Trés agréablement surprise par cet hotel super bien situé à 5mn du metro berri uqam au centre de plusieurs lignes de métro et qui est désservi directement de l'aeroport. Chambres trés propres et super spacieuses et petit déjeuner trés bon et copieux, Accueil chaleureux on vous renseigne bien, vraiment jy retournerai sans pb!!!

Une excellente impression : hôtes extrèmement sympathiques et chaleureux, propreté irréprochable, petit dej succulent et bonne situation dans Montreal.

Cet hôtel de Montréal se trouve commodément à proximité de l'aéroport, près de Les Cours Mont-Royal, Musée des beaux-arts de Montréal et Centre Eaton. Non loin se trouvent également Centre Bell et Cathédrale Christ Church.

"HOTEL SUPER CLASS ET PROPRE"
Superbe hôtel, propre et moderne, dans l'air du temps. Le personel parle francais et anglais et super sympas. Cocktail au choix offert le vendredi et jeudi soir au restaurant. Double douche extraordinaire. Située à 1 min de la rue Ste Catherine (ultra commercante) et a 1 min de la station de metro PeeL. tres bel hotel, chambre tres bien decore, toute fois, des chambres donnent sur un parking qui a partir de 8h le matin vous met la music a fond dans les oreilles. les service et tres et le personnel a votre ecoute.
Très bel hotel, moderne, bien situé, en plein centre ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très joilement decorées. Le petit dejeuner continental est sommaire mais satisfaisant. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible.
Super hôtel, décoration de la chambre très moderne. Nous avons séjournés dans cet hôtel durant trois nuits consécutives au mois d'août 2011. "Excellent hotel : design, confort, situation"
Pour notre étape de 2 nuits à Montréal, cet hotel nous a vraiment étonné par son désign intérieur, original et sophistiqué, que ce soit le lobby, les couloirs, l'éclairage et surtout la chambre... Lit très haut et très confortable, grand écran HD, très grande douche avec un mur vitré donnant sur le lit, à couvrir ou non d'un rideau de velour rouge selon […] les envies... Le service fut attentionné et efficace. Si on ajoute à cela l'emplacement en plein centre-ville, il y a tous les ingrédients d'un séjour agréable. Seul petit bémol peut-être, le petit déjeuner. Si les patisseries et muffins sont délicieux, le fait de prendre son petit déjeuner dans le lobby de l'hotel lui-même est quand même surprenant. Hôtel ouvert depuis moins d'un an, pas encore d'enseigne,très bien situe, ambiance jeune décontractée mais professionnelle. J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour dans cet hôtel boutique au décore très féminin. Le lit était très confortable et que dire de la douche qui sépare la chambre de la salle de bain... Style particulier, nous avons apprécié. Pas de tapis dans la chambre, super. Douche doubles et près grandes, très agréable. Pâtisseries du petit déjeuner inclus et délicieuses. Stationnement un peu couteux et loin.

"Environnement théatral"
Très belle expérience dans un univers théatral issu du conte d'Alice aux pays des merveilles! Clientèle un peu jeune et un peu bruyante par moment . Sinon chambre impeccable qui gagnerait à l'ajout de quelques miroirs.

Despite the description suggesting the Suite includes Two beds: 1 King 1 Queen It only has a one bed. The staff were aware of the erroneous but did not seem too concerned that it was causing issues for people.

We had a wonderful romantic evening with Swann. The rooms were impeccable, the facilities were the best I have seen. Our only feedback was that the pillows were not the most comfortable to sleep on. "Chez Swann Hotel Boutique - downtown Montreal"
The hotel was very nice; modernly decorated with an inviting feel. The standard room was smaller than we anticipated but the bathroom was very spacious and it was definitely enough room for two of us. The breakfast in the attached restaurant each morning, I would probably call something like gourmet breakfast pastries, different from our habitual bowl […] of cereal but very nice. Also nice that the hotel, rooms A very small amount of people so it felt homely walking in and out without getting stuck in a big crowd. The location was perfect, right in the middle of downtown Montreal, close to the Bell Centre, walking distance to plenty of bars and shops. A couple of the concierges couldn't speak very good English though so we occasionally weren't able to get a lot of tourist help from them. The only real complaint we had was that there was an unpleasantly funk smell that wafted through our room. We weren't sure if it was from the cleaning or the fan, it woke us up one night smelling fairly unpleasant but I suppose it was our fault for not asking to change rooms. Lisez la suite

I stayed at the Hotel Chez Swann for 2 nights on business. I am in Montreal frequently and usually am staying by the airport in Dorval so any opportunity to stay downtown in relished. This hotel was very unique, but a great change of pace. The rooms were fairly small, but well appointed. The only complaint I would have is that is was a tad noisy the […] 2nd morning as the people above sounded like they were just pacing their room for 2 hours or so, but it wasn't a huge deal. The free breakfast (pastries and coffee) was excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect. Parking was very reasonable only a half a block down for $18/night. I have stayed at Hotel Chez Swann 3 times and found it to be interesting and fun. It has a sense of "scene" with dramatic lighting and interesting decor. The rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Internet was free or very low cost. It is proximate to amny restaurants on teh west end of the St Catherine- Maisonneuve streets area and easy walking […] to the offices in the centre. (Business was my main reason for staying.) The adjacent and co-owned Restaurant Le Pois Penche, which is accessible througn connecting doors in the hotel, has good food as well as the free breakfast. It was alrite hotel not the greatest the room was smaller then days inn in st laurent I was surprised. From other review I agree about the noise in the hall way around 3 4 am n morning laughing etc the washroom is rite in the middle of the room. The. Lighting was weird in the room and to top it off. "Beautiful"
one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at gorgeous location not in the best neighborhood, Its on a one way street so its a little difficult to get to by car but would recommend anyone to stay there :) DO NOT BRING KIDS HERE its more of a romantic artsy hotel :)

The one con would have to be the lack of a sign for the hotel. However, they are waiting on approval, so it's forgivable. Our room had a floor-to-ceiling window in the shower that looked into the bedroom. I couldn't get over that particular feature. love this hotel, clean, great large bathroom, beautiful design and decor. Great continental breakfast with selection of croissants The only complaint is the owner of the restaurant was not friendly, and rude, and I was asked to move as a certain section of the restaurant was not being served, yet when another couple came down, they sat at the exact […] same table, and he did not ask them to relocate. and then they ran out of cups and cream for coffee, even though there were still lots of people eating, and people were still coming in for breakfast. I travel extensively and truly appreciate properties that display a sense of whimsy and style. Chez Swann does so in spades without sacrificing amenities or creature comforts. I will definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends and colleagues who travel to Montreal.

The continental breakfast offered, as were claimed, were satisfactory, but the service is just unbelievably poor, despite the hotels effort and emphasize on quality service. For my only 2 breakfast encounter, I can constatly hear the waiter mumbling and complaining. I remembered when I requested for a fork, I heard a mumbling reply, I am assuming the waiter silently talking to himself, as he said "What for?!" Simply quite astonshing. Funky little place with killer showers. The breakfast and welcome drink in the adjoining restaurant were nice additions. Parking is off property, but access to Metro is great.
