Hôtel tout neuf, très confortable, décoration de bon goût. Facilement accessible par la route, mais un peu excentré par rapport à Denver (proche par contre de Boulder et des Rockys mountains)

The staff was amazing here. This was a business trip for the week and my wife and two kids (both under 5) decided to come along. When we arrived I let them know I had two small kids and to try to place us where we wouldn't bother anyone. I know that they can be loud and hotel rooms aren't sound proof. What we didn't expect was my wife being sick the […] whole week. There were a couple days that we had to rush to the ER with kids in tow. We usually take care of our room so the staff doesn't have to deal with it. We forgot to put the sign on the door, and they cleaned our mess both times. I caught one of the cleaning guys another day and apologized for the mess and he said "Don't worry about it. That's what we are here for!" He seemed genuine in his comment and not bothered by the "extra" attention our room needed. This was the second stay at this hotel and I will stay here any chance I get. The only complaint was the hotel pillows, but that's always a problem for my wife and we have learned to bring hers when they travel with me. GREAT hotel at a great location wth AMAZING staff. Very Nice New property in Broomfield. Nicely appointed rooms with easy access to US 36, only minutes to both Denver and Boulder!

Nice clean room. The kitchen area would be a plus if you have an extended stay. Will stay there again when we are in the area.

Really enjoyed the stay. Very romantic.

My husband, son and I stayed here for New Year's Eve... just to get away from home and enjoy the new year. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel even provided a pack and play sleeper for our 10 month old. The room was spacious and fantastic and was mostly baby-proof (wires were well hidden). The room […] didn't have a tub but did have an awesome shower. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils and made it easy to make a simple meal instead of having to eat out. As someone who travels 2-4 weeks each month, I definitely recommend this hotel. Hotel in a new development with great views of the mountains, easy to access from highway and tollway, close to restaraunts and shopping. Love the free Internet and breakfast

I wanted to stay somewhere that was new and had a place to work out; the Summerfield fitted the bill to a T. The rooms were very upscale with Granite counter tops in their full kitchens and bathrooms. The beds were very plush and supportive. The fitness room was outfitted with top of the line tread mills, elliptical gliders and bikes with complimentary […] ear phones so you could watch TV or plug in your USB or IPOD. It also provided a good range of dumbbells and a bench. The breakfasts were very satisfying with meats that varied from ham, bacon or sausage and scrambled eggs that were either plain or mixed with cheese and ham. An added bonus was the evening social that provided you with a complimentary choice of soft drinks, beer or wine along with appetizers that varied from pizza, salad, fresh vegetables to chicken wings and soup. I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Was also conveniently located near the Flat Iron Crossings Mall.

The hotel is very clean and has a cool vibe to it. It is more business oriented with the perks, but the free breakfast (all days of the week) was nice to have. You have a great view of the mountains and only minutes away from great shopping and restaurants.

THIS NEW HOTEL WAS A GREAT VALUE AND PROVIDED A VERY NICE DAILY BREAKFAST. UNFORTUNATELY WE COULD NOT FIND THE HOTEL FOR HOURS AS THIS WAS A VERY NEW STREET WITH NO SIGNS AND NOT YET ON GPS.

My experience here was everything I would hope for and expect in a hotel. I stayed here over a weekend for a venue at the 1st bank Center. The only disappointment was that they did not offer shuttle service to and from the venue. This is an excellent hotel. The only problem with it is that the floors are not well insulated in the sense that you will hear people above you walking around. We actually received a noise complaint simply because we were walking around the room. Despite this issue, however, this is an excellent hotel for the money.

This hotel was an amazing discovery on hotels.com website. Driving into Denver we had no prior reservations for our one overnight, but the Hyatt looked great and the price was amazing. Place is nearly impossible to find! And a deposit on check in after swipping credit card is an insult.

Hotel is only 10 minutes to CU campus on Route 36. Very convenient on Family weekend / Football games. Hotel was new, very clean, with friendly staff.

We loved everything about this suite. Cleanliness is #1 on my list and this place was immaculate, comfortable, and in a great location.

I would be happy come back. That is my crieria for a good hotel stay. The property is new and the rooms are nice and up-to-date. The bed is comfortable and the in-room couch is a nice addition. The room and the entire hotel were both clean, comfortable and stylish! The price for the night was very reasonable, and the hotel is just between Boulder and Denver, close to Flatirons Mall. First time in a summerfield suites - this is a nice concept. First of all, its brand spanking new. Has a compact suite feel to it. Full size fridge, kitchen outfitted with basics. The breakfast was good, the whole concept works well - outdoor grills, a little tiny market, they'll grocery shop for you, for example. I'd recommend checking this out especially […] for family vacation travel and groups. as far as this particular one, nothing special about the location, a new condo development near a new suburb near a new shopping center. Excellent and new hotel. Terrific room! Nice outdoor pool and barbecue/fireplace. My only concern is that it did not have a hot tub.

I stayed here for the Bolder Boulder and enjoyed the hotel very much. It was about 15 mins from Boulder but the great rates made it well worth the drive. The hotel room was clean with nice modern decor. Will stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Summerfield Hyatt. Its a new hotel, only 1 year old, service was great, everyone was very friendly. The breakfast buffett is nice. The rooms are very clean. I loved the bed, very comfortable. If I had to make an extended visit, I would definately stay there again.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very nice. I usually hate hotel beds because they're nowhere near as nice as my bed at home but this bed was the best i have used in a hotel. The bathroom was nice although i didn't like how the door doesn't really lock and it has a gap that you can see through. the couches were nice although very stiff. […] The room had a fairly well stocked kitchen with most things you would need to cook a meal minus a normal oven. The rooms are really nice and have everything you could want. The price is amazing for what you get. I stayed here on a booked-up weekend in Boulder, but the commute was painless. The staff was really friendly and very helpful. No complaints whatsoever!

Alovely room, with good service. The complimentary breakfast and evening appetizers were delicious and attractively served. My single complaint would be noise within the hotel. The walls did not appear to be well soundproofed. Everytime a neighbor's toilet flushed, it sounded like a deluge would ensue. There was a very loud noise that sounded like […] a bowling ball being rolled along the floor. I suspect that may have come from a nearby elevator. When we mentioned this to the front desk, the clerk immediately offered to relocate us, which we declined. Overall, a very satisfactory experience. Thanks. Lisez la suite

build in 2010 everthing ist still new and in very good condition. the room is well quipped with kitchen and nice bath. tv with several hd channels. breakfast is good too.

We realy enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The rooms are so beautiful. The kitchen was huge with everything you could think of dishes, pots & pans, silverware, strainer, cheese grater. This hotel was a very good value - would be especially good for an extended stay. Rooms were clean, nicely furnished and staff was professional and accomodating. We'd come here again.
