Elevator did not work, first room smelled of smoke, reserved two rooms with king bed-only one available at check in, had to leave deposit to get second room key, fixtures in shower falling off of wall, toilet ran. Not someplace I would stay again. Rate was good

I was in McAllen for a boat show and the hotel is real close to the convention center. Great dining also near making it perfect.

Room was great for the price nothing to major To complain about but the bathroom could of been a little cleaner.Make sure you ask for a spare key because the light is operated with the smart key so If you wanna keep the ac on ask for a spare key (: overall we will definitely consider staying here again!! P.s beds are comfy.

There was no coffe, tea or even cups or glasses in my room. The hallways were filthy, looked like they haven't been vacuumed or cleaned since the hotel opened. All soda machines were empty. Motel 6 would have been a better choice.

The pool and hot tub did not work and was very dirty so has not worked for a while. Rooms were ok but the noise in the halls was way to much.

Our stay was very enjoyable and noticed a couple of improvements made since our last stay. The breakfast area was MUCH tidier and had individual milk cartons verses the huge containers that were previously very messy. We also had hot water for showers no matter the time of day. Not certain if that was due to our room being on the first floor this time. […] At any rate, a very important factor for any hotel stay is having ample hot water. Our previous stay was on the second floor, and we ran out of hot water constantly, if we had it all. We will be staying here again, as long as the water issue is taken care of. Lisez la suite

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Hotel is close to everything! Comfortable room only complaint would be that you can hear clearly the person staying in the other room or above you. Becomes annoying when trying to sleep.

Our room was very comfortable in every way, and the location is awesome and very conveniently located to all your needs. The improvements I would recommend have more to do with personal preference. They don't have capacity to have a massive use on the hot water, they said that because a lot of rooms were using the hot water you need to wait until everyone stop using, this is from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm, RIDICULUS!

good hotel but can hear everything they do or say the residents of room, we could not rest or sleep properly because neighboring snoring like bear, for the second night we ask room change and good things were not flexible in the hotel was that the croaker neighbor was a night before... If you have light sleep do not recommend.

We would have liked the breakfast time went until 10 AM. The exercise facility was inferior. Some of the equipment was not functional. The hot tub did not get hot. Although we did not like the items listed above, we found the staff exceptional! The rooms were very clean. We would stay at this hotel again.

Everything was pleasing except for the continetal breakfast. Not too impressed. However for the price of the hotel stay, I can't complain too much! In a nut shell it was pleasing and economical as long as you don't expect a good continental breakfast.

Upon check in at 7pm there was still a cleaning cart in the hallway.Carpet was very dirty.The latch in our room was missing,door had not been repaired.Went to front desk to get an extra bath towel,they did not have any.The evening staff was very helpful but the morning staff gave the impression that he'd rather be somewhere else.

The rooms were clean and so were the sheets. the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again! The only part I had trouble with is the wifi worked only part of the time and we were right next to the stairs and there were kids playing on it one night.

Loved it, but wasnt to happy with having to leave the room and taking the key with you and all the electrical items not working. Didnt know they key had to stay in the key slot. I stayed and was so hot until the brought back the key... But everything else was ok. Had a great time...thank you, mj

For what you pay you receive more than enough. I was a little reluctant to go there, having read some reviews, but I was impressed by the general aspect and the hotel condition.

The hotel stay was very nice. But we did not like the wooden floors only because dirt was on our shoes stayed on the floor and the floor needed to be sweeped after we stepped around. The breakfast was alittle disappointing.

Just like other reviewers I only have 2 complaints, the first being that noise from stairs and other rooms can be heard all night long, and the second is the breakfast... I was expecting waffles at least or an egg bisquit. Overall is for a one night stay

We rented two rooms they were not ready when we arrived, was told the other room would be ready in about 30 min. (It actually took over 2 hrs.) The elevator was not working, this would not have been much of a problem for me or the kids, but we were in the second floor and my father uses a cane\walker to get around so it was difficult for him to use […] the stairs. Room was basic, but nice. Flat screen was hung on wall. Shower was decent. I would sugesst getting two room keys. You have to leave one in the key holder on the wall to keep the air or heat going when you leave the room. Also have $3 cash for a deposit on each key.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms were a good size and also very clean. The staff was very friendly. The rooms have wood floors which is great for people who suffer from allergies. I did need a handicap room and none were available the hotel only has very few rooms for the handicap. My son had an accident the first night in the hotel. We called and asked the front desk to have the sheets changed in his bed. My husband had also ran into a maid in the hall and asked her as well. When we arrived later that evening the soiled sheets and our towels were gone but the bed was not made and we had no towels. We called the desk and were […] brought bedding....kinda sucks to be on a trip, tired and having to make the bed in a hotel. Overall this did not really affect the cleanliness and hospitality of our stay....but it kinda erked me....it is a really nice place to stay and very earth friendly.... Lisez la suite
