The Sirayane is a free 15-20 min shuttle ride from the centre of Marrakesh. Through the day there are 6 shuttles in (and 6 out again) so it's easy to dip in and out of the bustle. The hotel is on a spacious plot with a lovely pool to sunbath next to (in November the water was too cold for us to stay in for long). I used the reviews on TripAdviser to be the deciding factor for my choice of this hotel and I have to say I was definitely not disappointed. The staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant and looked after me, providing a driver to take me to and fro to my trips to restaurants, excursion and daily trips to the old and new town. The room lighting is cleverly […] designed, providing soft mood lighting throughout the bedroom and separate lighting in the shower, toilet including the bathroom overall. I particularly liked the design of the Moroccan styled shower, with a large shower head above, gushing out lashings of hot water from its power shower, together with a hand held shower on the side. The water would disappear below a risen slap. Everything is clean lines, minimalist, whilst shelving is made within the large stone tiles. The hotel is quiet and serene, there is no fighting for a sun bed and the pool area is maintained by an attendant, who, once he sees you making your way to accommodate a sun bed, he is there to lay out a clean towel and position the parasol to your preference. The hotel is exceptionally clean, small, as I was told it accommodates 28 rooms, so is select with a few residents and I would certainly return there in a heartbeat as I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay there. What was particularly pleasing, was the hotel offered me one of the two rooms I had booked, by extending my check-out until 3 pm, despite check-out time being 12 pm, which was very considerate. Location not ideal, a bit isolated. Atleast 20mins drive to city centre if you want to dine out. Booked privelege room(special rate online, no refund), VERY DISAPPOINTED due to: small size of room, floor very damp and cold, power socket was hanging out of wall, ants crawling in bathroom/toilet, water blockage in shower, no view from balcony (requested […] pool view), ie overall not at all well maintained. Hotel is just over 2 years old, however room we were given not well maintained and appeared to be older. Also, reception not very helpful and delayed answering calls and sometimes did not answer at all. Booked for a week, however had to leave after 2 nights. We arrived late on the first evening and were initially a bit thrown by the huge wooden front door but from the moment we stepped inside it was a different story. This may sound like a cliché, but we found the Sirayane Boutique Hotel & Spa in Marrakech to be an oasis in the desert. Set against the backdrop of the Atlas Mountains, this is one of Morocco’s true hidden gems. 15 minutes by car from the airport and Jemaa El Fna (main town), the Sirayane is far enough from the hustle and bustle of the market square […] and souks, but with numerous free shuttle services put on by the hotel, you can be in the thick of things in no time at all. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed being there; the staff and management are uncompromising in the level and quality of service provided. The food is good with both Moroccan and international cuisine options. The hotel is modern and elegant; we were spoilt for choice with two swimming pools (one heated), a tennis court, gym, spa treatments & hammam (heavenly!) and three luxurious lounge areas (one with a bar – they do a mean pina colada!). The Sirayane is incredibly spacious whilst remaining intimate. It’s in a league of its own and is nothing like the busy resorts that most tourists will stay at. If you’re looking for a truly unique and relaxing experience with value for money then you should definitely consider staying here. Sirayane was a lovely surprise in Marrekech. It's a small hotel (28 rooms I believe) with a beautiful spa and fantastic pool. Breakfast is plentiful in a buffet with breads, jams, fruit, cereals and cakes as well as a few hot options including pancakes, scrambled eggs etc. The chef will prepare omelettes if you wish but we didn’t try. Snacks are available […] throughout the day. We tried the NY burger once and it was very very good. In the evenings the restaurant is a gourmet experience, which although not particularly cheap, offers fantastic food. My wife tried the spa and loved it. The pool is large and there are enough sunbeds for everybody. The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Marrakech’s city centre, the Medina. There’s a free transfer service every 90 minutes or so. The drivers drive very responsibly, which is not always the case with taxis, for example. Transfers to/from the airport are not included but they will arrange it for you if you wish - or you can just take a taxi because it takes less than 10 minutes to get there. Only negatives would be that there was no bath, […] there was only one English speaking TV channel (the news), there wasn't any local area info in the room and the sliding door to the garden had a faulty lock which had obviously been broken for some time and really should be fixed. I would not recommend staying In the medina, but if you are going to Marrakech please ensure you have a place like this to escape too. We would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat but next time we will not be leaving the hotel... There is simply no need. The rooms are well equipped and cleaned to high standards every time we went out of the room we came back to rose petals on the bed and a re-tidy. This hotel is one where for a reasonable price you experience superior service. We wanted a birthday cake and it was delivered we ran out of Marlborough, a member of staff went out to get them!!!! The pool is clean and well tended and the lounge beds are so comfortable you have no desire to move. If you do venture into the pool before you return fresh towels are laid on your bed. With one look in the direction of the staff a waiter is there asking if you want anything. Please if you are planning a trip.. Ensure you have a place like this to return too each day.... Enige minpuntje is dat de prijzen voor drankjes, eten echt vergeleken met Marrakesh erg hoog zijn, Wel soms factor 5 en dat is niet nodig lijkt me. Modern style hotel, just finished 2 moths ago. Far from town although they provide a free shuttle almost as required. No free shuttle from and to airport (22€). Still needs to grow the garden properly. Wi-fi free and bad, very bad signal all around the hotel. Service polite. Breakfast very poor and not so good quality . It´s confortable enough.
