L'hôtel situé dans la cour du balcon de Juliette possède beaucoup de charme mais également un confort moderne notamment avec une salle de bain parfaite. Le seul regret est que malgré le double vitrage et une chambre à un étage élevé les bruits de la rue se font entendre. L'accueil est particulièrement soigné

Simplement parfait. Personnel au top. Chambre " L'Usignolo " en duplex, magnifique. A partir de 19h30 le balcon de Juliette n'est qu'à nous. Un regret, ne pas être resté plus longtemps.

Au cœur de la cité, dans la cour et sous le balcon de Juliette,...i n'y a pas de meilleure situation pour passer un moment d'exception à Vérone!

Verona is all about Romeo and Juliet. This hotel is located in the courtyard of Juliet's house, right across from the famous terrace where Romeo used to serenade her under the moonlight. The room was clean, super comfortable, and mine (room name: Cielo) had a terrace overlooking the main street that goes into Piazza Erbe. There was a nice personal touch […] to how the breakfast was served. It's served in your room, on a perfectly set table. The eggs were perfect and the breads very nice. We stayed at Il Sogno di Giulietta in early February 2012. It's a lovely hotel and we felt very welcome. We also got an upgrade for our room. The room overlooked Juliets balcony so it did get a bit noisy from tourist, but early evening they close the gate so it was nice and very peaceful at night. The breakfast which is served in the room was superb. […] We will definitely go back. The only minus was that the hotel didn't have any public areas, but they probably haven't got the space. This hotel is everybodys dream to stay in Verona.No needvto mention that location is superb...You are at Julietas house!.The staff is very gentle and nice besides cooperative.Very kind people.The rooms are perfectly decorated and comfort.The bathroom is huge and beautilful. Hotel is in a convenient area of Verona. The hotel and Staff could not be more gracious. Our room was on the front, street side and was noisy til late at night. Try to get a quieter room.

The staff made this hotel feel like home. I had the balcony room overlooking the couryard, and with the windows open that can be a little noisy during the day. However it is perfect after 7. The best part of staying here was the attention to detail. Your every need is either anticipated or fulfilled as soon as articulated. One of the best.

One problem with this, otherwise wonderful, hotel was that it was TOO CLOSE to one of the biggest and noisiest tourist attractions in Varona, Juliet's Balcony. Our room faced the interior courtyard of the FICTIONAL balcony and there were always crowds of noisy visitors below. It is also not possible to drive up to the hotel with a car or taxi. Of my three weeks in Italy, this was my favorite stop! The staff here are helpful, kind, and caring. Every need was happily taken care of from directions to reservations to making our anniversary trip a memorable one. I can't wait to return!!

Loved Verona and this hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to all the sights. We had a view of Piazza d'Erbe from our window and of course the queue in the morning on the street below waiting for Juliet's courtyard to open. Finding the hotel was an interesting experience, partly due to roadworks, partly due to the nature of the streets of Verona. Check in staff were helpful Parking is expensive - 30 euros Slightly strange experience fighting your way through all the tourists who are writing love notes on the walls of Juliet's house with your bags! Location wise - you are […] slap bang in the centre of Verona, which is so amazing and beautiful The courtyard is closed to tourists from around 7.30pm giving you an opportunity to take in the serenity and beauty of the location. We loved this place. I only wish I could have seen my husband's face when he finally found the hotel.(I had to stay with the car - we were double parked) It was very difficult to find. We could not drive there as it is located in the middle of the city in a pedestrian zone. You have to walk thru the arched opening to Juliet's house (Romeo & Juliet) […] where there were several hundred tourists gawking at the balcony in order to get to the front door of the hotel which is only about 8 feet wide with a very small sign indicating the name of the hotel. Aside from the difficulty of finding the place, it was wonderful. The only negative comment I have is the breakfast that was inlcuded and the cost of the room. As is the usual case with room service, the eggs were cold as was the coffee. They do not have a breakfast room or restaurant so your breakfast is delivered to your room which is always a luxury. But, it got us going enough to walk outside and seek another "hot" caffe latter and espresson. You can ceertainly find less expensive rooms in the heart of Verona, but probaly no where near as charming and memorable. So, if you are only going to visit for one night and can afford it go for it. (don't be put off by the tourist's and the location; it is fun and the place is cleared out by 7 pm and very quiet at night and in the morning) Lisez la suite

Oh boy! What can I say? This hotel is the best hotel I think I've stayed in. Right in the Romeo and Juliet courtyard, walk out the front door and look up at THE balcony. Service was amazing and the room was superb. Only thing was we didn't stay longer to see more of Verona. One night is just not long enough. Reasonable rate especially if you book in […] advance. A charming room in a most special palce in the world. What an amazing find when I logged on to Htels.com to find a room for the night. How could anyone resist such a place. The entrance to the hotel is in the courtyard of the Giulietta House. It is filled with tourists most of the day until 7 PM. Noise is not an issue at all. In the evening you have the court to yourself. You step onto the street and you in the prime shopping and markets. Verona is a great city. The Maffei restaurant is a must for a truly wonderful dining […] experience including a tour of the lower level to see ancient Verona. I stayed here with a girl friend and we absolutely loved it! It is a smaller hotel and is just beautiful! The entrance is in the courtyard with Juliets balcony. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, Ive stayed at quite a few hotels in Italy and that is not always the case! The had a great complimentary breakfast. The hotel is a small hotel located bang in the centre of all the main sights of verona. Staff are great and always very helpful and curteous. We travelled with a 2 year old and had no problems with the amenities. The hotel is located right infornt of Juliets house so if you arrive at a peak tourist time (anytime between 10am and 6pm) you are going […] to struggle to get intpo the hotel partiicularly if you have bulky bags. I suffest you get there without bags and then let the porter help you with the bags. The staff also recommened a number of restaurants close by which served up some incredible dishes for a very reasonable price. All in all a great hotel with knowledgable and curteous staff. This Hotel has a unique location that is unparalleled in Verona and its sumptuous rooms are beautiful. The same cannot be said for the quality of the service you receive from the staff. They have become victims of their own conceit and have let the standard of customer care slip to a take it or leave it approach. This hotel - resort was a wonderful place to stay when visiting Florence, They provide parking if you have a car and they provided a clean shuttle bus if you would like to shuttle into Florence, The drive into Florence was 15-20 minutes. We drove in by car a couple of times and used the shuttle bus a couple of times. The staff was tremendous! Any problem […] or question we had was handled with great attention. Although they have a great restaurant they recommended some wonderful local, family owned trattorias. The room was clean and well appointed with art work and extremely modern throughout Their complimentary breakfast was excellent and help us start our day without delay. Great find in Verona. Really charming and convenient to old town attractions. Staff was very attentive and gave us great restaurant recommendations too. One note, it is pretty hard to find especially with a car, ask for specific directions ahead of your visit.

We loved the hotel!! Everything was perfect and it was a great relaxing stop on our trip. After being on the road for three weeks, it was time for a little pampering for my boyfriend, the brave chauffer! So we decided to splurge a little and chose Verona t do so. The Hotel we perfect...the rooms were beautifully appointed. The hotel location was in the heart of town and within walking distance to most points of interests. It was situated inside the gates of the 'Romeo an Julliet's' balcony. The gates were locked after 7:30pm and you needed to ring the hotel for them to unlock them for you to access the hotel..this […] afforded you a private viewing of the balcony along with a very secluded and romantic backdrop to the hotel. Great little boutique hotel. No parking near by but they will take your car and park it for 30 euros a night. Great service and hotel. Very very clean. Will stay here again. In the middle of the city and easy access to all restaurants. The free wifi was great if you own an iPhone or need Internet access every day.

The Hotel was beyond all expectations; the location, service, cleanliness, and amenities were very exceptional. This was worth considerably more than the cost and a wonderful experience for my wife and I both. The one and only reason I set a "4" in regards to convenience of location was because parking nearby was difficult to find, but there are two […] parking garages within walking distance of the hotel (if you are not carrying too much luggage) for a very low price. Juliet's courtyard is closed to the public at night, and you are given a code to enter and leave as you please, and have free access to the courtyard-we had it entirely to ourselves the night we stayed and went out to take pictures. Wow is the word. Staying opposite Juilets balcony, so romantic!! We didnt have a room opposite the balancy but had one facing the street with a balcony, very pretty. Staff were excellent. This was one of the nicest hotel room that we stayed at in nearly two weeks in Italy and France. Our balcony overlooked the main pedestrian walk way in Verona. The staff were great. However, when I booked the hotel, I wasn't aware the it shares a courtyard with the Roman and Juliet "balcony". Of course, because the story of the star-crossed lovers is […] fiction, this isn't the actual balcony. Nonetheless, it attracts TONS of tourist. Incredibly enough, the crowds don't impact the hotel. Can only rave about this hotel, from its amazing staff to prime location. It was magical to leave from and return to the courtyard while it was empty of tourists at night. Das zentral gelegene Hotel war sehr schwer auffindbar und mit dem Auto nicht erreichbar (Fussgängerzone), sollte bei einer Reservation unbedingt mitgeteilt werden!

Super beliggenhed midt i Verona centrum, ville vælge det igen alene pga. beliggenheden. Meget charmerende og velindrettede værelser. God og venlig service fra hotelpersonalet, alle taler engelsk. Vær opmærksom på at hotellet kun har parkering i garage mod betaling (temmelig dyrt, 30€ pr. dag), og at der ikke er bar/restaurant på hotellet.
