Comme souvent à Paris chambre un peu petite mais cette fois déco agréable sans en faire trop. Accueil sympa

Hôtel propre et confortable où le personnel est accueillant et à l'écoute des demandes. Les chambres sont agréables, bien décorées et l'insonorisation est plutôt bonne. C'est ce qu'il faut pour y passer plusieurs nuits et s'y reposer. Le quartier compte par ailleurs quelques belles tables à des prix très abordables. Malgré les commentaires inquiétants mon séjour s'est très bien passé. Pas de pb de porte, pas de bruit. Les meubles sont un peu rococo mais propre et confortable. Prix correct avec remise hôtel.com. Sinon un peu cher vu les prestations. D'autos hôtels font mieux...

L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé, les prestation sont correctes, mais de nombreux points font que je ne reviendrai plus ... - Petits déjeuners à 12€, avec un buffet lamentable, il vaut mieux aller déjeuner dans un petit bar aux alentours, moins cher et plus sympa que cette salle que l'on peut assimiler à une cave. - Dans la chambre : table de nuit sale […] sur laquelle mon livre est resté collé,j'ai du le laver !! - Sol de la salle de bain que n'a pas été fait en 3 jours ! - L’ascenseur est d'une lenteur incroyable (hydraulique) - Pour fermer sa porte de chambre de l’extérieur, là où normalement il suffit de la tirer, ici, il est nécessaire d'actionner la poignée de l'intérieur (si si) afin de prétendre fermer la porte de l'extérieur (pour ceux qui n'ont pas suivit, il faut juste le voir pour le croire)... pensant que c'était peut-être ma porte qui dysfonctionnait (ou moi !), je l'ai signalé à la réception, en fait c'est normal ! La moindre des choses serait de le signaler à l'arrivée, parce que je suis sure qu'il y a plein de clients qui partent en laissant leur portes ouvertes ! - Dans la chambre, aucun document avec les numéros utiles, pour appeler la réception, j'ai tapé tous les numéros, avant de tomber sur le bon. Le seul numéro qui apparait sur la porte de chambre ou sur la carte qui sert de clé est en réalité un numéro de fax ... pratique pour se faire appeler ... - J'aurais bien souhaité parler avec la directrice (je suis une professionnelle du tourisme, son point de vue m'aurait intéressé), mais elle ne passe qu'une fois dans la semaine ... J'ai réservé dans cet endroit au dernier moment car il avait une promo. Ce fut une erreur. Le réceptionniste était désagréable et à la limite de la grossièrté. J'avais spécifié que je voulais un grand lit et j'ai eu une chambre twin (literie épouvantable par ailleurs). Le réceptionniste a refusé de me déloger ou de rembourser. Il y avait également un gros courant d'air provoqué par un jour sous la fenêtre. J'ai l'impression d'avoir été traité avec mépris. I booked this place at the last moment because there was a fair discount. It was a mistake. The receptionist was rude. I had specified I wanted a double bed and I had a twin (also terrible bedding). The receptionist refused to dislodge me or refund. Also, when I went there, the outside temperature was freezing. Almost as much as the room, which was not heated ... Le personnel très souriant et à l'écoute de nos attentes a rendu notre séjour très agréable ainsi que le confort de la chambre, seul leger bémol l'isolation des fenêtres qui laisser passer les quelques bruits extérieurs durant la nuit.

Des chambres et un service de qualité. Mon seul regret : le bruit, non pas de la rue mais des chambres avoisinantes....

tres agreable pour un wek-end en couple quartier populaire et calme a la fois prix des chambres un peu elever pour une chambre pastres propre a notre arrivee cela aete remis en ordre le second jour et un tres bon suivi le restant du sejour

Hôtel super pour un weekend a Paris, juste pas situé dans le meilleur quartier... Mais station de métro très proche permettant a un accès assez rapide en direction des sites de Paris.

This hotel was very nice indeed. We got a lovely reception from the girl behind the desk. Without asking she got a map out and showed us the metro stations and other landmarks. Free internet. I even asked how much the charges were to phone home as my mobile wasn't working and they didnb't charge me. There weren't any down sides to it except that the […] fire alarm went off early one morning due to one of the staff pressing a button. However, they apologised profuseley. If you arrive at the Gare du Nord you can get a 54 bus right outside the station and 10 minutes later you arrive 2 minutes away from the hotel. Much better than getting the metro and you can see the sights on the way. The breakfast is 10 euros a day per person so we had a brunch locally. It would have been nice if they included a continental breakfast but you can't have everything unless you pay more. We walked to most sights wich is the best way to see Paris but the bus is much nearer than the metro which is about 10 mins away. We would definitely stay at the Art Hotel again. Lisez la suite

We were pleased with the location because it wasn't too close to the main tourist areas… More of a residential neighborhood but was within walking distance of 2 metro stations...also very close to a market, a liquor store, a couple of grocery stores and many bakeries. We had a positive experience from the moment we arrived, Vanessa greeted us and continued […] to provide great customer service throughout our stay. The hotel is lucky to have her as a representative! The rooms facing the street are far superior to two courtyard rooms on each floor. Would definitely stay here again. Lisez la suite

The elevator may be slow, but at least there is an elevator. The stay was very nice. My room was street side, so there was some noise, but generally the neighborhood is quiet. The Metro is not too far a walk and there was a wide variety of eateries just further towards Place de Clichy. The room was small, but I didn't plan to stay much. The in room […] safe wasn't large enough for my computer-which is a low point, but generally I felt safe. I didn't partake in the breakfast which at 10euro's didn't feel like a great buy. I saw the croissants and wasn't impressed. Since for around 1 euro, you could find a fresh baked croissant in so many patisseries between there and the Champs Elysee... or wherever. Friendly and helpful receptionist, free access to wifi, elevator, reasonably-sized, clean room and bathroom with shower stall. Location: great if you want to avoid the crowded tourist spots and spend time in a true Paris neighborhood. Active street life during the day but reasonably quiet at night. Young population. Subway nearby. The corner bistro/restaurant […] is usually packed at night. The food, served by a young staff, is good, the service may be excellent or extremely slow. The hotel was perfect for us, easy to get to on the metro when coming on the eurostar. The room was modern, good size, with a nice shower. I was really pleased with the location, few metro stops within 5-10 min walk, you could also walk into centre if you fancied it, we walked via montmatre one day. Recently refurbished, the room was lovely and clean. Nice furniture and a great bathroom. About a 5min walk from the station (la Forche) although also close to place de clichy. A great base for exploring Paris. There is a bike park right outside the hotel if you want to hire them - the velib scheme which we'd definitely recommend. All in all a nice […] hotel! Small hotel situated 6 metrostops from city center (islands)- around 30-40 min on foot. Walking distance to butte montamatre. Quiet area, small hotel, small but clean rooms with good standard bathroom. Recommended!

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. The room was clean but relatively small. The decor was nice and contemporary. The staff was available 24 hours and was very helpful. They arranged a shuttle back to the airport which was half the cost of taking a taxi. Fairly close to metro station and restaurants. 距離地鐵站兩個大街口，約七分鐘路程。附近有超市，有很多麵包店和餐廳，提供很多選擇。 大堂及房內均有免費Wifi，大堂有行李寄存的房間。 接待員非常helpful，本來要14:00先可check-in，但因有客人剛退房，11:00便可讓我check-in。之後出門前向她問路，除了教我乘較近酒店的巴士外，還熱心問我之前有沒有買票。原來之前有客人留下了幾張未用的車票在前台，她將那些車票全部給了我。 唯一缺點：小酒店的通病，牆身較薄，較易聽到走廊的聲音，反為街外的聲音並不大。

Lovely small hotel in a quiet but lovely area of Paris. Lots of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity but not at all noisy in the evening. Close to several metro stations and walking distance to Montmartre and Sacre-Coeur. Ideal location and good hotel with modern rooms and comfortable bed - would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was quite nice, we were happy with our room. The area was good, close to lots of restaurants and shops, in particular a very nice bakery just a few doors along the road. We managed to walk everywhere during our stay as the location is not too far from everything. Very neat, stylish hotel in a nice location with good access to the city centre. Great quality for the price and the reception were delightful. Extended my stay by a day and would recommend highly for either business or a getaway

Very nice hotel a couple of hundred meters from a metro station. Small shops and restaurants close to the hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and quiet rooms. Comfortable beds. Fairly good breakfast for 12 euros. Nothing to complain about at all. I would love to stay there again.

We stayed 3 nights and had a pretty good experience overall. Our room was pretty big for European standards and had a closet, safe, and mini fridge with a free bottle of water on the first night. We had 3 beautiful windows in our room which were amazing to look at, but also left us freezing at night because they let in so much cold air (even though […] they were shut tightly.) The heater in the room was not big enough to warm the room up, even at full blast for a full day. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was located in between 3 metro stops. Though the heating system did not work properly and I had to wear my coat middle of the night... It was very clean and nice place with nice staff. You can easily get to Champ Elysee with direct subway!!

We stayed at the Art hotel in February 2012 and we were very happy with the hotel. The hotel is very near the Montmatre district and is a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station La Fourche. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We had to pay a 1 euro city tax per person per night when we left that we didn't know about. All in all a wonderful […] stay and we would definately return. Spent 3 days and two nights in Paris last week and the trip was made all the better for the hotel we stayed at. Having looked at the prices of many hotels in Paris I was worried that going down to a 3 star hotel would be a bad move but we werent disappointed. we were in room 405 and it was perfect, very modern, compact, but exactly what we needed and […] was very quiet. The tv only really has french channels so if you like to watch tv in your room then you should bring your laptop/ipad but we were pretty much using the hotel as a base for our sight seeing. It was conveniently located for La Frouche station ( 3-4 mins walk) and only marginally longer to the larger metro Place de clichy. Many of the sights such as Moulin Rouge and Montmarche (Sacre Ceour) are within walking distance but you are as well jumping on the metro to the relevant stops as it is very quick and easy. If in Paris again would definitely stay here again, we even visited a little Italian restaurant on the same street as our hotel (Rue Legendre) called Pizzeria Sonia which was really busy (always a good sign), had a really nice meal and wasn't expensive. Lots of little bars, restaurants along this street so if you dont want to spend super money then Rue Legendre is a very good alternative. We chose this hotel because of its affordability and proximity to public transportation. It is easily within walking distance to Place de Clichy from which one can get a cab or metro to anywhere in the city. It's also within walking distance to Sacré Coeur, Montmartre, and the Moulin Rouge. The staff was very friendly helping us find local restaurants […] and the best modes of transportation to see the major sights in Paris. The room itself was a bit tight for a family, but then we only stayed in the room to sleep and for that it more than met our needs (even providing a crib four our baby). If you'd like to see Paris without spending a ton on lodging the Art Hotel Batignolles is worth considering. Lisez la suite

No complaints, booked at the last minute, was cheap, confiortable and clean. Room was quite small and the area isn't the best (but still fine) - about right for what we paid.

Very nice hotel, comfy rooms, maybe deserve a bit more shelves in the bathroom. Ideally located (15mn by bus 66 from Opera), nice neighborhood. Clean hotel, nice design, rooms are functional Maybe deserve a bit more paintings and decoration in the breakfast room, a bit "cold" in my view, but that's the only thing i can think.

This hotel was very clean and close to the subway. I'd stay again in a heart beat.

The hotel is situated in not a bad area. There are a few nice restaurants and bars nearby and the moulin rouge district is nearby. It about 20mins walk to the arc de triumph which wasn't a bad walk. Clean, friendly staff. Room is a bit small but considering we were out all day it was good enough for a city break. would recommend to other.

Enjoyed our five-night stay. The room was comfortable and clean; the shower was efficient and hot; the staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a room on the fifth floor as we wanted to avoid as much street noise as possible. Room was small but this is the centre of Paris. Nearest metro is la Fourche. We had the hotel buffet breakfast at 12€ as we couldn't […] see anything of better value nearby and you could eat all you wanted from the buffet. There was a variety of reasonably priced restaurants for dinner in every direction from the hotel. Tea and coffee making facilities are not in the room but we were told we could help ourselves from the basement, where breakfast is served. (We didn't actually try this at any time other than breakfast.) You can order tea or coffee from the receptionist for 3€. There is also a cold drinks vending machine in reception. Complimentary bottled water was only given on the day of arrival. The wifi stopped working the day before we left but that seems to be a common problem in France, although McDonald's wifi is usually okay. There's a McD near the Metro and one in Place Pigalle.
