The owner has dine a great job attention to detail has created a good ambience but you need to ore book the boat avid allow for that extra cost the tel no on this site does not work so u need to call them via their own site it's a must stay place in Davao you need two nights at least

Overall it was ok. the bed was really uncomfortable and the phone didn't work. There was no outside noie to keep us awake. there was little or no places to eat within walkinf distcance and breakfast started too late to take advantage of.

I know this hotel, went several times there aready, its a good hotel for the price they offer, and its convenient to the airports, and the service they give its good.

The hotel meet my needs for 2 weeks the staff were helpful and easy to get along with. The location was OK after I knew exactly where it was in relation to Manila.

Staff were fantastic and service was good and friendly, rooms were good for the price and even though the location was not top class I enjoyed the local Filipino street vendors food

We chose the hotel based on its location (close to the airport). The taxi drive takes about 20 minutes through some "interesting looking" neighborhoods. It is by no means within a walking distance from the airport since the location is on the opposite side of the airport from the terminal entrance. The family suite was very spacious and nice. I would certainly recommend it for groups of 4-6 people: the price is reasonable and there is air-conditioning. The hotel booked airport transportation for us which worked out nicely. Be sure to check what terminal you're on your way to since they are kilometers apart. This hotel is a good choise when travelling or for an overnight stay. If I was in the city for sightseeing, I would probably choose another location though. Lisez la suite

If it is just for staying some hours because a flight connection, is a good and affordable option. Besides that, does not have much to offer. Close to the airport terminals (watchout which you arrive to and departure from...), they offer pick up alternative. While close-ish to the airport, the hotel is still a bit of a meandering taxi ride. The staff are friendly enough, but the basic problem seems to be a very penny-pinching attitude to everything: wifi costs, there are no cups or teabags (though there is a kettle), the supposedly 'free' airport pick-up comes with a small 'airport parking' charge, the […] airport drop-off suddenly incurs a fee (that you learn about just before being taken to the airport), there's no functioning hotel restaurant on-site (so you have the expense of ordering in junk food)....basically, staying here is a false economy for little return. hotel is probaly good for a one night stay only, close to airport

Was a little worried that the Hotel was going to be really bad. I was pleasantly surprised. I upgraded to the Family suite which allowed 6 of us to sleep to comfortably. Compared to the well known Hotel I was originally booked at, I saved alot of money staying here!!! Wahoo!

i arrived late to manila and i looked for close hotel to the air port. but i would not recommend this hotel even if it is for 1 hour

Almost perfect, the neighborhood are not a good view whrn you look outside the window. But the sorroundings of the hotel is secluded with Securityguard. The rest is perfect!

Clean and god comfort but no special good service. And the hotel is too far from airport if you use it for an overnight. And it was difficult to get a taxi from hotel to airport. You must book it a day before at least.

I am surprised that there is no information tracking paid reservations online. This hotel is no friendly to hotel guests on the basis that access to the internet has to be paid. The room was nice enough, we have basic "native" tastes. The breakfast was one hour late and the lady at the desk (again, very nice), had to scramble to come up with the driver we had requested the previous night. The neighborhood is a dirty slum. I was only at this hotel for about 9 hours. It was just a stopping over place in between a domestic and international flight. The room was nice, clean, and overall a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a little hard to find, but that could of just been the driver I had take me to the hotel from the airport. Small rooms but the sink and table in kitchen offered some room. The daily maintenance was lacking. Towel rack fell off wall at first use, glass shelf was drooping and we did not want to use for fear of it dropping, battery in clock was dead, and the shower (Heat on demand) sprayed cold water in all directions. This is mainly a long term stay place. […] We had to ask to get them to clean the room daily. The location is not well known by most taxis. We had to pay extra over the meter to get a cab to take us to it on several occasions. You are in a gated area with good security. The hotel was affordable, clean and secure. The only drawback that I've encountered was in locating the place. I found it hard to locate given only the said address minus any familiar landmarks. It would have been better if a detailed direction was included at least upon reaching the bridge area or much better at the NAIA.

Nice room with kitchen. Clean and nice.Lots of cabinets. Very good for 2 persons.

Not a bad place to spend the night. The price was right, it was clean, staff friendly. the neighborhood sucks. I would not stay more than 1 night there.

while the neighborhood looked a little iffy the room although small was clean, a/c worked, staff was friendly, room service was affordable and quite good for the price. i never felt i was in any danger but some travelers might find the area a little scary. ok for money.

ac was too noisy having travelling 24hrs from MHT airport you really need a place that you can sleep. their sweet room are bunkbed. no drinking glassess but rates are good so i guess there was a saying you get what you pay for.

initially room was given on 8th floor which is on the same room as the water tank. As a result there was also no water pressure. Also the room was quite small and the next room was in renovation. After complaining I was given a room at the 4th floor which has much better water pressure and was quite cozy even though quite small. I enjoyed my stay at Isabelle garden hotel. All staff was very friendly polite and helpful. The room was cleaned each time we asked. It was good value for money and the supervisor was exceptionally efficient and helpful

I only stayed overnight before heading to the airport. The accomodations were clean and adequate for what I needed. You can see the airport from the hotel but most taxi drivers do not know where it is. There are no places to eat within walking distance so the only choice is to order take-out that is delivered to your room. Access is within a gated subdivision on the perimeter of the airport. This 'hotel' is actually an assortment of units within a condo apartment complex set right in the middle of a shanty town on the backside of the airport; standby people were everywhere at 1am on a Monday morning. The room was adequate and the service was very good. However, Paranaque is not the greatest or most convenient area. Later in my trip I found a much better room in a better area for only slightly more money.

Near the airport.I used it for a nap when I had a long layover in manila. Hotel has got good security. Tell the taxi driver its in moonwalk village 200-250php.

This is the perfect hotel for if you just need to grab some sleep for a night and be close to the airport. It is just around the back, about 10 minutes away, and you just need to ensure you tell the taxi driver its in Moonwalk village and dont pay more than 150 pesos. Ingen taxichaufför ville ta oss dit först, och vi fick till slut betala överpris. Han hade mycket svårt att hitta och till slut fick jag använda GPSen på min telefon och guida honom. En del av vägen gick igenom ett område där han inte hade rätt klistermärke för att få köra vilket skapade en massa krångel med vakter som inte ville släppa förbi oss. Själva […] hotellet var mycket prisvärt och de kunde ordna snabb och smidig (om än lite dyr) shuttle service till flygplatsen vilken tid som helst på dygnet. Hotellet var inte alls så nära flygplatsen som utlovat, vilket beror på att ankomsthall för utrikesflyg och Terminal 3 (där jag skulle köpa inrikesflygbiljett) är en liten minibussresa på 20 minuter. Kringliggande kvarter var minst sagt otrygga. När man rullade upp rullgardinen var det som en blandning av hönsgård och slum utanför. Tupparna börjar också […] gala ihärdigt klockan 3 på natten! Hissen låter enormt mycket, mitt rum låg nära och i kombination med tupparna blev det väldigt svårt att sova trots öronproppar. Skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell för annat än priset! men då taxiresan blir 35 minuter istället för 5 får man ändå lägga på en hundring (om man vill ha en laglig taxi)!!
