Hotel vieillot mais relativement propre. Personnel agréable à la disposition des clients. Emplacement idéal à promité des différentes lignes de métro , de la Vème avenue, de Times SQuare. Pensez à réclamer des serviettes de bain qui sont distribuées au nombre de brosse à dents présenté dans la salle de bain.

Hôtel agréable, petit déjeuner servit de 6h30 à 9h30 correcte (ne pas arriver trop tard), station de métro ( 39 Av ) à 3min à pieds qui vous mène en 9min à la 5ème Avenue. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée.

Bénéficiant d'une situation idéale près de l'aéroport, au cœur de Brooklyn, l'établissement Best Western Plus Prospect Park Hotel se trouve tout près des sites suivants : Jardin botanique de Brooklyn, Brooklyn Bridge et Battery Park. Les sites Brooklyn Museum et Brooklyn Academy of Music se trouvent également à proximité.

Sur les 9 nuits passées dans cet hôtel, nous avons eu de nombreuses déconvenues : - Un jour, la chambre n'a pas été faite ! - Un autre jour, les serviettes n'ont pas été déposées dans la salle de bain ! - Plusieurs jours, nous sommes rentrés en découvrant que la climatisation avait été mise à fond (essayez de dormir avec un froid de canard dans la chambre […] !!) et que les lumières étaient restées allumées.. - Enfin, à plusieurs reprises, nous avons du poireauter dans la salle des petits-déjeuners en attendant qu'une place se libère (il y a 6 tables, pour un hôtel qui doit comporter autour de 200 clients !!!) L'hôtel est en outre situé à coté d'une autoroute, sans le moindre restaurant ou bar aux alentours. Bref, une expérience à éviter (où à réserver à un très très court séjour). Lisez la suite

"Modern hotel, mixed experience"
The hotel itself is modern, clean and comfortable and the location is fairly convenient for the subway. However, the neighbourhood is very run down and not pleasant if out after dark. There is also a great deal of noise from traffic. We frequently awoken in the middle of the night by noisy trucks and car alarms. "very nice"
The hotel is very nice. It is a new hotel. Very pleased. Neighborhood is just OK, but the subway is right outside the door. Super easy access to anywhere in Brooklyn or Manhattan.
Good hotel in a good location. Free parking was a nice bonus. Rooms were in excellent new condition. Only concern was noise from hallway/neighboring rooms easily heard.

very unacommadating., tried to check in at 210pm i was told to wait until 3pm, the room was not ready. while in the shower, staff enter the room uninvited,complainin about a lite in the bathroom needed fixing. when asked about stream room problems turn on
I previously asked for a quiet room. My initial room was near the road and I could hear the sub-way. I asked for a new room, was placed on the 9th floor in the back and slept like a baby!
"Best West Prospect in Brooklyn - clean, convenient"
I needed to stay in Brooklyn due to concert in Red Hook that got out after midnight. Reviews led me to believe that the Best Western would be clean, quiet and convenient, and I was not disappointed. I took a cab to the hotel (but later saw that I could have taken the subway), was admitted promptly and courteously, and had a good night's quiet sleep […] even though my window faced the street. The room looked newly renovated and was clean and stylish. Though a bit small by standards of the rest of the country, it was fully functional and pretty standard size for an NYC hotel room. Woke to the bedside radio alarm. In the morning, there was a nice breakfast buffet full of families and tourists, with cereal, bagels, danish and waffles, as well as coffee and juice. I checked out quickly and was able to catch the subway right across the street. I felt safe the whole time and would gladly stay here again and recommend to friends. Lisez la suite

"Not so quiet"
This is our second stay at this hotel, both times had bad experiences, the first we found stains on our bed sheets and they moved us to another room, this time our view out the windows was a roof and we had wind noise every night and we dont know from what, it was very disappointing, this is my city and neighborhood and its embarassing to keep bringing […] my family to these conditions, wont stay there again, sorry. Will definitely stay here again. Clean and comfortable room. Two elevators a huge plus. Right next to subway. Drove down from RI and parked. Walked or used subway the whole time. Recommended this hotel to family and friends.

This hotel was completely lovely. They offer a late continental breakfast which was open until 10:30, and check out was at 11:30 - a nice touch. The atmosphere was very nice as was the room. Room was a bit small, but nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable. For being so close to NYC, this was a great place to go!

"Great Stay at this Hotel!"
This was one of the better hotels my hubby and I experienced in our many long weekend trips to NYC. The rooms were bigger than most in Manhattan, clean and confortably appointed. We did not expect athe wonderful, full breakfast that was provided every morning, but took advantage of this satisfying and delicious meal every day, which definitely cut down […] on breakfast costs in the NYC area. The free parking on-site was another awesome benefit. Althought not directly in Manhattan, we are frequent subway travellers and this hotel is literally steps from the a major subway line. Room was clean, but very small. Good selection at breakfast. Hotel kindly allowed us late checkout. Was able to buy drinks at a small grocery store nearby. Very close to subway - R line.

I would thoroughly reccomend staying here - the staff were brilliant and the room was very good for the price paid. I loved the bath and the rainfall shower and the bed was incredibly comfortable (we stayed in a king room). We also had a view of the ocean which was lovely. The only slight negative would be the location if you didn't have a car, but […] we were driving so it was only 20 minutes from the city. We were pleasantly surprised when we went to this hotel. Room was smaller than usual but very clean with the same amenaties as other hotels. The hotel as well as the room was very clean. "Great weekend"
This was a great weekend getaway. The room was small, but since I only used it to shower and sleep, it was great. We were able to park and use the train (just outside the door) to get around with no problems what-so-ever. Great Continental breakfast adn great people working there. This is where I am going to stay every time I am in the area.

"UNORGANIZED"
I booked with Hotels.com - got to this hotel and feared for my safety. Not in a great part of town and not secure. MY ROOM WAS UNDERGROUND and not ready when I got their. The VIP treatment I was assurred never arrived!!!

Clean, close to subway, nice staff. All that I was meeting was a fridge in the room and access to a microwave to heat up my tasty Manhattan leftovers!!
