Si vous êtes ici pour vous relaxer et profiter du soleil, de la mer et de piscine c'est pour vous. Le personel est disponible, sympthique, souriant,... Les boissons sont à volonté et la nourriture est franchement plus que correcte est variée. Nous y sommes allé à 12 et franchement, on a cherché et on a pas trouvé de défaut.

Très bel hôtel. Bon service hôtelier. Restauration moyenne. Personnel souriant et aimable pour la majorité. Un peu "usine" par le nombre de chambres. séjour très agréable. L'idée du jacuzzi sur les terrasses....excellent. Petit bémol si vous n'aimez pas la flûte de pan pendant tous vos repas au buffet....fuyez loin ;-) Mise à part ça je vous recommande cet endroit super sympa pour une famille ou un couple.

Tout est bon dans cet Hotel, je n'ai rien compris aux autres avis. J'avais des doutes, mais c'est un pays formidable ou les gens se plient en quatre pour vous servir, en chambre privilège, la chambre était tours impeccable, frigo toujours a jour de boisson. Les restaurants a thèmes avec service impeccable. Sushi avec table tournante. En un mot excellent

"hotel staff very professional and helpfull"
it s the 2nd time i go to Punta Cana .Me and my boyfriend were very satisfied of our stay in this hotel .Firstable we were impressed by the staff .All are very nice and helpfull ,polite and professionnal .Food is high quality ,but too much sugar in coktails !! we had very good time at the evening shows ,but desappointed by the music in the nightclub,i […] really felt like dancing on local music such as bachata ,merengue the last evening before our departure but instead we had pop music . The beach is fabulous and the local meal prepared on the big barbecue is delicious.To finish i particularly recommand a massage at the spa ,It was fantastic . Lisez la suite

This place is a fantastic hotel. The food is extensive and delicious and the service is great. There is plenty to do here, I highly recommend this hotel.
"All inclusive in Punta Cana"
This was my third stay at an Iberostar hotel. I would have to say it was the best of all. The food was very good. The buffet for all meals was much better than I ever expected and far superior to the specialty restaurants. The beach is incredible at over five miles in length. I definitely plan to return.

"great hotel, good friendly stuff"
I was there in March 2011. From day one to day 8 I had a perfect vacation. The stuff was friendly, the food was good, the beach was clean. I was worrying about the construction of the other hotel. But it was really minor inconvenience.It was covered by big green fence. I definitely recommend this hotel.
"Beautiful Honeymoon!"
I truly enjoyed my stay at the Iberostar Punta cana! The grounds were beautiful, the food was decent...loved the breakfast offered! and the ice cream bar. Perfection! The room was always clean and beautiful as well. The only down fall in the room was the construction going on next door at the Riu resort and the in-room "bar". Only thing included was […] beer, which is fine if you like beer but for someone like me who does not like it at all, it was lacking. However, that is a very minor thing. The staff seemed friendly, the pools always appeared clean and the beach was beautiful! I would completely recommend this resort to family and friends and would be more than willing to return myself in the future! Fantastic sums it up. I had a perfect Honeymoon at a Beautiful resort. Overall we were pleased with this hotel. The strong points-- the hotel staff. everyone we encountered was just great,-- the front desk staff, restuarant staffs, housekeeping and pool area people. Never had to wait long for beverage service either at the walk up bars or around the pool. The hotel itself was in very good condition overall. The grounds […] are very well maintaines as was the pool and beach areas. Weak areas--The food quality at the buffets was average at best., and although we qualified for 3 restuarant visits, could only get reservations at one due to everything else being booked. There is one restuarant available where reservations were not required, and the food was good there. Another weak point--the internet. paid for in romm access, but it hardly ever worked. "Iberostar Punta Cana All inclusive--A great choice"
Hands down the best choice in Bayahibe. Although you can get better hotels in Punta Cana, for the extra money and distance it is not worth it. My family and I stayed at this property and are already planning our return. The location is very convenient as one can easily travel to La Romana and even to Santo Domingo to visit sites. Also nearby is the […] village of Bayahibe where you can find cheaper diving, tours, and some shopping. The food was plentiful and of high quality. The staff is the most helpful and friendly I've experienced in my travels around the world. Again, this is a 3.5 star but you feel you are in a better property due to the incredible staff. The only time the 3.5 star rating shows is during the limited time you spend in your room. Almost forgot, having to keep track of your beach towels is a nuisance and I wish they forego the system altogether. O hotel é uma excelente relação custo-benefício e uma grande opção para todos os tipos de viajantes. Passei uma excelente com minha esposa. Nossa única ressalva é com relação à comida: apesar de ter uma quantidade enorme de opções, a qualidade, de um modo geral (mas há exceções) não é o ponto forte. Tirando isso, todo o resto vale cada centavo!

Adorei o hotel como um todo, a unica parte que não foi tão legal foi a recepção... Quando cheguei não tinha ninguem p/ auxiliar com as malas e depois que fiz a ficha o recepcionista só falou "vai por aqui que vc acha o quarto" Realmente achei depois de dar algumas voltas...
