we stay here frequently and this was the 3rd time our room was not cleaned my husband left a pair of shoes and we called but they were never returned to us

Hotel was great other than the unimpressive front desk attendant. Need to work on your personality and interaction skills a bit.

My family and I loved ou stay at this casually friendly hotel !! The room was great, nice separate bedroon and living area, kitchen, and just about anything else you can think. The managers reception was way more than we expected...that is, we all went down there to have a light refreshment before departing for dinner, and the next thing you know, my […] wife and I were having wine out on the patio and our kids were playing hide-n-go-seek. We almost had too much of thier wonderful Italian buffet that we didn't really need to go out. Thier breakfast bar was just as nice...everything was fresh and well managed by hotel staff. Our experience at Homewood suites was mostly positive. The receptionists at the desk were very helpful and the service was great. The rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. We were impressed with the room that was handicapped assessible. The gym was well-equipped. Very nice clean accommodations. Close to nearby restaurants.

Nice and clean with easy access to major thoroughfares (I-35 and tollroad: I-45). Nice surprise was that it offered both a light dinnner meal (ravioli pasta, maranara sauce/alfredo sauce, salad, bread, and wine/beer/lemonade) in adition to the usual breakfast fare (e.g., bagels, cereal, muffins, fresh fruit, coffee/tea/juice/milk). The hotel is conveniently located next to the Dell campus and freeway. Very comfortable beds and the rooms were clean and quiet. I'll stay there again for business or pleasure.

my only negative was the room was a little stuffy, but the breakfast was better than normal and the hotel staff was very nice

This is a beautiful, new hotel. So new in fact, that the GPS took us to the wrong place. It's a great value with weeknight dinners and breakfast every morning. The service staff is helpful and pleasant. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. I would stay there again for sure. One of the nicest places I've stayed at for the money.

Room and bed was very comfortable, cleanliness. Breakfast was good with varieties of foods.

Great hotel stay. Brand new facility with beautiful decor and well thought out traveler amenities. Customer service was exceptional and pointed us in the right direction for the best pizza in town. If you like a clean, modern decor (brand-new hotel?), with all the ammenities that you could ask for as a business traveler, then you will love this property. Great room layout and parking options depending on which side of the hotel you are staying. Fantastic complimentary breakfast with just about anything you need to get you going in the morning. Hey, this is a very nice hotel that provides Full Breakfast every day and Dinner Monday to Thursday. Very clean and modern. Easy access to resturants and I-35. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free internet. Very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Wierd location and a little confusing to figure out. There was nothing within walking distance and no nice views, but no big deal if you have a car. The hotel room was wonderful and extremely comfortable and quiet, esp for the price. Would definitely stay there again.

I chose this hotel for the proximity to Interstate, high ratings on trip advisor and availabilty of large suite. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite. 3 adults and 4 teenage girls fit in the room nicely. A small basketball court as well as a pool was nice surprise. The morning breakfast was typical hotel fare.

Nice, quiet, convenient hotel. Right off I-35, but not so close that you are overlooking it. Lovely room, great kitchen with everything you could need. Good - not great - breakfast and dinner. Great Staff. Great Property. Great Location. Great Service. Great B'fast.

Nice new hotel - so new you could still smell the paint. Pleasingly decorated. Nice sized, well appointed rooms, clean. Close to the highway, shopping, dining, Dell HQ, etc. Excellent breakfast buffet. On the flip side: Short staffed. Did not clean our room on two successive days - despite being requested. If you miss your first opportunity to have […] your room cleaned (eg. you like to sleep past 9-30am!) chances are your room won't be cleaned that day! Also, there was some kind of kids baseball tournament going on in Round Rock during our stay and the hotel was full of screaming, jumping, running and hyper energetic kids that made sleeping somewhat difficult. There is nothing around the hotel , at least not walking distance, it is near to Dell's offices. The first day, the hotel did not clean my room , they said many excuses but none was real, the guys at front desk do not have any power to take decisions , and the manager is at the location from 9 to 5 , they were supposed to called me and never did it. The staff was very accommodating on checking in. We arrived way before check-in time, but they were able get us in a room. The room was very comfy and clean. We did not use the pool or basketball court. We thought the pool was small. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping across the freeway and the outlet mall is a few miles north. I was very pleased with my stay here. I felt right at home. The price for my suite was well worth it. It was clean and the pillow top mattress was amazing! Stay there you will not go wrong! Absolutely beautiful hotel inside and out. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The king size bed was so comfortable. Everything was neat and clean. The only issue we had was the sink stopper in the bathroom was stuck to "down." That meant no water would drain from the sink, so we had to use the little kitchen sink to brush our teeth and wash our […] hands. We told the front desk, but, of course, it was late and there was no one there to fix the issue. I suppose we could've easily asked for a new room, but we didn't want to move all our stuff, so we just lived with it for the one night that we were there. The breakfast was SO good! They have a large variety including eggs, bacon, toast, waffles(with whip cream and toppings), bagels, fruit, yogurt, etc. The area surrounding was nice. When you take the exit to the hotel, the street you're on leads right up to the hotel. (super easy!) We didn't use the pool or the workout room, but both looked very nice. We stayed 2 nights, and the hotel fully lived up to my expectations of Homewood Suites, which are high. For the money, there isn't a better deal. The lobby was attractive, the staff was courteous and friendly, breakfasts were satisfying (The kids loved the waffle irons!), the room was spacious and comfortable, and the hot water was...hot. El hotel es sencillamente perfecto, súper limpio, super tranquilo, las camas mas cómodas del mundo, las instalaciones de alberca, cancha de basquet ball, asadores en exterior para carne, suites con cocina completa y sofá cama. SIMPLEMENTE PERFECTO.
