Bonne situation, bon accueil et petit déjeuner très correct, chambre très propre. seul bémol bruit du train très proche très bruyant et très tôt.

Gentillesse, courtoisie, prêt à rendre service sans être obséquieux de la part de tout le personnel. Parc à découvrir avec intérêt : orchidées dans leur milieu naturel, plantes vertes saprophytes sur les branches ... Très beaux meubles et masques indigènes, bref bel endroit à revenir et pour les autres à découvrir (avec gps). Restaurant dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel tout aussi accueillant.Gardons un très bon souvenir de l'hôtel et du personnel... Muchas gracias y quizas hasta pronto.

"Pour flambeurs sourds !!!"
C'est aussi un casino avec une musique d'ambiance assourdissante et des clients... de casino que les familes n'apprécieraient sans doute pas; et la rue reste bruyante jusqu'à 3 heures du matin : heureusement que la fatigue du voyage aidant, on se repose quand même un peu... I absoluteley loved this hotel. I was stuck in San Jose for 15 hours on a layover last Friday night so I grabed this hotel to go find some fun and maybe get some rest. Its right in the middle of the action but still safe and the people were very friendly. The city is beautiful and with several museums in close range. This hotel has a great location and an even better price. Just remember the saying, you get what you pay for, only I think this hotel gives you a lot more than you pay for, but that is in my opinion. The hotel is an adult only hotel, families stay away :) Upon our arrival (we had 3 rooms booked), we all thought what have we booked here, however when […] I enter my room I found it to be very clean with basic furniture, so things immediately started looking up. We had been traveling for a very long time so took a shower and what a shower it was. Loads of hot water and probably the most pressure I've come across in a hotel room, absolutely fantastic shower. Within a short walk of the hotel (say 30 meters to the gate) is Key Largos Bar and slightly further (across the road) is the Blue Marlin Bar (open 24 hours). The Gold Museum and other things are also close. I was the lucky one, i had a room with a window and it was reasonably quiet, the other two rooms we had were a bit noisy in the mornings as other people have mentioned. Free WiFi is yet another bonus and the TV even came with HBO, which was a surprise. The room has a safe and you get the key from the front desk for a small fee. Visitors to the hotel must leave ID at front desk and the front desk require your permission to give back the ID upon the visitors departure. Perfect hotel for single male getaway. Rooms cleaned everyday, helpful staff, located in the center of the action. Hotel has complimentary breakfast every morning and decent wifi. For a single male, you are right around the corner from Del Rey and its a nice place to get away from the constant pressure of everyone trying to sell you something. My only complaint is the room overlooked the Key Largo club and I had to buy cotton balls to put in my ears to sleep […] at night. They go full blast with music till 4 am, so not good for an early sleeper. Also, the shower worked, but was by hard to get warm. It was either scalding hot or cold. "Terrible Experience, never again."
I recently rented this hotel for one night, as a stop-over in San Jose on the way to another destination. The Junior Suite smelled like a moldy ash tray and was pretty empty in terms of furnishings, not even a couch. The TV remote was missing and I did get it even though I asked the reception twice for it. Same story was with the Free WIFI password, […] no one seemend to know it. My friends decided to join me for a drink before we went exploring the surroundings. They were not planning to stay overnight because they had a hotel outside of downtown; they were just coming in for a few hours. The hotel receptionist would not let them up to my room because apparently there is a $25 per person charge that was not listed anywhere on Hotels.com. After trying to explain our case for about 30 minutes, I was so upset that I ended up checking out on the spot and staying with my friends. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL, it may seem like a cheap hotel in a good location, but you will surely regret the terrible customer service, shabby accommodations and hidden fees. They mixed up our reservation and would not work with us. They claimed they did not have another room available and tried to rent us a much more expensive room. The entire hotel smells like a dirty ash tray. I will never stay there again and I would not recommend it to anyone else.
