NYC-JC Guest Suites - Jersey City

L'hôtel est très propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec de grands baies vitrées. L'environnement est sympa et calme. Malheureusement, l'hôtel est situé bien trop loin de Manhattan et la fréquence du métro est très insuffisante d'où une perte de temps considérable sur les quais ! D'autre part, la remise des clefs entre 11 h et 15 h s'effectue à une […] demi-heure à pieds de l'hôtel soit une heure aller-retour !!! Perfect location, 20 minute ride into NYC without having to pay the price of a NYC hotel. Another perk: 7 minutes from Carlos' Bakery in Hoboken. We would definetly stay there again.

The Hotel was clean, well kept. We did not eat here so I can't review the food services. Very convenient to Jersey City if you have an event near by, which we did.

It is a very nice, clean building, wonderful facilities, large windows, very close to N.Y. transportation and Science Center in Jersey. Good place for kids. But if you have 2 kids one room would be too small. And if you need extra blankets, or towels, etc. you need to call to the main office which is 5 minutes driving from the hotel, so after 9 p.m. […] nobody can help you with this. And be ready to pay extra $20 per day for parking inside the hotel. Lisez la suite

awesome location. within walking distance to path train. the room was awesome. very comfortable and had amazing views. we will definitely be staying here if we come back. great price for what you get.

When i first booked I must admit being nervous that it was not really a hotel, really more a very short term rental (2 nights). I took a chance and was rewarded with a beautiful studio apartment with a magnificent view, extremely comfortable bed and fabulous kitchen. The tv was great too except that one of the remotes was missing and I couldn't change […] the channels; not a huge deal as I was out all day and listened to music at night.....Will certainly be back! My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay, on Valentine's Day. 2/14/12 through 2/15/12. We are planning to stay again soon. We really enjoyed the the room and the beautiful view on the 44th. We were hoping in the future that we can the request the 44th floor and up. Looking South or out to Manhattan. I will be honest with you, we both didn't want to leave. […] The only thing was the some neighbors will have conversations on thier cell phone outside in the hallway, while we were trying to sleep. But we brought it to thier attention and they were very nice about it and took the conversation back in thier apartment. 70 Green St. at the Jersey City Waterfront District is better than staying in Manhattan because you get to to LOOK at the the Manhattan skyline across the Hudson (rather than being smothered inside of it). It is 10 mins across the Hudson to either the NYC Financial Distrcict or to Mid-Town via PATH subway (about a block away from the hotel door). ... […] And it is about 1/2 the cost of staying in the City for like-accommodations. The room is modern - airy - well appointed (beds/bedding could use an upgrade for comfort and aesthetics). It is actually an apartment-with-a-view much more than a hotel room. The kitchen is complete with all the conveniences and the one bedroom suite can easily acommodate 4 or 5 individuals (a la "Residence Inn" layout). It is "kid-friendly". There is a great restaurant in the complex as well as a gourmet grocery store. Nice health club and pool too. There is parking in the building, but costs $25 per night. (you'd think that each apartment would have a free-space that just came with the unit -- but I guess it's too close to Manhattan for normal conventions to apply). I just waited until the 2 hr. limit on street parking timed-out (at 5:00 PM) and parked a couple of blocks away for free on the street. But you have to be "gone" from the street by 10:00 AM the next morning, or you'll get a ticket from the very "attentive" Jersey City meter-maids. Lisez la suite

When I walked into the suite my mouth dropped.I was so shocked and amazed at the room I had with beatiful views of the city and ocean.looking out of the floor to ceiling windows I couldn't stop staring,neither my gf.the suite was really luxurious and spacious and would love to go back in the future.the only downside is you have to pay for parking.which […] is $18 overnight or $21 for 24 hours.but I didn't want to leave it was so nice and breathtaking.I would definitely recommend this hotel.just be prepared to pay for parking. This hotel is great for an affordable stay and self-sufficient traveler. The fact that it is NOT a hotel, it is an unfilled condo building, makes it slightly challenging. The "hotel" management (which is the only number they give you, upon confirmation of your purchase) was not available 24/7, and the answering service was unable to give me directions […] to the hotel at about 8pm. I was literally left standing in the dark streets of Jersey City for about 45minutes. I considered this absolutely unacceptable. Otherwise, it's a good affordable option. Lisez la suite

The condo was located in a new building in downtown Jersey City. It is conveniently located to the PATH train. Nice view of the water! Quick and easy checkin!

We stayed at NYC-JC just last weekend. I can honestly say I have never experienced; better service, attentive and accomidating management, designer facilities and rooms, and the most incredible view for your money of the city. The space is very cool with a view over Jersey City. Ferry terminals are close by along with the PATH system. I wonder if anyone ever gets a view of Manhattan!

The view of downtown New York was amazing by the windows. Luxurious room, 15min by walk to the "PATH" Subway who runs 24/7. Great pool, great terrace. But be aware, this is not a hotel, this is an apartments complex, who is, in my case, much better.

The hotel was a little weird since the main lobby is not actually the hotel lobby, it is an apartment building that happens to have hotel rooms in it as well. However, they didn't tell me this until I got to the room and there was a letter inside. I looked very silly in the apartment lobby asking questions like checking my bag until I could actually […] check into the room, or simply telling her my name, but not the hotel companies name. Also they encourage you to wait outside for a hired car instead of the lobby, and your not really supposed to use their lobby, odd things of that nature. So, if your looking for something with hotel services, like room service, bell hops, etc..., this is probably not what your looking for. With that said, the room I had was beautiful, I had a wonderful view, very clean, nicely furnished, and I enjoyed my stay. The neighborhood is a little dull but it's nice and safe and only three blocks from the Path Train that takes you into Manhattan. I guess I would stay again, especially since I now know what is going on there, but be aware that it's not a traditional hotel. Lisez la suite

This is not a hotel. It is an apartment complex, and rooms are rented out. There is no front desk or regularly expected hotel type support or service. If you encounter problems, all you have is an 800 number. Good option for an extended stay since it is equipped with appliances including clothes washer/dryer, but the windows do not have blinds, so expect […] to wake with the sun no matter when you planned. This is a decent stay if you are vacationing. If you are a business traveler this is not the place. To begin with the room did not have a desk/table or work area. Second, the beds are not comfortable at all. Third, no blackout drapes/curtains. Fourth, WiFi access was intermittent at best. I ended up using my Verizon Mobile Broadband card the whole time […] I was there. The room upon my arrival was not very clean. There were tools/paint on the closet. The floor looked like it had not been moped (black spots) and the bed was not comfortable. I can say it the most uncomfortable bed I have had in any hotel/motel stay in the past 3 years. NYC-JC er et spennende konsept med utleieleiligheter i New Jersey. Dersom man får "riktig" leilighet kan man kose seg med en vanvittig utsikt over Manhattan og tilhørende skyline - får man "feil" leilighet er ikke utsikten all verden. Konseptet selges inn som lukuriøst, noe det sikkert har vært en gang, men vår leilighet bar preg av slitasje og delvis […] manglende vedlikehold. At gangene/ trappeoppgangene fungerte som lagringsplass for senger og skjøteledninger dro heller ikke opp dette inntrykket. Området rundt hotellet var etter vår mening svært stille - på godt og vondt - det er noen restauranter og barer i området, men vi syntes det ble litt for kjedelig og lite utvalg (som i tillegg stenger kl 22) Det er riktignok svært gode kommunikasjonsmuligheter til Manhattan via PATH-togene, men etter en lang dag med sightseeing og shopping ble det gjerne et litt for stort tiltak å dra tilbake. Alt i alt et bra opphold hos NYC- JC; det er virkelig behagelig å bo i en godt utstyrt leilighet når man er på ferie - Men; for oss trekker beliggenheten en del ned med tanke å å kjenne New York på kroppen også etter kl 23:00. Rummet var fräscht och fint med stora panorama fönster.Köket var välutrustat och modernt.Sängarna var något obekväma.På 3-5 min gick du till metron som på 3 min tog dig in till ground zero på Manhattan( en hållplats).Personalen var mycket gästvänliga och gav många och bra tips.Det fanns en fräsch och fin mataffär i hörnan av byggnaden där man kunde […] handla mat.
