Le tout sauf l'atmosphere au Bar/ restaurant. La serveuse n'était pas aussi chaleureuse que le reste de l'équipe. Elle manquait de quelque chose qui est trés important dans se métier. Bad insonorisation. Water was only warm for hot bath. Bad breakfast room service: 20 minutes late, one toast instead of two and toast plus coffee were cold. Fortunately I was reimbursed and received apologies with a nice desert in my room. Good location for downtown and close to Porter airport with convenient shuttle. Very nice staff and nice decor […] . Room, service and location great, no discussion about that. Breakfast (eg boiled eggs only) and gym very small. Larger gym nearby, discount when mentioning the hotel stay.

Booked here because didn't feel like driving home after Raptors game. The Check-in was efficient without being overly friendly. I had asked about self-parking which gets complicated on event dates since it costs $25 for the event itself, so I just bought $20 worth of Groceries from Longos and moved my car to another covered lot in 2 hours. The rooms […] uses RFID cards for elevator and doors which is cool, can't wait till the day we can just use our phones as door keys. Decor of the room was modern yet simple. There is a mini-bar and the coffee machine uses those espresso cups which costs $$ from the snack bar. Would have like a couple of free espresso cups. The shower was a rain forest glass shower which has blinds so you could see outside to the room if desired. The toilet is inside the washroom with its own door. Bed is comfortable and clean, but one of my pillows had a very light mark on it. I used the gym the next morning it is on the fourth floor with three separate room: weights, machines and yoga with bottles of water. A sauna or whirlpool would have been nice or even an infinity pool. Overall location can't be beat, new modern clean look which is good for the young professionals crowd. Nice to have a supermarket and LCBO(Alcohol) right below. Not so sure it would stay at #1 on tripadvisor once the room are not so new. Would have been great if it had more amenities. Lisez la suite

The Hotel Le Germain Maple Leaf Square in Toronto was an fabulous place. A little expensive for an average night, but a real treat. I little noisy since it’s right next to the ACC, but if you’re aware of that and part of the festivities, then no problem.

Great hotel, great service and perfect location for downtown Toronto. Close (walking distance to the club district, Air Canada Centre at your doorstep. Very modern hotel with all of the bells and whistles. Wifi works flawlessly in the rooms, great flat screen tv in the room only thing they and most hotels could improve on is the cable tv service provided. […] Great tv with no HD channels. The hotel staff was very friendly. Great location. With in walking distance if attending a show at The Air Canada Center. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel, right from the start, very professional service and very nice people, you notice the cleanness of the hotel easily. The interior design is very modern inside and out. The hotel room is great as well, very comfy beds but the pillows are quite thick. Everything in the room is great except one thing, they do not have anything to iron shirts […] with unless you send it to room service. Other then that the location might be a bit far from downtown, takes roughly 20 mins to walk to dundas square. I enjoyed my stay and plan on staying here again next time I come. Lisez la suite

Stayed (in a King Suite) on New Years Eve and New Years Day... had an amazing time, would totally revisit. The decor and layout of the room was aesthetically pleasing, the shower was my favourite! Staff was very helpful as well, very friendly. A+

The hotel was great, very clean and the customer service was just awesome. This is definitely a hotel i would recommend to others who want a hotel that is modern and conveniently located.

Stayed 4 nights at this hotel over new years. Really comfy beds, very close to CN tower, air Canada centre and union station. 15 min walk to entertainment district. Concierge was very helpful and hotel staff were polite and helpful. Only downside was the fire alarm to the apartments next door set off the hotel fire alarm at 4am on new years day!! Resulted […] in having to vacate room and wait 1 hr for alarm to be investigated and reset before we could get back to our rooms. Apart from that I would say our stay was a success. Lisez la suite

I highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was great other than the fact that we paid cash for the valet parking and later got charged on my credit card again by the hotel.

Excellent hotel! Would definitely book again. Breakfast is amazing, best quality! Perfect for couples or business!

Our stay at Le Germain was fantastic. The bed was the most comfortable of any hotel I've stayed in, and I travel a lot across North America and Europe. The service was spectacular. No detail was overlooked in the room amenities. The room was not very large and yet felt spacious and light. I will definitely look for a Le Gerrmain hotel anywhere I travel […] in the future. If you're looking for somewhere to spend a few days being a tourist in Toronto, this is the place to stay. Great rooms, excellent downtown location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff - especially Susan and the other concierges. Also very easy transport to and from the airport on the Airport Express coach service.

What a superb modern hotel. Can't fault the rooms at all: ambient lighting, rainforest shower, HD flatscreen on the wall, light and dark blinds, privacy button at the bedside, the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in! There is a drinks cabinet in the room, not too badly priced but coffee are also charged. Free wi-fi and ample ports/sockets. […] Spacious lounge area for meetings and free tea/coffee throughout the day. Bar looks great and perfect for an intimate cocktail, but for the wings, beer and waitress experience go to the Real Sports bar just round the corner. Concierge was excellent and had contacts at local restaurants for reservations, and all the info you would need. Only downside is a lot of construction work in the immediate area so you might not have a great view. Also not great to walk round but, hey, if you can afford the room, you can afford a cab! Recommended for a very comfortable business stay, or a couple not planning to leave the room much ;-) Lisez la suite

Hotel Le Germain benefits from a very good location adjacent to the financial district, and is a very well designed boutique hotel. However, by standards of fit-out and service in similar hotels in other cities, they will not really stand out as a new benchmark. If you are staying in Toronto - STAY HERE!! It was amazing, faultless in every possible way. Every single member of staff - the doormen, concierge, reception, bar staff, even the breakfast guy with the amazing lychee juice! - was the perfect balance of friendly/helpful/welcoming but not at all overbearing as some hotel staff can be sometimes when they […] try a bit too hard. We cannot praise this hotel enough! We only stayed for 3 nights but throughout the rest of our holiday in Canada we stayed in a Sheraton and a Hilton (in a presidential suite) and still found ourselves constantly saying 'hmmm its nice, but its not The Germain is it?' And at The Germain we only had a standard double room but it was above and beyond the other hotel suites we stayed in! Without doubt if we find ourselves back in Toronto, we'd stay here and wouldnt even bother looking at other hotels. They made our short stay in Toronto absolutely perfect!! Lisez la suite

Excellent Hotel - to be recommended if you wish to be in the very heart of Down Town Toronto - wonderful view of CN Tower and City life - Excellent choice of continental breakfast - Staff very helpful and welcoming. Rooms stylish and immauculate in every sense.

I am a travel agent that gets to enjoy a lot of different properties. This would be my only choice if I went back to Toronto. Wonderful, modern rooms, great service, free wi-fi in rooms, knowledgeable staff, and great location. Union Station is right across the street for public transit, and sports stadiums are also right there. Loved it!

Beautiful new hotel, just seemed understaffed and/or those working, seemingly indifferent. Concierge could not help with a minor request, while room service didn't answer the phone, on three separate occasions. Building and room overall were wonderful, however, and proximity to ACC Centre and downtown locale, perfect.

Great hotel location and unique hotel room decor (very modern). The hotel is located right next to the AirCanada Center; less than 100 feet to the main entrance for NHL hockey, NBA basketball, or whatever is happening in TO. In één woord: SUPERHOTEL! Mijn man en ik hadden onmiddellijk een WOW-gevoel. Mooie design kamer met alle comfort én oog voor detail. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en de perfecte ligging! Wij zullen in de toekomst zeker teruggaan naar dit hotel.
