Hotel avec très bon rapport qualité prix. Service très courtois, et j'ai eu affaire à plusieurs membres du personnel. La navette n'était pas disponible quand je suis arrivé à l'aéroport, j'ai pris un taxi et le prix de la course m'a été immédiatement remboursé. Petit déjeuner gratuit et tout à fait correct.

meilleur rapport qualité/prix a virginia beach, tres bien situé, tres propre, bon déjeuné.Hors saison plusieurs petits commerces fermées . Mais de tres bons restaurants a proximité.

when we arrived they did not have our confirmation and had to see if there was a room available. The conditions were worse than a motel. The beds were broken with no support curtains were disgusting the door to the balcony would just about open and the railing on the balcony was not sturdy . "Loud, out of date, but pleasant staff."
I would not stay at the palms again. It was very out of date, a little dirty, especially the hallway. And extremely loud. We stayed in the pool view room.... Basically it is a pool view if you walk out into the hallway. You don't have a window that looks outside, it looks out on the hallway so you basically had to keep blinds closed unless you wanted […] everyone walking by to look in your room. I was not at all satisfied with the hotel. The carpets in the hallway was worn and filthy. The first room I was assigned to had chipped paint. There was about a one inch gap between the floor and the door. I requested a second room, not much better. Both rooms had hardwood floors. "worst experience in5 years"
I've done about five hundred hotel stays in the last five years and this was the worst ever it took me eight hours to get a roll of toilet paper I finally went downstairs myself it took me 40 minutes to check in with only one person in front of me the air conditioning wasn't working so I had to sleep the balcony door open to get the room below 87 and […] my morning wake up call to get to an appointment never happened. "Broken locks"
While the staff was doing their best to correct problems, this hotel was not a great place to stay. It was very convenient, but we had issues with the door locking which made us late to a wedding. I didnt find parking at the first time, 30 min takes to find the parking, no person over there to help me find the parking, i thought my room will be at least 2nd floor so that i can see the ocean clearly from my windo, but it was in first floor , i was so unhappy about that.... receptionist was good , helpfull, hotel in total not looks so clean ...TV […] is so small and broken at the side, but it was running.. i expect more.... anyway , if you have less budget u can stay..... not so bad.... "Very disappointed but understood price"
Still halfway under renovation. Was visIble mold on wall in my room, drywall not finished completely, paint not done completely, carpets coming up in halls, no coffee maker or hair dryer in my room but hairdryer in our other room. We had no other seating room other than beds but other room had chair & table, we had balcony chairs other room did not. […] Found two used washcloths in shower and old soap! "craphole in a great area"
I think the hotel should be closed during renovation. After staying 3 nights at the Quality Inn (8th st), and choosing an extra night at the beach with this hotel (Palm), the ONLY advantage is that we got an extra day at the beach. The hotel is a dump. The outside looks fabulous, and the pictures online must've been from when it was just open, because […] the room we got looked nothing like the picture we saw. While my husband was on the phone making the reservation, I saw the reviews online, and thought maybe people were just overly picky. That is not the case. Trust the reviews. The morning we left, there was a roach on the front of the refrigerator, which helped with getting our butts on gear to get on the road. The shower has no shelf, so you have to place everything on the floor of the shower. There is nowhere to really put ANYthing. The windows were dirty. The floor has some sort of black dust all on it that made our feet look fantastic after walking on them all day. The microwave was dirty, along with the refrigerator. The hotel "staff" leaves much to be desired. I think kindergarteners could do a better job of customer service. Overall, the location is fantastic. The outside of the hotel is nice. So if you can stay in this hotel without actually having to stay IN the hotel, then you will be doing great. "Bad place to stay"
Very close to the ocean and stores but as staying there is one thing. They had no air in rooms , no towles then they moved use to a onther room still had the same problem and they had roaches, they didnt give me any money back all they did was we can up grand you to an ocean front they should have done both never stay there again.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Palm Grove = DUMP"
This old and unkept motel had no soap, thin small towels, a machine-but no coffee supplies. The refrigerator didn't work and the railing on the balconey was unsafe as well as one of the cheap plastic chairs was broken. The ice machine also didn't work. This hotel is located close to the beach, however, the pictures on the website are misleading. The hotel is old, the smell of the hotel concerned me. My stay was nice, close to the beach. My information was not found in the computer ant i had a print off ststement byt hotel couldn't go by that. Had a hard time getting into my room, the key didn't work so after 20 min we were offer another room then while this was going on another guess was tring o get my car towed. the room was ok, it was clean but […] very hot the man at front desk said there wasn't anything he could do, the air didn't work in the room, the shower keep putting out cold water and the parking sucks we had to drive around for an hour for a parking space due to the hotel space was gone. I even wrote down tags of the cars that didn't have a palm grove permit in their windshield and the man at the desk just put the list into the trash i went across the street and assk the other hotel could we park there for the night, i explain i was from out of town and didn't knew the area and they allow me to park without any problem. "The WORST STAY EVER."
I had a late check in. I came in to the hotel at 3am and no one was at front desk. i called many times and the phone just rang no one answered. i went around the hotel looking for someone that works there and no one was there. finally at 415am i seen the front desk guy name Paul come out of one of the rooms. I asked him why no one at the front dest […] he stated another guest had an issue i said ok but you came out of the hotel room and i was waiting in front for over an hour. The room i booked should have had a ocen view when he finally got my room he had to manuelly open it and it was pure mold in the room all over. smelled like mold and the carpets was wet. i asked for another room he went to check and every room he provided in the system it stated it was free but i got the rooms they had guests in them. i finally gave up on ocen view and picked a regular room. When i was checking out another front desk person clearly young and had all his friends in each hotel room. There was parties thru out the hotel and im guessing none was paid. Overall my stay was horible. the hollways was dirty and the paint was chipping the elivator didnt work. The pictures i seen on site was not the hotel i stayed in. Front desk staff was not helpful at all ...parking was limit and have to pay $15 parking somewhere else. (They let us park at the next door hotel that I found out myself, but the staff said parking extra about 2 blocks away...) if you come back to the hotel in late afternoon it mean you have to pay for parking...Avis véridique Expedia

When the clerk asked if he could help me I said "I have reservations thru expedia" he excused his self from the people he was talking with & began my check-in. After a 4 hr drive it was nice to be in our room in less than 10 mins. Our room was oceanfront. It was roomy, clean & had wonderful views. The parking is the only drawback...its across the street […] :( Everything you could possibly want is with-in walking distance...food, drinks, activities for the kids...funhouse, carnival, miniture golf.
