Très bon plan !

A la réception il y a deux avis à donner : - le monsieur très froid et à peine avenant et aimable - la dame charmante, avenante et très aimable. Difficile de donner une note dans ce cas, sauf la chance de tomber sur elle plutôt que sur lui en arrivant, afin d'avoir une bonne impression de départ déjà. Residence hotel moderne, épuré. Les chambres sont des apparteemnt tout équipés ou vous pouvez donc cuisiner. La chambre est séparé. C est confortable, bien situé (niveau vieux port). Le seul hic est qu on ne peut pas s'enfermer de l'intérieur dans les chmabres et cela donne une sensation d'insécurité, surtotu pour les femems voyageant seule.

Très belle résidence entièrement rénovée composée d"appartements spacieux ... le tout à 20 m du Vieux Port de Cannes ... un must !

Très bien situé près du port et des restaurants.. Appartement confortable et tout neuf. Accueil sympa. Le moins : pas de parking !

l'aménagement est moderne et complet la situation au calme mais proche du port les peintures un peu defraichies mais sinon super bien

Residence hotel tres moderne, propre, bien situe. Le seul probleme est qu on ne peut pas fermer la porte a clef de l'interieur des appartements. de ce fait, une femme voyageant seule ne se sent pas en securite.

Hotel très bien placé et très agréable. Un effort sur la propreté de la chambre et il serait parfait…!!

Modern and very spacious apartments. Bedroom, kitchen, sitting room. Very friendly reception staff. Good location. Definitely would recomend to stay in there.

Location is perfect. Just across from the harbor. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Place was modern and clean. Family friendly and felt safe. Provided a cot or crib for our baby. Will definitely stay here again. If you drive, be aware that parking is minimal on the street. There is a lot not far away for €24 per day.

If U are coming with rental car you have to forgat about this Hotel nearly impossible to find prking place on the street and if you find one somebody damage your car while your are sleeping. Absolutely not recomended with car

This is a delightful small hotel hidden in a very quiet back street of Cannes, within 1 minute of the beach and Port. It ia also perfectly placed for a host of eating places. Come back the first night we checked in and it's super hot. I try to turn on the A/C, can't figure it out, open the windows, call front desk, and the guy comes up to help. He can't turn it on either, says he thinks it's been turned off for the whole building. At this point we're being eaten alive by mosquitoes, the front desk guy waves off a mosquito, […] says sorry I cannot help you, and leaves. It was a miserable evening. The following day they offered us bug spray to help with the problem, but would not turn on the A/C. Eventually they rectified the situation by teaching us how to close the curtains to they function as screens and by installing these plug in mosquito repellents. It worked pretty well and I only had to kill a couple mosquitoes a day. But it's loud in the mornings here and there was construction across the street, so we didn't get a good night's sleep at all our whole time there. The room was excellent, the location was great, Le Quai's is an awesome pub very close, and I would have been thrilled with the place if they left the A/C (as advertised) on. Great location. Close to the bus station and train station. Near all the shops, restuarants . I would definitely stay there again. Felt very safe!!!!!!

This was more of an apartment than a hotel and was a little disspointing. We had 3 people so we needed the sofa couch to sleep, which was old and very very uncomfortable. Location was great, we in fact moved here after staying one night at the novotel due to the better location of being close to the beach. Very friendly receptionist. Hint; Do not do […] laundry and hang up on the wooden chairs outside, the varnish will come off on to all your white clothing! WIll i stay here again, proberbly not but for someone on a budget requiring a decent location, it may be worth it. Lisez la suite

Situated in the heart of the bars and resaurants along the marina and less than a 10minute walk from the Palais de Festivals where the film festival is held and where high priced clubbing happens in the summer. Really huge suite for the price but no toiletries except shower gel which is annoying when no supermarkets are nearby and chemists are ridiculously […] overpriced. Would definitely stay there again. One of the greatest places to stay in Cannes if you are on a budget! Close to all the restaurants. Staffs are extremely helpful. Place is huge and clean. A little hard to find if you are not too familiar with Cannes, but still very nice place. Highly recommended.

Very nice spot. Staff members were very helpful. Suites were new, quiet and very efficient. Everything you need. We had a junior suite and it was quite spacious. One thing that could be added would be an optional maid service. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a very lovely, comfortable suite hotel which had a great location, designer accompaniements in the kitchen BUT did not provide soaps, shampoos, hairdryer, tc. for the bathroom. Nor did they have an electrical converter available to borrow. Small items, but to me vital -- I spend 20 weeks of the year on the road and want to travel as lightly […] as possible. Having to buy this type of goods is a real inconvenience and I certainly won't stay twice in a hotel where I need to carry my own or go out and buy them before I can put my feet up and relax after a loooong trip! Hotellet kändes alldeles nyrenoverat. Lagom stort för fyra vuxna eller fyra vuxna och två barn. Trevlig personal. Vi hade lite problem med uppkopplingen till att börja med, men det löste de åt oss.

Вообще это не отель в прямом понимании этого слова - это Suite. То есть вам предоставляется не номер, а как бы квартира. Поэтому сразу напишу единственный минус - уборка и застилка кроватей становится вашим делом. И если учесть, что песок на пляже мелкий и имеет свойство оказываться в номере, вам придётся пылесосить номер самостоятельно, благо пылесос […] есть :) Но, это незначительный минус по сравнению с теми плюсами что даёт отель: - шикарнейшее расположение, 1 минута до пляжа, 5 минут до дворца кино и набережной прогулочной - номера просторные, с холодильником, посудомоечной машиной. Порадовало наличие электросушилки для полотенец - быстрый интернет с точкой доступа в номере (что немаловажно - в некоторых отелях до нашего номера не добивало) - для кого-то будет плюс, для кого-то минус - отель расположен на 2 линии окна выходят на тихие улочки (хотя, первая линия занята отелями совершенно другого ценового сегмента) Вобщем, рекомендую :) Lisez la suite

Dette lejlighedshotel ligger perfekt i den gamle byel Le Suquet kun få min. gang fra lufthavnsbus, Croisetten, restauranterne, havnen - og sandstranden! Personalet er hjælpsomme, venlige og taler godt engelsk. Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for 7 nights in the beginning of july. The location is by the port, and only a 5 minute stroll to the croisette. The hotel also offers family room and rooms with balcony. We will absolutely consider this hotel again.

This apartment hotel has a wonderful location close to the port of Cannes. Short walk to the beach, close to the the Festival palce and with wonderful restaurants just around the corner. The apartments are fully equipped, but the athmosphere is very cold and unpersonal and it's not very clean. The floors were covered with a thin layer of sand and dust […] and the terrace was full of bird shit, sand, leafs and dirt. Even after we ordered and payed for an extra cleaning service it was still filthy dirty. It really has the potential of being a very nice place, but it needs a solid hand to get it into shape. Har haft et par gode dage, på dette fantastiske sted. Vi havde Junor Suite, hvilket var en god størrelse for os 3 personer. Stedet ligger centralt og der er gå afstand til både strand og havn/by miljø. Parkeringspladser er yderst begrænset, hvilke gør dette sted mindre fleksible, når man har bilen med. Man kunne godt fra Hotellets side havde forhandlet […] sig til nogle parkeringsmuligheder. Man kan parkere på havne og strandområder i max 3 timer ellers findes der bekostlige parkeringsmåder, Lisez la suite

Udsigten fra hotelsværelse var ikke godt. Lige ind i facadepå modsat side af gaden (gl. facade). Men placeringen af hotel var rigigt godt, kort afstand til havnen, stranden og den gamle bydel. Vi kunne godt overvejr at komme igen. Vi så ikke nogen rengøring i de 3 dage vi var på hotel.

Die Ausstattung des Apartments war gut. Vom Backofen bis zur Mikrowelle ist alles vorhanden. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war leider sehr mangelhaft. Unser einjähriger Sohn hatte nach 5 Minuten krabbeln schwarze Füße und Knie, also konnte man ihm im Apartment quasi nie Hosen anziehen. Vom Apartment aus ist man sehr […] schnell in der Altstadt und in der "Neustadt" sowie am Hafen. Es liegt also günstig für Ausflüge. Parkplätze sind keine vorhanden. Es gibt aber einige wenige kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Apartmentanlage. Ich würde Suite Affaire nicht als Hotel bezeichnen, da man in einem Apartment mit kompletter Selbstversorgung wohnt. Die Räume werden nicht täglich gesäubert, sondern nur 1x pro Woche und außer einem Handtuch pro Person und einer Toilettenpapierrolle gibt es keine weiteren Serviceleistungen. Lisez la suite
