Hotel vieillot mais relativement propre. Personnel agréable à la disposition des clients. Emplacement idéal à promité des différentes lignes de métro , de la Vème avenue, de Times SQuare. Pensez à réclamer des serviettes de bain qui sont distribuées au nombre de brosse à dents présenté dans la salle de bain.

Hôtel agréable, petit déjeuner servit de 6h30 à 9h30 correcte (ne pas arriver trop tard), station de métro ( 39 Av ) à 3min à pieds qui vous mène en 9min à la 5ème Avenue. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée.

Très satisfaisant pour l'hôtel et ses prestations. Seul bémol : la durée des trajets en bus vers Manhattan ...
Situation
Dans le quartier de SoHo - Tribeca à New York, cet hôtel qui porte le nom de Sheraton Tribeca New York Hotel est très pratique pour les voyageurs d'affaires et se trouve tout près de Children's Museum of the Arts, Federal Reserve Bank of New York et New York Stock Exchange. "sheraton tribecca bien situé"
Un peu limite pour un hotel de cette catégorie, pas top rapport qualité prix, la situation est assez géniale quartier qui monte tout près de soho de petits restaurants sympas etc... très bien desservi par les lignes de métro on rejoint facilement le midtown, times square etc... si nous devions revenir nous choisirions un autre hotel dans le meme quartier […] mais pas forcément celui-ci Lisez la suite

Le service est basique , le personnel moyennement agréable, pas de coordination entre les divers services. Bonne situation géographique.

Super séjour, l'hôtel est plus que nickel, à mon avis il doit être très récent. Les chambres sont faites tout les jours, le service à l'accueil est top. Wifi partout dans l'hôtel, mais payant, sinon 45 minutes d'internet par jour offert dans le hall d'entrée (Ordinateurs à dispo). "Sheraton Tribeca : perfect"
We (a french family of four) spent 6 nights in this hotel in august 2011 and averything was perfect, from arrival (we could leasve the luggage in the morning) to departure. We enjoyed the possibility to have light dinners at the bar / the children and us were happy to use the computers with Wifi in the lobby / we liked the very comfortable beds... Hôtel moderne et ayant tout confort idéalement situé à New-York (Canal street). Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Le personnel est très accueillant et prêt à vous aider à chaque instant. Le Wi-fi est payant dans les chambres mais gratuit dans le hall (il y aussi des ordinateurs et une imprimante à libre usage gratuit). Le petit déjeuner est […] cher et pour y remédier il y a juste à coté un dunky donuts qui vendent tout pour ce qu'il faut pour le petit déj. (tarifs hyper raisonnables); il y a aussi à coté une épicerie qui permet d'acheter de l'eau, etc... Situé idéalement au commencement de Tribeca (croisement de Canal Street et Broadway) il vous permet de voir Chinatown juste à coté ainsi que little Italie pour le reste il y a une station de métro à 200 mètres. Hôtels trés bien situé à côté de nombreux restaurants trés divers , station de metro trés proche, personnel trés agréable le seul inconveniant on ne peut acceder à leur terrasse sans payer donc on ne peut pas aller prendre un pot simplement je n'avais jamais vu ça dans aucun hôtel

"À 2 pas des meilleurs restos de Tribecca"
Hôtel impeccable, récemment rénové, propre et personnel très courtois. Les quartiers Soho et Tribecca sont accessibles à pied ce qui est très pratique, surtout le soir car vous pouvez souper dans les meilleurs restos sans avoir à prendre un taxi ou le subway. Je recommanderais cet hôtel.

"Nice Stay, Terrible Food"
As long as you are willing to eat away from the hotel, the Sheraton Tribeca is a welcome addition to the area. I like the lobby, the beds are great, and the staff are terrific. The coffee shop and morning fare is the worst I have ever had in a NY hotel. Powdered eggs - really?

Very helpful staff. Hotel has easy access to subways. If you are scared by shady looking surroundings, this isn't for you. The street it is on is not so great, but one block over is fine. We never felt unsafe.

Hotel was fine, overall, rating a 4 in virtually every category. Only issue...our room had a very small 'corner' window that allowed very little natural light. I suspect that the person working the counter assumed that we'd prefer that window, but in actually proved much smaller than the standard non corner windows in other rooms (based on my surmise […] from the street below). The Hotel was in a good area, very clean, and well kept. The staff was very helpful, from the front desk people, to the cleaning staff, to the bar tender. The location is near an excellent pizza place (Saluggi's) and the Tribeca Bagelry, which had a great selection and prices. We were also very close to the business district and China Town. The room in this hotel was great, staff great, and location excellent. My one and only concern was the noise level of the people in the room next to me which I could hear at night and the doors slam every time you open and close them. Loved this hotel, my boyfriend and I are new Yorkers who needed a place to stay for a few nights while our apt was being renovated. This hotel was so well kept and clean that it felt just like home! The linens were very clean and the stand up shower in the bathroom was heaven. From the money you can't beat it. The room was spacious, clean, and comfort. King beds are a dream. And the staff was very nice and anxious to make the it a great stay. Only downside is that the internet in the room is not free although it is in the lobby/bar.

"Excellent Stay At Sheraton Tribeca"
My mother and I stayed at the Sheraton Tribeca in February 2012. We stayed for eight nights and were very pleased with the hotel. It is a new property, only a little over a year old. The decor is modern and the service excellent. It is very convienent to the subway lines, which we utilized. The location was great as it was near Little Italy and China […] Town, where we enjoyed many great meals. The room was small, but that is to be expected in NYC. The room was well appointed and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable with wonderful linens, and the hotel was very quiet which is a real plus when staying in the city. Really nice and great sound barrier. We were across from an elevator bank and didn't hear anything from our room. Very nicely furnished and very comfortable accommodations. The guy who assists with attractions was phenomenally helpful for our first-time visit to NYC!

The Sheraton was in a perfect location for us to explore Tribeca. The rooms are a bit small, but OK for us. The only problem we had was there was very high wind when we were there and the wind 'whistled' all night and we did not get much sleep. We stayed only one night at the Sheraton Tribeca but we were very pleasantly surprised. The staff was very accomodating and friendly. The room, though small, was well appointed, clean and nicely updated. The temperature controls were updated as well and we were able to make the room as warm or cool as we wished within a degree or two.
