Budget Inn - Flagstaff

Super bien situé pour visiter le Grand Canyon. Ne pas manquer le géniallissime restaurant Galaxy juste à côté de l'hôtel pour un dîner dans les années 60/70 :)

Le Budget Inn est un motel simple bien placé à Flagsatff. Nous vous conseillons surtout d'aller diner au restaurant Sakura qui est situé dans l'enceinte du Radisson où vous pouvez déguster un super menu teppanyaki pour 27$ avec le show en plus.

Simple, propre, insonorisation faible. pas de petit déjeuner mais un "dinner" de bonne qualité à proximité

Couldn't fault two night stay there - clean, spacious room. Staff helpful, room very clean. Hair drier, microwave and fridge. Wouldn't hesitate to stay longer. Great base for all there is to do in the area.

I will return to this hotel again when family is traveling on train. The hotel was clean,newly updated and everything working. The service at the front desk was more than helpful, friendly, and polite and having coffee in the office was a plus. Motel is centrally located in Fagstaff; Room was large and clean; bed was spacious and soft; The heater was a bit noisy but heated well; Turned it off and room remained warm; Did not hear any train noise (Many trains pass thru Flagstaff); price was good; motel staff were friendly and gave us good directions to Grand Canyon

Very satisfied with helpful, cordial staff. Room was large, clean, comfortable bed. Adequate furnishings, including fridge and microwave.Yes, coffee 24/7 in office but really missed a coffee pot first thing in the morning. No luggage stand; had to place all luggage on the floor.

This establishment met or exceeded our expectations. The beds were much more comfortable then we expected.

It is a very comfortable hotel and fiendly boss.

The Budget Inn was a very clean and comfortable for a value priced Hotel. The location is almost right across from the NAU campus and is on the main street of Flagstaff. Many restraunts within walking distance. Very freindly staff made this stay a good one.

Stayed at the Budget Inn moving my son to NAU, and it worked out great. About 5 minutes from the dorm, right on the "main drag" with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, and only 10 minutes from downtown. Very clean, quiet, comfortable (big room with King bed), with fridge and microwave. Great value for the money. FYI, only shampoo/conditioner combo […] and soap provided, so bring separate lotion and conditioner if needed. Excellent value for money - very clean

The room was very clean but both the beds were excruciatingly uncomfortable which made it impossible to get any real sleep. It honestly felt like they stacked two boxsprings together and tried to pass it off as a real mattress set. Frankly I was surprised because the room really was clean and neat. Booked this hotel as a stop over during our vacation in Phoenix. Stopped here for the night after a day of sight seeing in Sedona and at the Grand Canyon. After readng the reviews and seeing the price, thought that this place would be adequate as a stop over before returning to Phoenix. The location is excellent, located within two miles of many restaraunts […] and amenities. We did not have to drive too far to get dinner and breakfast the next morning. There was no breakfast included, but really, I do not care for most breakfasts at motels anyway so not a big deal. Our main floor room was a little tight, but clean and fairly recently updated. We had a unit near the middle of the building, so any road or rail noise was not evident. The beds were comfortable and more than adequate. This was indicated in other reviews and was expected. Now the downside. The heating /ac unit is very loud. It is a newer unit, but when it is on, it is a problem for lighter sleepers. The heater is located at the outer wall, farthest away from the bathroom. In the summer, probably not a big deal, but the floor and the shower/toilet area is very cold in the winter. Around midnight, a large group of people with young children checked in all around our room. All we heard for the next hour was doors slamming, kids running around, and laughing and playing. Not good when you are trying to sleep. The thin ceiling allowed all of the noise from the surrounding rooms above us in the morning and at night. In summary, we did not have the best time at this motel, but if you have the good fortune of staying here at anytime but the winter months, and some civilized neighbours, you should be fine. Clean room, comfortable beds, hot shower. Just what we needed after a day of sledding. Will be back next time.

Needed an affordable place to crash after a night in Flagstaff. Wasn't looking for frills and glitter. This little place was just right.

Motel was in great location as well as very clean! Not a place to stay for extended periods of time because of little to no amenities. We stayed overnight when we were on a family ski trip! Resturants and grocery store, plus gas stations, very close!

Basically, you get what you paid for. Nothing fancy, but you get all the basics. A clean and well-kept room, TV, microwave, mini-fridge, free wi-fi. No mint under your pillow or towels shaped as doves, but you get my drift.

We stayed at this hotel twice, on our way to and from OKC, OK. We were traveling with horses so needed a stopover place close to the "horse hotel". The rooms were clean and comfortable and the proprietor was very friendly and helpful. On our retrun trip we arrived about 10:30 p.m. and the outside temperature was 19 deg above zero. The manager, in anticipation […] of our arrival, had kindly turned the heat on in our room. It was very nice to enter a warm room rather than an Ice box. The one negative of the room was the heating/cooling system did not have a thermostat, so it was either on or off. Needless to say, we slept with it on all night. Not too noisy, but might bother a light sleeper. We were on a fast and furious road trip, so we didn't have time to seek out really good restaurants, but the "Chili's" where we ate was about a 1/4 mile away and was good. There were several other restaurants in the area, but it was a Sunday night and most of them were closed. I would definately recommend this hotel as a stopover or for a short-term stay. Budget-just like the name.Clean clean clean, but no frills. A good night sleep before going to Grand Canyon. Nice Diner within walking distance on RT 66.

Not much to say, rooms are nice and very large, prices are very decent. WiFi is free. It's located 1 mile-something from downtown, many dinners around convenient for a quick brakfast.

Budget Inn was nothing fancy but very very clean and reasonable in price. I would definitely stay there again.

Clean basic room with MW & refrigerator. Bathroom & plumbing clean and in very good condition. This is a very good hotel for the money. Location is in a convenient area of Flagstaff near intersection of US89 & US RT66. Northern Arizona University within walkin distance.

If you are looking for a clean motel with a convenient location, this may be just right. It is an older property that has some recent cosmetic room upgrades. There is no green space, it's just all asphalt and sidewalk. There is no patio or balcony overlooking a greenbelt and there is no on property dining if that's your thing. But directly behind the […] motel is a local diner called the Galaxy which has a Route 66 theme and decent food. Try the $3.99 breakfast specials. Immediately adjacent to the motel is a local gas station and down a block is a Barnes and Noble bookstore and shopping. This is a good place to prior to hiking the canyon or after. Check in was simple & easy, The desk clerk very friendly and helpful. My room was clean but nothing fancy though much bigger than I expected. The wireless worked well for me, easy access, strong & steady. I was just passing through doing a cross-country run (PA to CA) so got in around 7 pm, chilled a bit, went to sleep, on the road again by 5 am. Nice […] stay for the price. Lisez la suite

Handy location near historic Flagstaff and a local Safeway plus pharmacies, restaurants, internet cafe, Baskin Robbins and Dairy Queen! It would help if the rooms had ironing facilities and some cutlery, but I've no problem recommending the Budget Inn to other people.

Excellent deal for the money. One of the highest rated motels with one of the lowest rates. Very clean, looked like it was recently renovated. Rooms have a microwave, refrigerator and HBO. I'll stay there again when I return to Flagstaff. The motel is an older property but the interior of the rooms are surprisingly new.

This hotel was decent for an overnight stay, as we were only in town to tour NAU. We arrived late and checked out early. The rooms were clean, service was good and price was right.

The room was basic but just fine. Good value. I would have no problem at all staying there again.

The inn was pleasant, clean, and quiet which was exactly what we were looking for!

Very pleasant stay in a lower cost hotel. Staff helpful with finding a local restaurant. Would stay here again.

The room was large and clean, I had a great nights sleep, it was an easy check in and out. It was conveniently located right off I-40. I just stopped in to sleep so for those purposes I have no complaints about this hotel.

We stayed one night in the hotel. The staff was very friendly at check-in. There is no breakfast possibility in the motel, but a neighbouring typical American diner was excellent for typical American breakfast. The room was simple, but included fridge, television and free wifi. Everything we needed.
