hotel tres accueillant , pas besoin de laisser voir les papiers de reservation , tout était déjà préparé, accès à internet à l'accueil très pratique et situé idealement ; pas trop près du centre ville avec ses nuissances sonores mais juste à côté du tram qui t'emmène au centre , donc pas de problème de parking chambre correct

"great service starts at front desk"
I'm glad I choose the Four Point Sheraton in calgary. the great service at the front desk was great, they understand that guest most likely got off a flight or going to Travel. the overall service was outstanding.

The hotel was very nice and the restaurant top notch. I suppose the only thing lacking was a free breakfast that most hotels now offer.

The beds were super comfy. The hotel was quiet and the rooms were clean and well decorated. It was excellent value for the price. The restraunt food was very good but our waiter did not seem to be to thrilled about seeing us come in at 10pm.

"Our stay"
The rooms are nice and new and large. However, we couldn't get wifi, couldn't control the heat during the night, and the water stopper in the tub was stuck. I had to hold it manually.

"Served it's purpose"
This hotel was moderately convenient to the airport - though with an "airport hotel" title, I would have thought closer. The hotel is well appointed in that it is modern, there are plenty of commissary items to choose from in comparison to many hotels today, though my room was not in the greatest condition. The bed was made in a very sloppy fashion, […] to the point you could likely question whether or not the sheets were even changed. It was somewhat dusty but which could have been an indicator that it simply wasn't used in a while. Overall, it served it's purpose, but nothing memorable to note. Lisez la suite

"Enjoyed my stay very much!"
Comfortable room, plenty of space, beautifully decorated. The only remark I noticed are the doors that are quite noisy when you exit the room. It was a bit annoying to hear people get out their room... I had a wonderfull night and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We only spent 7 hours at the 4 points sheraton in calgary during an overnight layover on a flight home. we were very satisified with the ease of making the reservation, the efficiency of the front desk staff on checking in and checking out, the comfort and cleanliness of the room, the overall attractiveness of the hotel. The front lobby area as well […] as the hallways and our room. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. We were very impressed during our short stay there. The hotel seems to be lacking hot water. After one person took a short shower there was no hot water. Just running the tap in the sink, I noticed it did not get hot. When I mentioned it at check-out the girl did not seem surprised and was not apologetic. In fact, the hot tub was not even hot. Ric's Lounge, in the hotel, has good food.

We stayed here only one night, as a stopover hotel (after a late flight arrival in Calgary), before driving to Banff. Decent hotel, clean, and close to Calgary Airport. Rooms were well-furnished and comfortable, but nothing too spectacular. Bathroom fixtures were a bit old. Overall, nice enough for a night or two.

"Four Points gets 5 Stars!"
This was my first time staying at the Four Points by the Sheraton. I've stayed in quite a few hotels including the high end Sheraton's and the Four Points was fantastic + a great deal. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place on the north end of Calgary.

I have stayed at this hotel for 2 years in a row on my yearly trip to Calgary. the first year the hotel was fantastic as it was brand new. This year our room was not cleaned very well when we checked in, there was urine on the toilet seat and 7 or 8 long strands of hair under the pillow. The Manager was quick to move us to another room but it was a […] bit disappointing from the year before. Even with the cleanliness issue, the new room was great and I would definitely stay there again next year. In addition, the restaurant is quite good (both service and food). It is also nice to have both a Tim Hortons and McDonalds within a 1 minute walk from the hotel. Lisez la suite

Very clean rooms and great front desk staff. They were very accomodating to our late flight and allowed us to extend our stay beyond checkout at no extra charge. Awesome service and the shuttle was very convenient.

"Calgary - Four Points Sheraton"
We had a great stay - were very impressed with the room and the service we received - would definately stay again. We went to the Calgary Zoo from there and it was fairly close so that was great.

I don't want to bury the important winter tip: this hotel has indoor heated parking and a heated ramp. So now we can get on with the normal review. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. It took no time at all to check in and head up to our room. This is very good hotel, I wish we had had more time to enjoy the facilities. The rooms […] are very well furnished, the beds and bedding are all very comfortable. The decor and fittings are more what I'd expect in a well decorated modern house. The free wireless Internet performed well, important for us Internet junkies. We were there on a cold winter night and didn't feel the slightest chill. I have stayed in hotels near the airport before and been woken by jets taking off, but that wasn't a feature of this visit. We ate out because we wanted to see some of Calgary and were leaving the next morning. As we returned to the hotel around 11pm my wife asked if I had noticed there was indoor parking for a few dollars more. So we parked down stairs. Very good decision. The next morning we looked out on six inches of fresh snow. I wondered how we would get out of the garage. I need hot have worried, our car was preheated to a very comfortable 70F(20C) and as the garage door opened we saw steam rising from the heated ramp. We laughed as we drove out of the hotel past a man clearing six inches of snow of his Porsche. Next time we are in Calgary I expect we'll stay here again. Lisez la suite

Why it`s called `airport` i don`t know as it`s not exactly close. The staff were extremely helpful, which to me either makes or breaks a hotel. The rooms were of adequate size and clean as were the corridors and common areas. Did not use the dining room so cannot say. The area was a bit `industrial` but maybe that`s how Calgarry is.

Hotel was clean and rooms were beautiful and clean but would not recommend this hotel with families with young children!!! First night people were moving things in the hallway at 12 midnight and I couldn't get back to bed once woken... Second night staff put drunk single men right next door to us. They partied yelled and laughed fir hrs we called front […] desk numerous times nothing was done!!! They did call and ask if WE wanted to move to another room at 10:00 at night when my baby was sleeping and we had all our stuff out of the suitcase .... Hello wouldn't u rather move 3 drunkin men??? Anyway I wouldn't stay at this hotel again I'll stick to the sheraton that's up the street I've never had problems there Lisez la suite
"Good and clean choice between airport and town"
This is a very good choice if you have your own transport or just staying overnight between arrival and eg RV pick-up. It is in a commercial zone and a shopping center in walking distance but otherwise in the middle of nowhere. Recommended for cleanliness and well equipped rooms.

I'd recommend this place to anyone. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant from the desk clerks to the cleaning staff. We ate most of our meals right there at the hotel longe. The food was great and the staff very friendly and the service great.

Great hotel. ITS BRAND NEW :) We arrived on their one year birthday, so its for sure a nice new place, but well establish so you don't get any of the glitches. Awesome sized room, we got two queen sized beds that were epic nice and comfy. Nice bathroom, large sink, great tub/shower. Only had time to check out their pool area, enjoyed their hottub […] + area. Though strangely only funny glitch is their choice in not having a change room but a single bathroom , with shower inside making for an awkward changing experience for any group enjoying the large area together.
