Leesons Residences - Manille

Vraiment très bien en terme de propreté. Les chambres sont spartiates mais absolument nickel, sanitaires inclus. Seul regret : le bruit qui pour nous aurait nécessité des boules Quies...

l'hôtel est fiable (connexion internet; petit déjeuner mcdo dans les chambres; serviettes etc.). assez bien situé (encore faut-il apprécier Manille). chambre propre et spatieuse. seul bémol l'absence de miroir et l'évier sert de lavabo.

I really enjoyed staying at Leesons Residence - specially the staff was really kind and helpfull :) it is really good place to stay in Manila. Best regards Kinga :)

Could not connect to Wi Fi as advertised on site. # days there and very limited help from staff. My laptop connects at every other hotel I have been to in The Philippines.

My room was room 201, the room left to my room was the kitchen, i stayed in the hotel for 2 days, first day there was very very loud noise from the kitchen from 8am, plus the staff working there was talking just outside the room and talking very loud and laughing and joking from 8am in the morning. and even i told them they are noisy but they still […] didnt lower their voice. and next day its from already 7:30am in the morning there is alot of very loud noise in the kitchen and also the staff working there again being very noisy outside the room and talking really loud even they are standing near from each other. and even i call room service and tell them there is alot of noice there but still there is noise and no change. so i choosed to go to another hotel in mango square. i will not recommend this hotel to anyone, unless u sleep very heavy and the noise will not bother u. the place is clean and nice, but very very noisy from early morning. so if u can sleep even its very noisy from 7 or 8 in the morning then u can stay there. but for me its too noisy. ok place clean .but dont expect much help from staff like towels and new sheets, they dont do room cleaning untill you leave, and we wear here a week ,yuck. internet is terible it about 85 kb at tny location in the hotel. but if wifi is not a problem and you nee a nice overnight stay. worst stay i have ever had and i trail a lot

i do not recommend this place to anyone below poor

no bed sheets, no towel, no toilet paper,can not get anyting at night I only stayed here becase I paid in full before i got there. only give us one blanket no sheets for the bed had to ask for mirroand wait till next dayfor towels

Why is there no trash in the room? Why is there no mirror in the room?

I was looking for a cheap hotel around Manila area and this one popped up as one of the cheapest in Manila area. Unfotunately this hotel doesn't have anything but a bed to sleep, TV, small fridge, and a bathroom. The security guard is also the one working as the front desk person and bellboy and the rest of the job you could think of in a hotel. I could […] barely go to sleep cause the rooms are too noisy, you could hear cars running in the streets of manila, you could hear the doors opening and closing in the whole floor. If you want some coffee or tea in the morning there's no hot water or cup to use. The whole place don't have no hot water to provide for the guest. This is also a five storey building and there's no elevator so if you have luggage you could possibly break your back carrying your stuffs. The personnel are very nice though. Surrounding area is residential and small stores that sells food and grocery. A bit cautious eating there because of cleanliness issue. It's accessible to taxi and other mode of transportation. So I would say if you just need a bed to rest and a place to take a shower this is the place to go. Otherwise if you are not crunched with your budget find a place somewhere. this is definitely not a place to relax after a long day. Lisez la suite

Very unhappy with my stay: -Shower was infested with ants and some other bugs. There wasn't just one or two. There were MANY. -Breakfast is delivered from McDonalds and they don't care what time you tell them - it will always get there at 8, even if you wanted to sleep until 9 and you specifically told them about it. And food quality is terribly poor. […] One morning I got 2 pancakes and coffee. The other I got a chicken burger (i.e. chicken fillet between two buns, just plain). -Location is very dodgy, but in a walking distance from the gay clubbing area - walk at your own risk!! -Room is small and even though I requested a double bed, they only gave me two single beds -Noise levels are unbearable, there is lots of noise coming from the street, windows are not soundproof, but the worst of all is the aircon - it was sooo noisy you could barely sleep through it's buzzing! with its price, and the hotel personnel is very friendly, there is LRT-1 station, quite convenient if you want to go around the place near by.

basic apt and great for the money! better than a hotel in mabini! breakfast delivered every morning!

The hotel was clean and service was good we just did'nt like the fact that to go anywhere you either had to walk forever or pay out the ying yang for cabs and trikes and the neighborhood was a lil shady but overall i guess we would stay again just next time we'd know what to expect

The staff has been very polite and helpful. Had a minor disagreement with the rate when I extended our stay for another day but the manager has resolved it immediately. I had a very good stay in Leesons and will be staying there again next time.

日中は仕事をしていて、夜寝るためだけに泊まるのであれば十分なホテル。 食堂はない。 部屋は綺麗に掃除はされていたが、初日タオルを準備していなかったのはNG。 セキュリティガードが受付をする。 普通の町中にあるので夜は人通りがなくなる。夜遊びをしたいのであれば、マラテ近郊のホテルをおすすめ。

渋滞で何処に行くのにも時間がかかります。 親しいフィリピン人に聞くと、治安は悪いので勧められないと、注意されました。

싼 맛에 이 호텔을 예약했던 것이 나의 실수였다. 말라테에서도 대단히 많이 떨어져 외진 곳에 있었고, 주변 시설 전무. 방은 정말 기억하고 싶지도 않다. 도대체 어디서부터 어떻게 기억을 다 해내서 성토를 해야할 지 조차 가늠이 안 되는 그야말로 최악이다. 전 세계의 절반을 돌아다녀보고 갖은 호텔을 다 겪었지만, 한국의 과거 여인숙 보다 못하다고 보면 틀림없다.

コストパフォーマンスで考えれば良いと思います！ 必要最低限は揃ってますし、無料でWIFIも入ります！ 冷蔵庫も有る！ コンビニ、ランドリーも近くに有るので便利です！ 繁華街は徒歩３０分位で散歩には丁度良いです！ 夜の一人歩きは止めた方が良いかも！

팔라완 가기 전 몇시간 수면을 취하려고 저렴한 가격에 혹해서 예약을 했습니다. 소개란의 글이나 사진은 괜찮아 보이더군요. 헌데 가서 보고 깜놀했어요. 타올은 닦으면 닦을수록 먼지가 얼굴에 묻고, 엘리베이터 없이 4층까지 무거운 짐들고 올라가야 하고, 시설은 정말 기대이하 최악이었어요. 하지만 직원들은 무척 친절하더군요. 아침 식사는 룸서비스였는데 맥도널드의 치킨너겟과 밥과 콜라더군요. 얼렁뚱땅 요리한 필리핀식 보다 훨씬 만족스런 메뉴였어요^^
