtel doit impérativement être refait : Tapisserie sale couverte de taches de café Salle de bains avec moisissure On entend les voisins, les portes ont trois centimètres de vide vers le couloir Commande de Télévision volée et absente. La literie était propre heureusement !

Accueil glacial, lavabo bouché, tapisseries tachées, ménage vite fait mais salle d'eau bien propre. Toutefois, cet hotel a un bon rapport qualité prix pour le quartier, la literie est confortable.

L'insonorisation est assez catastrophique, malgré le doublage des portes. Les canalisations sont extrêmement bruyantes, permettant de profiter pleinement des chasses des voisins du dessus. Les draps et la moquette avaient des traces de cigarette. J'ai attendu 25 minutes dans l'espoir de recevoir une facture, j'ai dû abandonner.

Personne à l'accueil le matin pour rendre la carte de la chambre....avons attendu 20mn....les serveuses nous ont dit que c'était comme ça tous les matins.... Très mauvaise insonorisation

L'hôtel est plutôt pas mal situé: près de Montmartre, Sacré-Cœur, Moulin Rouge et surtout des stations de métro. D'extérieur l'hôtel paraissait avenant mais nous avons été très déçues par la vétusté de la chambre : moquette tachée, salle de bain minuscule, couvre-lit pas frais, draps de bain effilochés, peinture écaillée,la télé à écran plat certes […] mais avec seulement quelques chaînes en langue étrangère donc aucune en français.....Bref loin d'être la chambre idéale, même à ce prix-là. Par contre le lit, paraissant au départ très étroit, était confortable...Ouf ! Normalement le ménage devait être fait tous les jours: les draps de bain ont bien été changés mais le lit a été fait une fois sur deux. Le petit déjeuner était bon mais loin d'être continental et surtout insuffisant...Pour toutes ces raisons j'ai vivement regretté l'Ibis dans lequel je suis allée il y a quelques mois et dans lequel je retournerai plus volontiers ! Heureusement le personnel était souvent sympathique mais parfois étranger (des pays de l'Est je pense) et alors ne parlant ni ne comprenant le français. Bref l'hôtel ne nous a pas complètement déplu mais ne nous laissera certes pas un souvenir impérissable. Dommage, cela aurait pu être bien. Lisez la suite

Chambre single 2bis en demi étage:épouvantable !!! Impossible de dormir , bruit d' ascenceur ainsi que bruits des personnes empruntant l escalier + bruit des poubelles des restaurants alentour et des odeurs.Pas de climatisation. Petit déjeuner pauvre: 1 croissant 1 petit pain

hotel avec un personnel tres accueillant. Mais petite salle de bain et insonorisation tres tres mauvaise. Par contre l'emplacement est bien.

Dans les couloirs l'humidité suinte derrière le papier peint. Si l'accueil est très courtois, le service du petit déjeuner efficace et le lobby a visiblement été refait avec gôut, je pense que la qualité des chambres est très inégale (certaines avec écrans plats, d'autres non) dessus de lits et moquettes tachées. Situation idéale pour le prix, par contre la chambre était une étuve, obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour dormir (alors qu'il neigeait sur Paris...), l'aspirateur n'avait pas été passé, et l'isolation entre chambre est plutôt très mauvaise. Pour avoir passé une semaine à cet hotel, mon conjoint et moi-même avons beaucoup apprécié le confort du lit et le ménage fait quotidiennement (changement des serviettes, aspirateur, salle de bain propre, etc.) Les gens à la réception ont été très gentils et la localisation de l'hôtel répondait à nos besoins: nous avons pu visiter la ville au complet […] à pied et être au coeur de l'action tout en étant sur une petite rue silencieuse la nuit. Le seul inconvénient a été la taille de la douche, qui était tellement étroite qu'il était difficile de s'y retourner. Par contre pour le prix, ça n'a pas représenté un obstacle majeur. Petite pâtisserie excellente juste en face, ainsi qu'un charmant restaurant italien très abordable. Pas la peine de payer pour le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel avec la patisserie en face. Small room, a confortable bed, hot water and French balcony. Much more better than a hostel. Very close to Gare du Norde, Metropolitan and Montmartre which is the best part of Paris. Breakfast is not worth to book it with if only a cup of coffee is not enough for you. The hotel has good location. The rooms are nothing special but everything is clean and comfortable in use. Beds are very comfy. For breakfast there is only one roll with jam, croissant and coffee, so if you want at least one slice of cheese or ham, don't expect it. We bought extra food in near supermarket and brought with us for breakfast.

Dirty room, dirty beds, small room, awful location, noisy (you can hear everything in the room next to you), uncomfortable beds. Even in an under developed country , you would be horrified. I was shocked. Never again.

the hotel is about 10 mins walk from Gare du Nord so handy if you are arriving on the Eurostar, the hotel accommodation is pretty basic but comfortable and the location is ideal for exploring Paris - only a couple of mins walk to the nearest Metro station 'Anvers' and Sacre Couer. Breakfast was quite basic for the price, but typical of this standard […] of hotel. there are a few good restaurants near the hotel if you don't want to explore in the evenings. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very good for the price. It's a little run down, and the carpet and bedspreads have seen better days, but it was clean, the people at the desk were pleasant, and the free wifi worked. One morning there was quite a bit of noise coming from a young tour group, but otherwise my room (facing a courtyard) was very quiet.

The hotel was quite a shock to us. Coming from a 6 night stay at the Residenzia Canneregio in Venice the drop in standard was extremely obvious when we arrived (the Venice hotel cost a mere 15 euros per night more to stay at). The bathroom had a basin, toilet and small shower with a shower curtain. The sheets seemed clean, the comforter was filthy and the towels were grey and smelled of sigaret smoke. The carpets were red and filthy with many large stains. No aircon bar for a window that looked out on the courtyard. The Hotel Gerando is a bargain hotel - especially by Paris standards. It is in a great position, just seconds from the metro and a short stroll to Sacre Coeur. The hotel was spotlessly clean and staff helped out whenever asked. Breakfast of a roll and croissant with coffee and juice was perfectly adequate, and saved us from having to go out and pay […] cafe coffee prices! Rooms are smallish and basic, but the bed was comfy and the large windows opening onto the street were a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a base for exploring, but if you are used to grand gestures and opulent surroundings, you will need to look elsewhere. Lisez la suite

Myself (21) and my younger sister (17) booked this hotel mainly for the price and the proximity to Gare du Nord and the nearest Metro stop. After previously visiting Paris in february and staying not far from this area I believed that we (being two young girls) would feel safe. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord and the easiest road […] to take is Rue De Dunkerk which which take you straight up to the hotel which is very easy to find. On arrival, the hotel staff do not speak very much but are 'ok'. We arrived at 10.00am simply to leave our bags before sightseeing but were delighted that the hotel allowed us to check and be given the key to our room. When we got to the room - Room 9 on the second floor it was very small but was cosy for the two of us. the bedding was clean enough but the shower in the bathroom was a little dirty but nothing that we couldn't put up with for one night. we were delighted to find that we had a fully opening window leading onto a balcony for a real parisian feel. HOWEVER the window did not lock and being two young girls this felt very unsafe. after examing the other room's along the balconys it looked as though these were the same so in the night we wedged our cases up against it. But not good!!!! I think the noise comments are unfair, as we experienced only noise from the rooms either side of us when they were opening/closing their doors. The real downside of this hotel for us was the area. Being two young girls we would not go to this area again, you could not walk past a cafe without the locals glearing at you and speaking disgusting french words, which unbeknown to them, I actually understand the language! At one occasion as well we decided to get off at barbes rochechouart metro stop and felt honestly petrified. We were surrounded by men clearing and shouting at us (in broad day light) and really did not feel at all safe. Room small, bathroom small. access corridoors barely wide enough to get a small wheeled case through. you have to go up a flight of stairs to get to the lift which could fit two people and 1 suitcase at a push. The hotel is located just a short walk from the main train station. Our main bedroom was fine however bathroom quite dirty, for example, the shower curtain. Water leaked easily from the shower. The room was nice, small but nice. The breakfast was, in my opinion, not worth what I paid. The hotel was a short walk from the Metro. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Would probably stay there again.

Yes, I know European hotel rooms are small, and yes, I am American. :) The room size was small but efficient.. just right for one person. The bed was comfortable, and the TV worked. Hotel Gerando is in a busy neighborhood, with a few restaurants around but the inner rooms face a courtyard with many apartments. The wireless was NOT reliable at all, […] despite the fact that it was advertised as in-room. There was no peephole or chain on the door. There was no flyer in the room saying "hey, call this number for the front desk". This was a very bare-bones hotel, and for the price, I think I could've done better. The closest Metro is ANVERS, not Gare du Nord, as is advertised. This is the stop for Sacre Coeur, so lots of drunk, younger people at night. Only a one block walk from the Metro stop. While the room was clean but sparse, I just didn't feel 100% safe, and I think I could've gotten a hotel with consistent in-room internet for the same price elsewhere, perhaps in a better neighborhood. GREAT LITTLE HOTEL, GREAT LOCATION 5 MINS FROM THE GARE DE NORD STATION.Easy reach from local bakery and restaurants, would recommend to others, as the location was very good. near to the sacre coeur and if you like walking to see the sites, then around 15mins slow walk to rue de layfayette, where we got on L'open tour bus. or metro is round the corner. […] staff were friendly and polite, they let is check in early, kept hold of our bags when we checked out, so we could spend the day site seeing. hotel was clean, little but what you expect from paris, we didnt have the b-fast, as there was a lovely bakery just across the street. very good stay in all! Was about what I expected. Only issue was with shower. A design flaw in the remodel made it leak onto the floor in the bathroom. In all it met expectation. Very close to subway and the Gare du Nord train station. Neighborhood just north was little trashy. But most of Paris is.

Mycket lyhört, trasig matta, hela rummet bestod av tre sängar och knappt någon golvyta. Billigt.

Hotellet ligger i et hyggelig nabolag, det er også nær offentlig kommunikasjon. Personalet var høflige, men virket litt uinteresserte i gjestene. I motsetning til hva fikk, hadde det vært bedre med ferske croissanter og brød, samt god kaffe. Fint bad, men dårlig renhold (hårene i dusjen ble liggende etter rengjøring..., dørene på rommet var til dels […] skitne....) Manglende hovedrenhold. Das Hotel hat uns nicht angesprochen. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber und für diesen Preis waren wir überhaupt nicht einverstaden. Auch das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden. Das Personal war einigermassen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Für Familien und kleinkinder nicht zu empfehlen.

Hotellin etuja on sijainti. Sacre Cour on kivenheiton päässä, mukava iltaisin kävellä kukkulalle katsomaan öistä Pariisia. Budjettimatkailijalle sopiva hotelli. Henkikökunta oli ystävällistä. Miinuksena ohuet seinät; äänet kantautuivat käytävältä huoneeseen. Huone oli todella pieni. Liikenteen melua ei ollut. Metroasemalle lyhyt matka.

メトロを使って観光しましたが、非常に満足でした。駅からすぐの立地でした。外観は普通ですが中にはテレビも新しいものがありますし、部屋も十分広かったです。１人旅や少人数で旅行する人、メトロなどを使って旅行する人にはお薦めします。

Toppläge i Montmartre nära Sacre coeur, metro etc. Precis lagom hotell för en kort vistelse där man mest är ute och upptäcker Paris. Sköna sängar, fräscht badrum, rent men lite slitet. Luktade lite mögel, men det är i princip det enda jag har att klaga på. Det gick dessutom bra att vädra med den franska balkongen (=mysig). Мы приехали в Париж с маленьким ребёнком, поэтому было не очень удобно каждый раз таскать коляску до лифта и приходилось её всегда собирать,так так лифт очень маленький..Номера тоже маленькие, ремонт делали давно, всё старое!!! но если вы целымим днями планируете гулять и наслаждаться Парижом то на номер можно закрыть глаза, главное что расположение […] отеля очень удобное и Париж такой красивый, что отель не имеет значения!!!! хорошего отдыха!!! Hotelli sijaitsee kätevällä paikalla. Yleiskunto on ihan ok, kylpyhuone oli siisti. Huone oli toki varsin pieni, mutta äänieristys ok. Henkilökunnan kanssa pärjää englanniksi ja wifi-nettiyhteys toimii moitteettomasti. Aamupala on hyvin vaatimaton. In English: the location of the hotel is very good. Rommene er av enkel standard, men rene, velholdte og koselige. Resepsjonistene var høflige og hjalp oss med det vi ønsket. Et helt greit hotell, med nær beliggenhet til Montmartre, togstasjon og undergrunnstasjon.
