Cet hotel est lié au dinner 'Peggy's' situé a coté. Avec la chambre, un repas est offert, soit le repas du soir, soit le petit dejeuner. Le dinner est charmant et agreable, l'hotel est tres propre et les prestations tres correctes... => Bonne etape sur la route 30...
Situation

"Excellent and very trendy hotel"
The best hotel on our trip the through the midwest. Stylish, with good services and some nice restaurants in the immediate neighborshood. If our room had been really totally clean, our stay would have been absolutely perfect. On Thursday evening there was free wine and beer in the lobby.
"Close to what we needed it for"
Didn't know about their Pet Policy until it was too late. Most Hotels accept under 20 pounds family pet. Avoided a $300 fine.
this is a nice place. The room was very comfortable, the price was right, and knowing you are being good to the environment a bonus. The only problem we had were the front desk staff. They must have read that to be upscale you have to ignore the customers. We waited for service to check in without ackowledgement, walked through the lobby several times […] without the desk clerk even looking up. Really? How hard is it to be cordial. "SWEET!!!!!!!"
This hotel was the favorite of all our family. Extremely comfortable beds and the breakfast was delicious. Very clean and close to everything. It even had a grocery store in the building to fill the full sized fridge in the room. It came complete with everything we needed and more! If we're ever in Omaha again, we will definitely stay here.

"Only problem is bed is too comfortable!"
Most comfortable hotel bed, ever. Awesome weeknight reception with wine and beer, excellent breakfast buffet. Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel is attached to a very nice grocery store and is close to many shops and restaurants. Shower was great with large rain-showerhead and removable wand attachment. The best hotel we have stayed in for this price in forever. with grand children in three different states this was an enjoyable three day stay. Just don't have t moble cell service, there is no reception in hotel.

"First Impressions at the Element in Omaha, NE"
I must say the exterior speaks highly of the interior. I really enjoyed my stayed and invited family to visit while I was there. They too, will be investing their time and money into the facility for future stays and events. Keep up the good work!

"Easter in Omaha"
We've stayed at the Element before - overall, super value! Love the location, comfy beds, great breakfast. Perfectly clean except housekeeping did not remove some food containers from the fridge from a previous stay.
"Great Hotel for a great price"
Everything about this hotel was great. Room looked like it was just built for us, no stains no weird odors, everything worked. The Breakfast in the morning goes to 10:00 on the day we were there and the dining area was full. The Breakfast is amazing and the dining rooms staff worked really hard to make sure everything was full. Free internet was lighting […] fast and the desk in the room had about every kind of hook up you could ask for. Wonderfully comfortable 'green' hotel in new midtown area. Smartly done decor and amenities, wonderful breakfast and large fitness room. Would definitely stay here again and have/will recommend it to others.

There was an unexpected level of elegance and class to this very convenient and value-priced hotel. We were in town for only one night, but we were wishing that we were staying longer just to have more time at the Element. Highly recommended!

This was a grea place to stay. Is it had a pool it old Bethesda best I've stayed in a very ong time we stay at uterus hotels and this is a favorite. Th beds and bedding was so comfortable we left ours in the car. Love the idea I can cook a meal with ease and the front desk clerks both during check-in and out were very friendly and professional. I was extremely impressed with the Element at Midtown Crossing. Our room had a ton of great features, was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Although the neighborhoods outside of Midtown Crossing aren't the greatest, MT itself is a great place to shop or eat. We had a great meal at the adjoining restraurant. Very modern accomodation. We were allowed to check in early so I didn't complain about our view being partially obstructed by the big "E" on the front of the building. Nice that we could have cooked if wanted. Front desk helpful and nice when room key wouldn't work in parking garage. Great room, service, and location for an excellent price.
Could clearly hear activites in the hallways and out on the street from within your room and was woken up a few times overnight from this. Otherwise very clean and stylish with many nice amenities.

Sorry I just had one night to spend at Element and sorry to see that there aren't more of them out yet. The hotel is both beautiful and functional. The bedding is wonderful, the staff is friendly. I particularly appreciate the modern styling of the rooms and bathroom, the fluffy bedding, and the access to technology in the room.

What a nice surprise to find a clean, quiet, european style hotel in Midtown Omaha. Close to very good eating with a great little neighborhood grocery attached. Highly recommend it!

"Element is state of the art"
The rooms are very clean and comfortable with electronic facilities I haven't seen at other hotels priced the same. The room is equipped with everything you need to work with your laptop or any device.
"Very Loud on New Years Eve"
Loved the hotel. But large parties until after 3 am. Hotel did little to break up parties. Unfortunately we had a 16 hour drive the next day and got very little sleep. Very disappointed the hotel did litttle to curtail the large party atmosphere.

"Exceptional!"
Stayed here for New Years Eve. Both my girlfriend and I were surprised by how fantastic this place was. Our room had stylish modern interior (as did the others we saw that night) full-sized fridge, sink, stove, microwave and dishes (which were all excellent for entertaining). The bed in the room was quite comfortable and the hotel offered complementary […] 1PM check-out (instead of noon) which we excellent in sleeping off the previous evening. I would have expected less from a hotel charging twice the cost. Everything from the free breakfast to free shuttle service, to the stellar facilities and location simply blew us away. I wish there was an Element in every citiy.
