Art Hotel Congres - Paris

Devant être sur l'ouest parisien très tôt, j'ai réservé cet hotel reglo mais sans plus. Literie relativement confortable mais propreté à revoir : drap ok mais alese pas changée (parsemée de poils t cheveux ...). Arrivée tardive ok Wifi ok Sdb exigue et qq traces d'humidités...mais ensemble ok.

Hotel de tres bon confort mais situe dans un quartier peu sympa.

On vous accueille chaleureusement, tout est propre, la chambre comme la douche. Seul le quartier n'est pas parfait mais vu le prix, cet hotel reste un bon plan.

Bonne prestation correspondant aux standards actuels. Tres bons tarifs pour la qualite du lieu. Propre et agreable. La SDB est malheureusement un peu petite et pas du tout chauffee en hiver : dommage, Proche du métro mais environnement très moyen ! Manque un business center

Bonne literie mais chambre petite , un peu mal agencée. Chaise trop grande pour la taille de cette chambre. En ouvrant l'armoire on bute dans le lit. Les environs ne sont pas terribles. Heureusement le métro est assez proche. Personnel très serviable. J'ai demandé un thermos d'eau chaude. Elle est arrivée tiède 20mn plus tard.

situé loin de tout (en particulier très éloigné du palais des congrès)dans un quartier tranquille il présente un bon rapport qualité prix quand il est en promo...

Bien sur les chambres ne sont pas très grandes, mais on est à Paris. Chambres propres, wifi gratuit, acceuil sympas, un peu de difficultés à trouver un taxi le matin, mais il parait que les jours de pluie c'est normal...

Hôtel sympa. Personnel très accueillant : un vrai plus!

Un hôtel affichant des tarifs de chambre exorbitants mais avec un coût réel raisonnable (1/5 du tarif affiché). Une première chambre abandonnée pour cause de chasse d'eau défectueuse, une seconde chambre dont la serrure automatique était H.S. et la clé manuelle introuvable et une troisième satisfaisante, si ce n'est le manque d'isolation par rapport […] au couloir. Hotel joliment décoré et surtout très calme. Petit bémol concernant la taille des chambres standards, vraiment plus petites que ce pourraient laisser croire les photos.

Cet hôtel est assurément à ce jour le plus agréable qu'il m'ait été donné de connaitre dans la capitale. L'établissement est neuf. L'accueil est trés sympathique ; le personnel est trés serviable, d'une grande gentillesse et polyglothe. Les chambres sont bien équippées et de trés bon standing. La literie est trés confortable. A notre sortie, le personnel […] a même gentillement accepté de garder nos bagages en consigne jusqu'au soir. Le quartier est quelque peu excentré mais calme. Décoré avec goût, cet hôtel semble entièrement neuf. Les chambres sont très agréables et le personnel est accueillant. En fait, le seul reproche qui pourrait être fait, est celui d'être légèrement décentré, pour visiter Paris.

Tout était très bien service, propreté, belle douche moderne. Bonne insonorisation. Près des autobus ligne directe pour les visies et aussi métro tout près. Seul bémol la grandeur de la chambre qui était très très petite.

The hotel was pretty good for a three star hotel. The room was compact but of good standard for the price. Just one complaint which I hope the hotel management will consider to do something about beacuse it really annoyed us, and it's very easy to fix.. We paid extra for breakfast, which was simple but ok for a small/medium size hotel - but only if […] we arrived early in the morning. The breakfast was open from 07-10, and from around 09:00, they ran out of the good bread, and only the whitest/cheapest type of bread remained. The first day it happened, we didn't care, but when it happened two of three days, it annoyed us and we went out to buy more breakfast afterwards. That is not acceptable when you pay for breakfast. On a romantic weekend, you don't want to get up several hours before end of breakfast to make sure that you don't run out of food. So hotel management: Easy to fix and costs almost nothing! Not very conducive neighborhood for a single lady or ladies.

It was a good hotel in Paris, but the location was a bit too far from the CBD or major train stations (i.e. Gare de Lyon). Closed to metro trains, which is good. The room was ok, but a bit dusty. Overall was a OK hotel to stay.

Room was too small. The air conditioner was too noicy due to the motor running inside the room.

Very comfortable room in good location. However, drains in bathroom needed unblocking in shower and basin, and maintanance needed doing to wall above shower were paint was peeling off in big chunks. Otherwise modern with lovely carpet flooring. Was a little concerned about going out along at night being a single female as numbers of people loitering […] around day and night. The room is clean and the staffs are nice and helpful. However, there's no English tv channels, and the there's not much restaurants and shops within walking distance. We didn't feel safe to stay out after dark. So I'd come back to art hotel but different location.

The hotel's rooms were very modern from bed to bathroom. Like most in Paris, space was a bit tight but the layout worked well for one person and could work for two. Wifi from room was good and no extra cost. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is on a quiet side street north main tourist sites with an eight to ten minute walk to Metro and […] restuarants and groceries. Nice hotel, with small but clean rooms. We had breakfast at the hotel which was good but if I had paid the advertised 12 Euro I probably would have felt a bit ripped off. It was a 5 minute walk to the Metro stop and 10 mins to the centre of Paris. We walked to the Moulin Rouge/Monmatre Area in about 15 mintues. Only 4min walk from the Metro and close to moulin Rouge and Sacre Cour (20min walk). Very friendly, modern and clean hotel. Great Value.

We stayed at Art Hotel Congres for 3 nights and had a great stay. The rooms were clean, you got a free bottle of water on your first night (I don't understand why we don't get one every night, we paid the same rate) and the wireless internet is easy to use and works great. The room itself was clean and generally had everything you could expect, though […] on cold nights a kettle would be welcome. Speaking of cold nights, in order to keep your room at a nice warm temperature, you have to keep one of your keys (or another card) in the room to keep the power going. And because of Europe's mild climate and lack of insulation, you need the heat on constantly. Having said all that, the hotel was well worth it and we really enjoyed our stay. We opted not to pay 12 Euros per person for breakfast, and instead walked a couple minutes in any direction and found wonderful bakeries and cafes charging 1/10th the price for fresh croissants, baguettes and warm drinks. The area surrounding is great. It's quieter than central Paris, but has reasonable prices and many late night eats should you need them. The hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from the closest metro stop and there are 3 more stops within 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place without budget-breaking prices. Lisez la suite

the overall stay was quite satisfying, considering the price but was ruined by the lady at the reception when we checked out. she tried to cheat us into paying an extra 27 euro for some room service that we didn't order. When she failed to make us pay, her attiude turned bad... one good thing is they offer free wi-fi at the hotel~

Art Hotel is a little outside of the trendy/touristy area of Paris but very close to the metro so everything is still easily accessible. Very nice, clean rooms, good breakfast if you want it for $12 Euros and excellent staff. Would definitely stay there again.

We booked in to this hotel at the last minute when something else feel through. It was a perfect find a very smart,clean and comfortable hotel in a pleasant location 5mins from Brochant Metro station and a 20 min walk to the beautiful area of Montmartre. Would return anytime.

This hotels rooms are tiny, and when we got upgraded to a wheelchair accessible room there was no guard around the shower space so all the water flowed put under the room door out on the carpet of the bedroom. Maybe hotels in Paris are just get what you pay for and very expensive but this place was poor we thought

The hotel and the room were very clean. Room is not very large but enough for two persons. The hotel is at convenient location. It is within 5 minutes' walk to Metro Brochant station or 8 minutes' walk from Metro Guy Moquet station. There are two stores near by at night for buying water and easy food. Quite a number of restaurants nearby within 10 […] minutes. You can ask the reception for information. Breakfast is typical with cereal, crossiant, cheese, ham, yogurt, etc. There was no water boiler for drinking water in room and you have to borrow it but you cannot get it if it is borrowed by others. WIFI is free with good signal. There is luggage storage but it seems that the storage room is not locked. There were different receptionists and they are generally nice and helpful. Lisez la suite

Located on a side street in Paris, this gem offers a relaxing, quiet stay in a busy city. The decor is easy on the eyes, simple yet extremely comfortable. Although my French is not so French, the staff was more than accommodating and helpful. Metro stations are close and there is plenty of food to eat within minutes. I've been going to Paris for business a few times and I always stay at Art Hotel Congres from now on. I just feel like at home! Perfect hotel!

Clean, close to a metro stop.

A fairly small room a bit further than the city centre but easy enough to get around.. Fantastic service by the reception team which makes the stay even more pleasurable. Staff were always happy to help at all times. Loved it!

A little off the main concours and tourist runs but it is a charming little hotel, clean, very polite and attentive staff in a quiet location. Metro and RER stations easily accessible. Would use this one again, also for a personal stay.

Loved the Hotel over-all and would stay there again. The only real thing that bothered me was the streets surrounding the hotel. I knew the area would not be like the centre of Paris but the streets were always dirty and full of rubbish. Other than this it was a Hotel full of the usual comforts and the breakfast was quite lovely. My room had a nice […] feel and just enough room for me to feel comfortable. This is a great hotel for individuals looking for a cheap place to sleep in Paris. My mother and I enjoyed our stay. The free internet was a plus!

It's the 2nd time I have stayed here in 2 weeks and it was just as great as the first time I stayed. I would always recommend this hotel.

This hotel was wayyyy beyond I ever expected. Only that our twin beds were squashed into a tiny room, but hey it's Europe and everything outweighs this by far. Every single staff member were unbelievably helpful. It was my birthday while I was there and I wanted to go to moulin rouge and they were on the phone every 1/2 hr-1hr trying to get me and my […] friend tickets, and on the day of my birthday we were successful and I swear the girls there were more excited than us :-) I wouldn't worry about not being close to any main sights cause Paris is such a big city that you really do need to use the metro and Brochant station is only a 3 minute walk away from the hotel. Wifi is free and it was great. Breakfast is 12 euros per person so we opted for the many boloungerie around the place. I really can't speak highly enough of the hotel. A little ghetto-fabulous area but the hotel and staff are excellent for the price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very small rooms but rooms are mOdern and very functional. I would stay again

Very nice hotel in the Northern part of Paris, near Brochant metro. The staff are very helpful and speak good english, too, especially Johanna, manageress' daughter, I think. The area is not central Paris but still quite vibrant - but NOT loud. There is quite an ethnic mix in the surrounding areas such as St. Ouen and Av. De Clichy. The hotel is near […] Pigalle and Montmatre so quite easy to get to. Though the hotel is so new, may be hard for taxi drivers to find. The rooms have all the mod cons you could need - fridge, hairdryer, walk-in shower - and are quite spacious. Though mine was on the ground floor opporsite a smoking garden. we arrived in Paris via the airport shuttle bus and were dropped at the Arc de Triomphe. I had previously checked, and found out that the metro station most local to the hotel is Brochant which is on Line 13 (light blue). So we got on the metro at Charles de Gaulle, changed line at Place de Clichy and then to Brochant, all in all it took us about 15-20 […] mins. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was very impressed. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very modern and clean. The hotel room itself was a good size, well equipped and clean. The area surrounding the hotel is not the best, it's in no way "rough" or dangerous and we didn't have any problems walking around the area at any point, its just not the most touristy area. There is a shop just down the road from the hotel, which is useful for picking up water/snacks etc. The buffet breakfast cost 12 euros and was very nice. In short, I would highly recommend this hotel, but you have to be willing to travel a little way on the metro to get to the city center. Lisez la suite
