I booked this room for out of town guests, and the rate paid was most excellent when considering the comfort level of the hotel. Although a no-frills stay, it was very clean, adequately maintained, and the front desk service was good. They even had complimentary Wall Street Journal's for guests at the desk. Clerk was efficient and friendly. Not a bunch of extras, but you get what you pay for--a clean, quiet room with plenty of hot water.

The room I stayed in was clean and well furnished. It did need some touch up repair of wall paper and moldings, but for the price I was extremely satisfied with the accommodation.

The location is totally un-scary, and the room was great--clean, cable, wi-fi, spacious. The folks at the front desk were very kind and helpful. I really got my (inexpensive) money's worth at this Rodeway.
The toilet in our room kept running about every 10 minutes. They did send some one to fix it but it was not fixed.
