Beautiful hotel."
This is THE hotel to stay in when visiting Albuquerque. Supposed 3-star rating should be increased to 4. This place has everything, beautiful clean rooms, free parking, free wi-fi, excellent high quality breakfast (the coffee is fabulous), not to mention a cool roof top lounge. Only negatives are the 1st floor rooms that face the parking lot, you pretty […] much cannot open the shades as you'll give all passers-by a full show. The downtown location is nice, but near the highway, but noise was not an issue. In the eveing the area can be sparse if you are walking, but downtown, midtown (University area) are within close, easy driving distance right on Central Ave. I am starting to sound like a shill now, but I loved everything about this place, especially after a long drive from Oklahoma City. The service is exceptional, the front desk person was very informative and explained all aspects of the hotel thoroughly. Excellent job Parq Central! Highly recommended. Lisez la suite
We had a very nice stay at this hotel, clean friendly good breakfast, very nice surroundings.
"Very clean and wonderful decor"
Right off I 25, very convenient location. Great history, comfortable, great bar and breakfast. We loved this place
"Great hotel"
It was beautiful and very serene. The music in the lobby is beautiful, the business center is set up very well to get your boarding passes printed or to surf the news. The breakfast in great. Everything is awesome. The only thing is not all the room have bathtubs, mine didn't. But if you ask there are rooms with bathtubs and they even have whole cottages […] you can rent if you are coming with family. From now on I will always stay there, I come to ABQ on a regular basis and this is by far my favorite hotel of all the ones I've been to in ABQ! Lisez la suite

"Great Place to Stay"
It was a lovely place, beds are great, bathrooms clean, shower head very nice. We loved every minute of it from the Tapas Bar to the light breakfast. Absolutely a delight...
"Hotel Parq Central"
Cute, cozy boutique hotel with nice amenities and a super friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was amazing. We plan to stay again soon!
"ATSF Architectural Renovation!"
The architects did a great job retro-fitting the old hospital into a hotel. Our only disappointment was food variety but with many other local restaurants around we were happy. Good luck to the hotel in building business as Albuguerque needs this comfy place!

"Great Hotel for your moeny"
This was a great hotel and had wonderful amenities. My only complaint was I had a room on the first floor. I would have preferred one on another floor but none were left. Everything else was wonderful including the free shuttle.
"the best in boutique in ABQ"
An excellent hotel with excellent attention paid by staff. When I return to ABQ the Parq Central will definitely be my choice.
"modern look, comfortable feel"
Very good small hotel. The rooms are new and clean, nicely decorated--claming and chic--with comfortable beds. And while the room itself was a bit small, the bathroom was large and had an excellent shower head. The roof top bar is fantastic. The public areas of the hotel are also attractive and well thought out. Throughout they are dappled with memorabilia […] from the great train age (the building is an historic landmark -- an old railroad hospital) presented in a modern way. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend it. Lisez la suite
"Hotel Parq Central"
Everything was perfect. W e were a little apprehensive of the location since it was so close to the freeway, but the room was extremely quiet and very comfortable. The breakfast was much better than the typical hotel offerings. Location was fun, walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. Drinks on the rooftop deck with the wonderful view was […] worth another stay. Lisez la suite
"HOTEL PARQ ABQ"

"Parq Central in Albuquerque, NM"
Excellent hotel converted from former hospital. Wonderful creative design of rooms and facilities. We returned after a week in Colorado to enjoy the Parq Central a second time. Great and friendly staff.

"hotel parq central albuquerque"
Nice hotel resonabily priced. However, parking is so limited on the weekend I would recommend NOT staying there on a week-end night. The hotel seems to be more interested in parking for the lounge crowd than hotel guests.
"Hotel Parq in ABQ"
My Wife and I stayed here for our anniversary and to say the least we were quite impressed. The restorations they have made from the old memorial hospital are just incredible. The room was comfortable and cozy with a very spacious bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. It is a quick 5 minute walk to our favorite restaurant […] "The Artichoke Cafe". My only concern was the workout facility which is located in a separate building that had a strange smell emanating from it. I'm not sure, but it may have been the old boiler room because at the end of the room near the weight machine there was a large circular door that had been plastered over. However, each cardio machine had its own TV screen and each equipment appeared relatively new. They have done a fantastic job with this historic landmake and we will definitely be staying here again. "Great Hotel"
Hotel was excellent, clean, modern, very nice decor, etc. The Breakfast was outstanding; better than any continental breakfast I have ever had, and beat most breakfasts at a diner. Room was small, but had very nice bed, and was very nicely decorated. I'll be staying here every time I have to visit ABQ. The neighborhood is a little shady, but they had […] a security guard at night. The fact is that ABQ is a pretty seedy town, and there is no hotel that is not in a seedy area, however their location on Central is better than many other places. Lisez la suite
"SPECTACULAR!!!"
Loved the Hotel Parq Central. Condition of hotel is immaculate. Staff is so friendly. Beds are super comfortable. View of the city from 4th floor lounge is beautiful. I can't think of one thing that could be improved upon. Very lovely, well-maintained hotel.
"Hotel Parq Central Albuerqueque, NM"
Hotel was conveniently located for road trip travelers. The hotel was wonderfully designed and appointed with the most comfortable beds ever at any hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
"Great little hotel!"
Great historic building but completely new inside. Close to downtown and great restaurants. I will always stay here!
"Great Hotel"
Very modern and clean. Hard to believe it is a renovated hospital! The roof top bar is amazing and the staff was very helpful. It is also very close to downtown and the airport. I will definitely stay here again when we visit.
"Great Hotel in ABQ"
From the moment my wife and I arrived at the front desk 'til the moment we left, our needs were well-attended. The room was great. The staff was warm and helpful. And Gabe was particularly helpful. A great place to stay in Albuquerque!
"Hotel Parq Central in Albuquerque"
Beautiful hotel and the staff was the friendliest I've seen in a very long time. Every one ALWAYS spoke and wished you a good day. The breakfast food and staff were great. The best was Gabriel, who was MOST accomodating in every way.

"#1 Hotel in Albuquerque, NM"
This hotel is the best hotel in the city. The moment we arrived we were greeted in a friendly courteous manner. We were given a personal tour of the property after we checked in. Every single staff member we came across during our 2 week stay greeted us in this same polite manner. They treated us like family and showed us the care and concern that most […] hotels lack today. The rooms are spacious and clean and nice and peaceful. I loved the decor of the property, just go to their website to get accurate pictures of the rooms. The free breakfast is more than just continental; you are offered hot quiche every morning with fresh fruit, cereal, and hot coffee or orange juice. There is a hot spa at the back of the hotel, which is never crowed, the same can be said for their gym/exercise room. The location of this property is centrally located for downtown ABQ or the I-25/I-40. The hotel/bar is located on the fourth floor, which is reasonably priced and the security of the parking is never in question. I would highly recommend this property to potential guests visiting Albuquerque, NM. The one staff member that can be picked out for excellence is Gabe – he offered us a trip to town within a 3 mile radius for free. This is a free shuttle service offered to all hotel guests. The hotel has only been open since September 2010 and has a new fresh look to it. The renovation of this hotel from a railway hospital to the hotel it is today is awesome. It is just steeped in history, which follows you all over the hotel. We are looking forward to many return visits to this hotel. Lisez la suite
"Great Hotel"
Took a gamble based on other reviews and booked at the Parq Central and it was just as many had said. The hotel is new, clean, modern and all the amenities and service is great, Especially loved the free internet, free breakfast and free parking. There are also plenty of great places to eat a short walk away. Great satff, eager to help and very professional. […] Would definitely stay here again! Lisez la suite
"Great Stay"
Overall, I'd say the Hotel Parq Central was a great place to stay. The conversion from a hospital makes it a unique place worth exploring, and the friendliness of the staff could not be beat. Almost without exception we were greeted by everyone we passed and the folks at the front desk would remember what our plans were on our way out the door and ask […] about how they went on our way back in. We stayed 6 days and during that time our 20 month old son made a number of friends among the staff. Overall, it was a great stay and if we go back to Albuquerque, we'll definitely stay there again. "Pretty on the Outside, Problems on the inside"
This is a newly renovated building made into a hotel from a very old hospital. The decor is nice but I was so put out by the lack of a restaurant and gift shop for beverages or a snack, that I would never go back. The way the rooms are set up the air blew on me all night long and dried out my sinus's even more then what the altitude already had. I was […] unable to turn it off and was told that it was not possible as it ran through the entire hotel. The staff was really nice but I won't. I want more from a hotel then an attractive facade. It was like a pretty Motel 6. Lisez la suite
"Almost great oasis in ABQ"
I'm not a huge fan of Albuquerque, but had to travel there for business. I chose the Hotel Parq for its great reviews, and for the most part, it lived up to the hype. It's a clean, stylish, friendly oasis in a city that seems otherwise perpetually dirty and a little skeezy. The area around the hotel is not the greatest -- there seemed always to be someone […] sleeping on a park bench in the small park behind the property, and there are lots of low-rent motels and vacant buildings in the immediate surrounding blocks. Security inside the hotel itself was excellent, though, and it's a short drive to the nicer, more touristy (read: safer) areas: Old Town and UNM. The Standard Diner (delicious upscale diner food, as featured on Guy Fieri's show) is just a few blocks away, and an easy walk. This was helpful, as the Hotel Parq has a lovely bar, but it only serves a limited menu of tiny tapas-like dishes. Everything I sampled was pretty good, but you'd have to order several dishes (and spend way too much money) to get full. There was no room service, either, which is a bit of a drawback (roaming the streets late at night for a snack seems like a bad idea, especially for women traveling alone, as I was...). The room itself was clean and fresh, with stylish appointments and bedding (which was extremely comfortable). The bathroom was large and the shower and toiletries all wonderful; the room itself is tiny, but fine for just one person (and maybe a small couple). It has everything you might want, except.... a coffee maker. That's fine, because they put a coffee station on each floor -- but the coffee never appeared before 6:30 or 7 a.m., which was excruciating for an early riser (still on eastern time to boot, and up since about 4 am!). The complimentary breakfast (good selection with healthy options!) made up for this somewhat, but it also could have started earlier than 7 a.m. for the early risers and business folks looking to get a jump on the day. These are small complaints, Lisez la suite
"Lovely night's stay"
Wonderful hotel. Cozy bed. Room a bit small but nicely decorated. Nice smelling smelling shampoo and conditioner in creative packaging! Even though the hotel is right off the freeway I didn't hear the traffic. Pay per view movies would be a nice addition to the hotel amenities. Overall it was a very pleasant night and I will definitely stay there again […] if they add pay per view movies! Lisez la suite

"Hotel Parq Central in ABQ-Central location"
Brand new interior in classic old hospital building. Very friendly staff, great modern design, high end appointments. Several good restaurants with-in 5-10 min walk. Morning breakfast very good. A screaming deal at what we paid. Have stayed at 9 other ABQ lodgings and this is now our preferred place.
"Hotel Parq Central - Nice"
Enjoyed my stay, love the roof top Apothecary bar. Liked the location, and good breakfast. The hotel is beautiful.
"Hotel Parq Central"
Convenient location to downtown, on Central Ave. I learned while I was there that it used to be a railway workers hospital, then a psychiatric hospital, which has been totally redesigned and renovated as a hotel. Design is sleek contemporary and done tastefully. Room was not huge, but big enough for 1 or 2 people to be comfortable. Speaking of which, […] the bed was very comfortable. Room was very clean and gave appearances of room in a hotel farther up the food chain. Speaking of food, the breakfast was quite good, with selections of fruit, cereals, nice pastries, and a quiche or two. Definitely better than offerings from other hotels. My only quibble was it is at the intersection of I25 and Central Ave so depending on the room you may have "some" traffic noise. I'm a country boy so it was a bit loud at certain times the first night, but simple earplugs solved the problem the second night. Really no more noise than other city hotels I've stayed in, and not a reason to stay away. Overall, highly recommended. Lisez la suite
