Nous occupions l'une des chambres à trois lits dont une partie se trouve en mezzanine, du coup deux télés et plus d'espace pour tous. Enfin la situation de l'hôtel est très intérréssante, quartier très vivant le soir pour budget sérré, petit déjeuner à la hauteur et accueil souriant.

Bonne impression générale en découvrant la chambre (propre, équipée) mais les matelas étaient très médiocres. Nous pouvions sentir les ressorts.De plus les murs étant très fins nous avons été un peu dérangé par les aller et venues dans le couloir. Quoiqu'il en soit, c'est un hôtel très correct, l'accueil est sympathique et le petit-déjeuner copieux. L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de Hyde Park et sur la ligne Centrale du métro. Il y a même le bus 390 direct qui circule même la nuit depuis Oxford Street.

en arrivant agréable surprise d'avoir une chambre surclassée !!!! 2 chambres, séjour, salle de bains dernier étage pour un couple : pas de bruit de voisins, pas trop de rue même si nous étions côté rue. comme beaucoup d'hôtels anglais l'entretien des chambres et bâtiment (peinture, moquettes etc..) est un peu laissé de côté, il ne faut pas être regardant... par contre draps fournis et serviettes, le tout propre. disposés sur les lits avec savons+shampooing. Franchement le personnel est sympa, l'endroit pour des touristes est impecc. Sans hésiter si je devais repartir sur Londres, je rependrai cet hôtel ou le conseiller à un couple /famille.

Accueil, très sympa, très pro mais impersonnel, cela ne va pas plus loin. Pas de mots d'accueil, pas de mot pour les visites. J'ai payé via internet, sans aucun problème. Il y a un gardien 24/24, donc pas de problème pour les clés. On est arrivés à 10h00 alors que chambres dispos à 14h00, ils ont gardé les sacs dans un local et quand on est revenus à ,18h00 les bagages étaient montés dans l'appartement, très sympa.....Situé dans une rue, très peu passante, mais qui donne devant un accès d'hôpital d'où partent les ambulances, et aussi un giratoire d'autobus.....donc c'est bruyant la nuit malgré le vitrage double. Ce n'est pas gênant plus que ça, mais tout de même cela fait un bruit de fond qui est tout de même là.....C'est appartement est très bien équipé, propre, les lits sont confortables, et il ne manque rien. Petit bémol, mais bon on fait avec, les SDB sont petites. Il y a des pubs juste à côté, un restaurant qui vend du pain juste en dessous à partir de 7h00, c'est pratique et très sympa. Le supermarché "Tesco" à 400 mètres n'est pas terrible, il faut aller à "Tesco" à côté de la station de métro de Saint Paul, les produits sont plus frais...! En résumé c'est un bon point de chute avec ses petits inconvénients. Mon avis sur cet hôtel est positif et correspond parfaitement au descriptif du site de "Hotels.com"

My wife and I were here on the Marathon weekend and had an amazing time, the hotel, layout, setting was great and the location convenient for the main tube/train connections. On a negative note (ant it is a very small one), the bed (in a superior room) was just a double and there wasn't exactly enough room to have a party, however, it was very trendy […] and cosy! If you want a quiet rmantic getaway in London then please don't waste your money on other chains and spend your time here at a reasonable rate. If your looking for somewhere at the centre of it all with local bars and restaurants then it probably isn't for you. Lisez la suite
"Fantastic hotel, lax service"
From all the times I have stayed in London I have to say this was the nicest hotel I've stayed in. The room was absolutely superb, very clean, beautiful decor, very spacious, fantastic layout and most of all it was extremely comfortable. The hotel is located 2 minutes from Aldgate tube station which is perfectly located to get around central London […] either directly or by tube hopping within minutes. Also our room service was fantastic, and I was thoroughly impressed with their job. The only disappointing aspect was the attitude of the staff. When we checked in, the only thing that was said to us was "hmmm we should have a room for you" followed by what room we were in. Our room key wouldn't open our room on the second night and we were just handed a new key without an apology or explanation. We were also never told about checkout time on our final day. This lead to us getting a call at 10.55 on the morning of departure telling us we had to leave by 11am, followed by a klaxon alarm going off in our room 2 minutes later. When we inquired about not being told, we were told we could stay later if we wanted but we would have to pay. No thanks. So in summation, absolutely fantastic hotel with some very questionable service levels. Lisez la suite

"Perfect City Location"
Great hotel for City Workers or Visitors. Very near to LDR & Tube and walking distance to Tower of London and Spittlefields area. Hotel staff are first class and the rooms are better standard thanb most at this level.
I am completely satisfied with my stay. The staff are friendly and helpful, many thanks to Christina and her colleauge! I could not cope without these nice ladies' help. The room is spotlessly clean, the bed is comfortable and I like the hotel's breakfast. The location is quite good, between two tube stations, approx 5 minutes walk each. "Excellent room"
Very nice room for a romantic weekend, but the surrondings are rather boring. Friendly staff. A few minutes walk from the Tower Hill underground station..

This is a Awsome Hotel, Every thing was 110% good & the Beb was, Well all I can say is we din't want to get out of it because it was the best nights sleep we have had for awhile, shame we coul'nt have sneeked the bed out with us but I think they may have noticed us walking out the door with it lol. The food was also very very good as well & more breakfast […] than you can eat. All in all we have a fab time in The Hotel & London. Amazing room! Absolutely huge princess & the pea type bed. Lovely Aveda products in the bathroom. Free mini bar was a nice touch. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and am glad I booked the hotel.

We had read the good reviews for this hotel and were not disappointed. We travelled to Euston and from there the hotel is easily reached by tube. It is only a few minutes from Aldgate or Tower Hill. The service was friendly and efficient and the room much bigger than other London hotels we have stayed in. It was clean, modern and extremely comfortable. […] There was a very pleasant Lounge/Bar/Breakfast room where we had lunch and an excellent breakfast. The location was just right for us. We were there at the weekend so it was fairly quiet. My husband and I just returned from an 11 day trip to England and France. We were here for only two nights, and it was our absolute favorite hotel of all the ones we stayed in! The room was spacious, comfortable, and full of special touches. Loved the decor...funky and fun! Bed was so comfortable with luscious linens and pillows! Staff was super friendly […] and helpful! Many nearby coffee shops and cafes were closed on the weekend...mainly serve working crowd, I guess. Tube was nearby, so wasn't much of an issue! Loved our stay!!!! Lisez la suite

Excellent boutique hotel most suitable for business but also for leisure. Staff and services are excellent. Forensically clean. Brilliant breakfast . Room service first class. very convrenient to the city and to the underground at Tower Hill. Ideal hotel.

I stayed at the Tower Indigo for a 24 hour lay over in London. It was beautiful, staff helpful, Location is convenient to tourist locations, but the neighborhood itself has little to offer.

LOL. I loved staying in this hotel, from the friendliness of the staff, the size and quality of the room (upgrade) and when you get to the ground floor in the lift and the lady says it in a cockney voice! Definitely will stay here again!

Stayed here last weekend for a couple of nights.. We stayed in a suite and even at that the rate was excellent (compared to other hotels that i have stayed in). The hotel is Boutique in nature which is fine as I find some London hotels very pretentious and don’t care for the concierge with his hand out for everything. The room was beautifully laid out […] and had everything necessary for our stay. My Wife was delighted to find Aveda Products in the bathroom. "2 night london break"
A great hotel located convieniently for the City and Spitalfields Market and Brick Lane. Lovely rooms and helpful staff. The only criticism I have is the sound proofing of the rooms - if you have someone in the room above you, you can hear them walking around. This wouldn't ordinarily be a problem but if someone has a penchant or is an insomniac then […] continuous pacing taking place at 2am above you, is not going to give you much sleep! "Beautiful Hotel"
We travel to London several times per year for business and this was one of our most pleasant stays. Room was gorgeous, most of the staff were wonderful and the bed was extremely comfortable. Only glitch involved booking taxi early in the morning for the airport (even after confirming AGAIN the night before) so recommend that you confirm shortly before […] you expect your taxi to make sure it has been ordered. "Hotel Indigo Minories"
In many ways this hotel is very good, polite staff bigging than average rooms and very well appointed. Two downsides the Minories is a major bus route and there is very poorp sound insulation in the windows. It really was very loud on the second floor
"Great New Find in London"
I took a chance on a new hotel in London. I am glad I did. Close to two tube stops and nice, new funky boutique hotel just as I like. Big room and bath. Everything I need and friendly staff! Only drawbacks are there is really no lobby and the neighborhood rolls up the sidewalks at night, but close enough to everything else!

"Hotel Indigo-just off Tower Hill"
We arrived early and room was not available but this was no problem as they tagged our bags and we set off to explore London. When we arrived back later they had taken our cases to the room which was nice. The room was stunning with an enormous bed, I am 5ft 9" and lay across it and there was a good foot each side still, it was decorated with 4 giant […] 8ft posts. The mural of Tower hill on the opposite wall was fab and a whole wall of windows, really lovely. There is complimentary mini bar, non alcoholic that has juice, fizzy pop, sweets and breakfast bars in and as well as a whole wooden box of specialist teas there is also an expresso machine. There is a sound dock in the room for your ipod and free wifi access and newspapers. The bathroom was huge and had a beautiful shower, piles of fresh soft towels and various Aveda goodies to spoil yourself with. The location was great and very convienient for tube and tourist attractions. The Tower of london is brilliant and is literally at the bottom of this road. When I visit London again I will certainly book this hotel again Lisez la suite

"Supert hotel"
Et rigtig dejligt hotel. God beliggenhed tæt på alting. Venligt og høfligt personale. Super rent og velholdt overalt. Lækkert værelse med super behagelig og stor dobbeltseng og masser af "plusser" bl.a. badekåber, produkter på badeværelset, gratis kaffe, te og drikkevarer i minibaren. Fin rengøring af værelset hver dag. Det eneste minus var morgenmaden, […] som var for ringe og alt for dyr. Vi spiste kun på hotellet den første dag, men fandt en rigtig dejlig pub 5 minutters gang fra hotellet, som serverede lækker morgenmad til en rimelig pris. Absolut et hotel som jeg vil anbefale. I liked the hotel which is located 5 minutes walk from Algate St. Furthermore the room was very nice and cozy. Only bad thing to mention is that I think the rate for one night is high when breakfast is not automatically included. That could make me choose a different hotel next time. First of all be shure that you checked in to te right Indigo, there are two. Ask me.. I found the breakfast overpriced and you had to pay extra for an egg... Very nice and helping staff. Nice room but the loaction is a bit boring. Generally a bit overpriced, but the friendly staff help things up.
