Hôtel agréable, bien situé car proche d'une bouche de métro permettant de se rendre sur les sites touristiques. La piscine est bien petite. Chambre propre. Petit déjeuner correct sauf jus de fruit (imbuvables). Personnel agréable mais ne parlant pas français. Environnement nocturne qui laisse à désirer. L'avantage de cet hôtel est qu'il est situé à côté d'une station de métro (Métaxourgio,1 mn à pieds). Si vous aimez les décorations type bonbons acidulés et tout en plastique, il vous conviendra. This is a very nice hotel - 2 minutes walk from metro; The area is safe, if you are experienced traveller ;) I liked everything, good price, it's clean, and it looks even better than on those pictures of his. Enjoyed the bar and a small terrace on the roof .

nice and clean hotel, good location, my room was loud, there was only a door between my room and the neighbors room.

This was a very good value hotel with an excellent breakfast,roof top pool and stunning views of the acropolis from the roof top terrace bar.The hotel was recently refurbished in a modern upbeat style and the staff and service were good.

My wife and I booked this hotel last minute and we were super happy with it. After 5 weeks of traveling through Europe the Novus was a great oasis to take it slow, relax at the rooftop bar (and pool) and close to the subway which made it easy for excursions to the city's highlights. I recommend this hotel indeed.

After arriving from the islands dusty and tired, my friend and I spent a pleasant night here, great transition back into city life. The hotel has a wee swimming pool on the rooftop and great views. Very modern and trendy, very complete big breakfast...

A very good value hotel in Athens. Close to Metro station although like much of Athens you take your life into your hands crossing roads due to very heavy traffic and crazy driving. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Service was efficient and friendly. The rooftop bar is very pleasant with some good views although the pool is more of a plunge pool […] than a swimming pool. Breakfast is excellent with the usual buffet plus some home made hot dishes including filled pancakes and some delicious creamed mushrooms on one morning. The surrounding area is not the nicest. There are a few fairly low grade bars and cafes but there is also a lot of people hanging around on street corners and street hawkers, however the Metro is convenient and in 5 minutes you can be in the heart of the city. It was 4-star, had a rooftop terrace/bar and RT pool, with a killer view of the Acropolis, esp heavenly at night with the Acropolis all lit up, and the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and fantastic every morning. Our family traveled to Greece a few weeks ago with our two teenagers (16 and 18). The Novus City hotel was the perfect place to stay. The right amount of "coolness" for our children, very central location, close to all the main attractions (view of the Acropolis form the rooftop pool and bar). Great service and very well priced for such a trendy hotel. […] Metro stop one minute walk from the front door. We were warned about the neighborhood (which has a bad rep) but felt perfectly safe walking around during the day and at night after taking the last metro back to the area. The pool on the roof provided a cool respite from the summer heat and was the perfect place to hang out at after walking around the city all day. The rooms are quiet, clean and feature very cool/hip design. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and management went out of their way to accommodate us, after we had a mishap with the airline, and arrived a day late due to strikes at Athens airport. This was a great hotel for our family stay in Athens. Right near the Metro and walking distance to many key tourist sites ( National Museum) Our room was clean, spacious with a very modern bathroom. Breakfast included every possible food item. They kindly made a lunch for us when we went on a tour. Roof top resto/bar/pool had wonderful views over Acropolis. […] Service was friendly and helpful. The hotel was very comfortable and worth the 4 stars however beware about it's location. It is very close to a dodgy neighbourhood.

Have been to Athens 6 times and the Novus is one of the best! It was only surpassed by a hotel in the Plaka District costing three times as much. The hotel is only a block from a close in Metro station. The staff were friendly and the service was efficient. The room itself was large for Athens with an equally large well appointed Western style bathroom. I […] especially enjoyed the free Wireless access. I had two meals in the rooftop restaurant. As other reviews mentioned, the hotel is in a somewhat dodgy area. I wouldn't call it dangerous, just not exactly a pretty neighborhood. Very conveniently located next to Metaxourghio metro station...easy to take metro from airport to hotel but make sure to bring a map of area around metro. The hotel is a 1-2 minute walk from metro stop but it is off […] a side street from the traffic circle...not immediately visible from metro exit. A taxi from airport to hotel is expensive...roughly 50 euros & drivers aren't really familiar with hotel or area. Take the metro. The restaurant on the top floor is decent but a bit pricey. I would like to highlight two things of this hotel, a) Cleanliness and overall environment inside b) Very very very friendly staff and really helpful to assist you with everything Although the area is not the best of Athens, there is no sense of danger at all and, anyway, the metro is very near (just 2-3 minutes from the main door and it is near a […] main square). Hotellet är modernt och funktionellt. Hyfsat läge och en härlig bar med fin utsikt på översta våningen. Där kan man även sol och ta ett dopp vid fint väder. Jättebra frukostbuffé och klart prisvärt ur alla aspekter.

Novus ligger lige ved metro og på 15 min kommer man til alle seværdigheder og centrum/shopping. Fra tagterrassen er der udsigt til Akropolis og man kan køle sig i poolen, det er super lækkert. Servicen på hotellet er rigtig god, det er altså et meget godt hotel i dette prisleje. Og god morgenmadsbuffet. Gratis internet pc i restauranten. flinke folk […] bag skranken. Lisez la suite

Das Hotel ist ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalsort mit den modernen, funktionalen Zimmern, der Dachterasse mit dem wunderbaren Blick und einem ansprechenden Frühstücksbüffet. Auch ist die Lage mit dem Katzensprung zur Metro praktisch. Es bleibt aber ein Wermutstropfen: die unmittelbare Umgebung des Hotels ist so lärmig und komplett unattraktiv (4-spuriger […] Dauer-LKW-Verkehr unmittelbar vor dem Hotelfoyer), dass es erst einmal Überwindung kostet, auf die Straße zu gehen.... Novus City Hotel er et perfekt udgangspunkt for sightseeing i Athen, da det ligger centralt og tæt på metrostation. Super godt hotel, høj standart og dejlig solterrasse med pool og cafe samt udsigt til Akropolis. Just lovley hotel and very nice people. Swimmingpool on the roof was great and a wonderful wiew over the city and Acropolis. The hotel was very clean and also the breakfast was good.

Gjennomført og fint pusset opp med fine farger, moderne og minimalistisk. Veldig imøtekommnde og service innstilt betjening. Fint badebasseng på taket med flott utsikt over Athen og Akropolis.

Die Schnellstraße geht am Hotel vorbei, meine Fenster im Hotelzimmer lagen auf der anderen Seite des Hotels, somit hat man die ganze Nacht den Verkehr gehört. Leicht störend. Ansonsten modernes Hotel, Metro liegt in der Nähe. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist zu empfehlen.

Fint hotel, tæt på Metroen, flot ´- og dyr- roof garden bar med pool OG ugeneret udsigt til Akropolis. Ikke restauranter/barer i nabolaget, som er værd at skrive hjem om; men et par Metrostationer væk (1 euro, ca 10 minutter) er der masser af liv og tavernaer. Morgenmaden er en flot buffet med mange ting at vælge imellem.

Novus City Hotel var ett riktigt bra hotell, helt klart starkt rekommenderat! I förhållandevis till priset borde det vara ett av Atens bästa hotell! :D Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal som alla kunde flytande engelska, erbjöd sig att peka ut bästa resurangområdena i stan och lämnade ut WiFi access-koder titt som tätt. Vi fick även vår guide-buss-biljett […] utlämnad i receptionen och personalen tog hand om våra vykort som skulle hem till Sverige. Bra service! Riktigt bra frokust-buffé, fanns allt ifrån frallor och flingor till scramble eggs, bacon och krov till i sin tur frukt och desserter. Matsalen var coolt inrett och mycket trevlig. Rummen var stora och rymliga, snyggt och smart inredda och väldigt fräscht. Helt otroligt väldoftande Body-Wash med! :) Hotellets rooftop är också superhärlig, rent och välskött med utsikt över Akropolis. Drinkarna var i och för sig ingen höjdare, men det är ju alltid något man kan avstå! Hotellets läge är dessutom riktigt sjysst, ligger odck inte helt mitt i smeten men med två minuters promenad till metro'n befinner man sig efter 6-7 minuter på Syntagma Square mitt inne i stan. Metro-veckokort kostar dessutom endast 10 euro, och då har man tillgång till alla lokala transportmedel såsom tåg, metro och buss. Endast enkelbiljetter fram och tillbaka ifrån flygplatsen kostar 10 euro. Har ingenting att klaga på! KANON! Bo här! Lisez la suite

Ett juste hotell som dock ligger lite tråkigt, MEN nära tunnelbanan så det funkade fint ändå. Personalen i poolbaren var väl måttligt serviceutbildade, annars var allt bra
