Rien à redire sur cet hotel. Très bon accueil du gérant (souriant, prend le temps de nous répondre, explique bien). L'hotel n'est pas très "design" mais il est propre et accueillant. Les chambre sont de tailles raisonnables et propres. Un petit encas est offert (une bouteille d'eau et un mini gateau). L'hotel est situé près de l'aéroport (avec navettes je crois) et de la highway donc un peu bruyant d'extérieur mais une fois la porte fermée, pas de soucis. Et enfin, le petit déjeuner est classique (whafles, pain, beure, confitures, céréales, jus de fruits, café, thé) avec un petit plus : des fruits frais (pommes et oranges, assez rares aux EU). Pour nous, ce n'était qu'une étape avec San Francisco mais nous aurions pu y séjourner d'autres nuits.

The hotel stay was superb. My only issue was that my payment with hotels.com did not show up at the hotel and they did not have a room for me. I had to wait for an hour for the supervisor to resolve the issue and identify a room. After resolving the issue, the hotel still tried to charge the room rate to my credit card.

Absolutely perfect. Was looking for a hotel that offered a tub and the tub in this place was perfect. It was very deep and oversized so I was able to soak in it perfectly. The bathroom was beautiful and even offered a light-up magnifying make-up mirror. The casino offered a fun time and the food was satifactory and convenient. We got the two Queen room very big and the room decor was so updated and pretty and the beds were high full of different pillows and comfortable. The bathroom granite counters and marble flooring was very nice and we enjoyed the huge sunken tub with bubbles provided and the huge walk in shower we thought we was in Las Vegas. we loved this hotel overall, the staff very helpful and nice, the rooms gorgeous, clean and comfortable except for one thing...the pillows. the worse! so soft that when you lay your head down it goes straight to the bed...even after rolling a towel and using two pillows it was unbearable. so bring your own pillows or be prepared for a sleepless nig […] ht. "If you dont mind the smoke smell..."
Our second stay in this hotel We came back because we were impressed with the quality of the hotel. I personally cant stand the smoke smell but i suffer through it in the casino for the hubby. I was just glad the hotel is supposed to be nonsmoking. Unfortunately our neighbor decided to light up and the smoke found its way into my nostrils. I hid under […] the covers most of the night. We actually stayed 2 additional days. The restaurants, spa, comfort, and customer service were wonderful. We really had a fun time and already trying to plan our next visit!

"Fantastic Room"
The room was much nicer and much larger than I expected. Extremely well appointed and comfortable. The service was great and there were a lot of options for food on site. I would absolutely recommend staying here for business of leisure.

Had been to thunder valley casino in the past and was so happy to hear a hotel was added. We were thoroughly satisfied with the accommodation I can't wait to return in the near future. I liked the fact that you needed to use your room key to enable the elevator great security option. We will go back.

this was a great stay for me because its was just far enough off the free way that it felt like a secluded get away yet close enough that i didnt waste a bunch of time just trying to get to the freeway. the hotel was nice and one of the comfiest beds i've slept in away from home. the only disapointment i had was that i was told by the front desk that […] i would be impressed by the bathtub (i like relaxing in a nice tub), but it wasnt any different than a home tub other than it was rectangular, not oval. no jets, nothing fancy. plenty of eating and drinking options. mostly an older crowd lerking the casino floors, but there were a few 20 something folks out there. Excellent hotel. Hospitality was excellent from valet, checkin, pool service, to housekeeping. Very enjoyable surroundings and will stay again. One of the best properties I have stayed at!

"Thunder Valley-Nice hotel, not so great service"
The hotel was great. The room was nice, clean, new, had great amenities, etc. However, the front desk service was not so great. They couldn't find our reservation because it was booked on Hotels.com. It was 3:30 when we got there and she said our room was guaranteed at 4:00 so they'd call our cell phone when the phone was ready. First of all, a half […] hour makes that much difference? They didn't have one clean room in that huge hotel they could have given us? Then they never called so we went back to the desk around 5:00 and miraculously our room was ready. "VERY NICE!"
My friends and I wanted to go away for one night...just to have a little fun. It was soooo nice. Great customer the entire time. and the buffet to die for even though we had to wait about 45 mins. Overall great stay!

The Hotel is brand new so everything is beautiful and clean. However, the new coffee pot they have in the rooms didn't work and the remote control for the TV was difficult to use - it wouldn't power on/off or change channels - you had to keep pressing the buttons really hard and several times for it to finally work.
