Pour nous c'était le luxe! L'hotel est une succession de grandes maisons de 3 niveaux, chacun ayant sa terrasse privée avec vue sur le Golf et la végétation tropicale. Un vrai appartement décoré comme dans les magazines (entrée, cuisine américaine électro kitchen aid, grand salon)la baie vitrée donne accès à la terrasse privée. 2 salles de bain (tous les produits sont fournis:dentifrice gel douche shampoing après shampoing et lait hydratant) et une immense chambre. La piscine à côté de la réception est grande avec de multiples chaises longues et jacuzzi(les serviettes sont fournies). Le restaurant de l'hotel est très bon, le menu enfant est très bien).Le Spa et la salle de sport en haut de la réception sont très luxueux. Attention cependant, nous sommes à 20 min en voiture de Miami beach, et à côté de l'aéroport (mais on n'entend pas du tout les avions)

Satisfait de tout, sauf peut être de la superficie de la chambre et du lit, qui sont vraiment minuscules

Nous y avons passé deux nuits au début de notre autotour. Hôtel calme, propre. Personnel sympathique et disponible. Petit-déjeuner complet. A proximité de l'US 1 pour rejoindre les principales attractions de Miami. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. A recommander.

NE PAS SE FIER AUX COMMENTAIRES PRECEDENTS l'hotel est génial les réceptionistes super accueillant et qui parlent francais (1sur3). Les chambres sont spacieuses et tres bien equipées. Les 2 jaccuzis sont au top! Certes il y a une taxe de séjours de 60$ non mentionnées mais a part sa tout était parfait. Hotel tres bien situé a 50 metres des bars et en meme temps l endroit est calme. Seul Hic des vacances lorsque vous louez une voiture bien faire attention au stationnement on ne peut quasiment se garer nul part les parcmètres proposent une durée de stationnement courte et si vous dépassez de 2min vous avez une amende a 90% je parle en connaissance de cause..(18$ a regler sous 1 semaine sinon 48$) des parkings payant et surveillés sont proposés mais 30$ minimum la journée...les fourrieres tournent 24h/24 et la facture s'élève a 300$ prenez garde! Hotel a conseillé vivement 4.5/5

"VILLA ITALIA HOTEL A MIAMI"
Nous avions loué une chambre king de luxe et à notre grand plaisir, nous avons été surclassés et logés dans la villa. Ce séjour restera inoubliable compte tenu du charme et du confort de ce logement. Le personnel est discret tout en étant efficace. Encore merci
"Très bien situé"
Agréable et calme malgré une situation idéale. La plage est à 2 minutes et toute la zone vivante est accessible à pied. Petit bémol : l'isolation entre les étages peu efficace. Toutefois nous recommandons cet établissement. Le service de valet est appréciable au vu des difficultés de parcage de Miami Beach.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, only a few min. walk from Ocean Drive and the beach. The rooms have a comfortable size, and the beds are good. I will highly recommend it.

Excellent place to stay. Friendly staff, nice rooms. Fuse blew out in our original room right before we checked in from the previous guest and they upgraded us to a bigger room and also waived the resort fee for the inconvenience.

The hotel staff was really helpfull and nice, the location was great, abd the room was cealn. the only negative part was the room was really small,and they really don`t have a lobby area.

We just got back from a wonderful stay at Villa Italia and still have big smiles on our faces. This litte gem was just perfect for our stay in Miami - very clean and comfortable rooms with a 40" lcd tv, and felt like brand new. We stayed in a superior room, and couldn't be more pleased! High quality towels, bedwear and shower products all around... Staff […] was amazingly service minded, both before arrival with tips on where to spend New Years Eve and local info, as well as on arrival and during our whole stay. Smiling, friendly and relaxed - which is how we prefer it to be. Yes, there is no full breakfast - juice, bagels, yoghurts and cereal plus coffee - but that was never an issue for us, as we like to go to different places and try them out. And for a lighter breakfast on a lazy day, it works just fine. No pool, but the beach is just two blocks away, so who cares? Location is great - a little quieter than most of Washington Av. and still within walking distance of everything. The SBL bus stop is right outside the gate of the hotel and for a quarter you can ride around SoBe to your hearts delight. We'll be back next year! Lisez la suite

This is a well-run boutique hotel in a quiet pocket of South Beach. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, the owners are friendly folks. "Very helpful staff and excellent location"
The staff helped us with tour booking and transportation. The price is a bit steep, but the location is well worth it. Less than 15 minutes from the airport by car and only a couple of blocks from ocean blvd and south beach. The best surprise was how quiet it was relative to the neighborhood.

I was pleasantly surprised at the convenience and congeniality of the staff and the location. The rooms are immaculte, and the staff is helpful, yet unobtrusive. The mattresses are comfortable, and the towels thick and "thirsty". The standard room is a little small, yet manageble for two people. I can't say enough positive about the Villa Italia Hotel in South Beach. It is 3 blocks from the beach and in a nice area of South Beach. The staff was genuinely friendly and professional and did their best to get us reservations and make suggestions of places to eat. This is the first time I have stayed at a "Green" hotel, and to be honest, I appreciated […] their dedication to conservation once I understood how to work all of the systems in the room (card key needed to activate electricity). "ultra fest visitors"
I booked this room specifically because the bed was incredible. With all the partying day and night, the bed is all I really cared about. The room was clean and modern. The only problem was there was no hair dryer and to use it from the front desk you had to sign for it and wait sometimes. They provide beach towels when we needed them and you had to […] sign and return those too. Location is a bit of a walk from the central location of the important clubs and pool parties. We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The owners are very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate everything we needed. The hotel was completely renovated and extremely clean and quiet. I can't say enough good things about our experience at hotel.

Die Lage ist gut und recht ruhig. Zum Strand 400m. Die Zimmer einfach, modern und sauber. Das Frühstück (zum vergessen) sehr einfach : Kaffee ausm Automat und Plastik Geschirr. Kommen Sie mit einem grossen Auto sonst ist das Parken teurer als der Leihwagen (28$). Aber dennoch Hotel GUT und Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in questo hotel molto carino, situato a pochi passi da ocean drive (5 min circa di cammino). I ragazzi della reception sono molto disponibili e cortesi. La camera king size spaziosa e confortevole. La colazione servita direttamente alla reception e consumata nel cortile all'aperto a fianco, discreta e non molto varia, […] ma sufficiente. Es ist definitiv kein grosses, überfülltes Touristenhotel. Die Lage ist grossartig. Wenn man auf den Meerblick verzichten kann und mehr Wert auf eine zentrale Lage legt, ist man hier genau richtig. Es sind 2 Min. bis zum Strand, für den man an der Rezeption auch Strandtücher bekommt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super nett!!!!! Sie waren immer sehr hilfsbereit […] und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist zwar nicht schön hergerichtet, aber wir fanden es trotzdem sehr lecker. Es gab immer Bagles, die man im Toaster toasten konnte. Wir haben meistens Frischkäse mit Erdbeermarmelade gegessen, ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt aber auch mehrere Sorten Cornflakes. Zu trinken gab es, Kaffee (versch. Sorten), Tee, O-Saft und Milch. Und das alles UMSONST! Bis zur Lincoln Road geht man ca. 20 Min. Bis zum Oceandrive keine 5. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön, alles noch relativ neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die betten waren typisch amerikanisch. Sehr hoch und ANGENEHM weich. Keineswegs durchgelegen etc. Es wurde täglich sehr gründlich geputzt und aufgeräumt. Der 42`LCD und der Receiver waren echt super, gerade für die freien Bezahlkanäle, vergleichbar mit Sky. Das Bad war auch sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Dusche war seeeehr geräumig und angenehm (Duschkopf). Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr gelungen. Wir würden dieses Hotel jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Freuen uns schon darauf wiederzukommen. "Hotel ideal für Kurzaufenthalt, Achtung Kontakt!!!"
Nach 12 Stunden Flug und 2 Stunden Wartezeit auf unseren Mietwagen (Riesenschlange bei ALAMO) kamen wir gegen 21.00h Ortszeit am Hotel an. Leider war die Rezeption nicht besetzt und es schüttete in Strömen. Die Telefonnummer, die von Hotels.com angegeben wird stimmt nicht. Es ist zu wählen 0001 und die restliche Rufnummer. Ich war inzwischen klatschnaß, […] meine Familie wartete völlig übermüdet im Mietwagen als nach 30 Minuten ein junges Fräulein ins Office kam, um endlich einchecken zu können. Zimmer modern eingerichtet und sauber!!! Das war das Wichtigste für uns. Tipp!! Am besten am Abend mit dem Taxi zum Hotel und am nächsten Tag streßfrei Mietwagen abholen. Absolut neues Hotel mit sehr nettem Personal, das sich sofort um alle anliegen kümmert. Zimmer sind gross und bieten superschnellen Internetzugang. Kann das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Det var en glad överraskning när vi klev in på Villa Italia. Vi fick ett varmt välkomnande av personalen, bilen parkerad(mot en extra avgift).Rummet var riktigt fint. Smakfullt inrett och allt var nytt och fräscht. Belysningen var dock lite klen. Man såg inte så mycket på kvällarna, om man ville sitta vid skrivbordet och skriva. Sehr gute Lage und sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Concierge. Sie erledigen Anrufe und geben gute Tipps zwecks Ausflügen und Sparmöglichkeiten (Rabattcoupons). Zimmer sind sauber, groß und gemütlich. Internet hat auch funktioniert. Frühstück ist etwas rudimentär. Es steht im Rezeptionsraum lediglich ein Kühlschrank und ein Toaster zur Verfügung […] (Kontinental mit wenig Auswahl). Man muss im Zimmer frühstücken, da es keinen separaten Frühstücksraum gibt. Lage ist topp und nur zwei Blocks von Miami Beach entfernt. Parken ist allerdings nicht eingeschlossen sondern es gibt gegenüber ein Parkhaus. Auf Wunsch kann man der Rezeption den Schlüssel geben und sie parken und holen das Auto dann bei Bedarf ab (sehr bequem). Parken kostet allerdings 25USd pro Tag und ist nicht ganz billig. Un albergo ottimo, in posizione perfetta a pochi metri da Ocean Drive e dalla spiaggia. Prezzo ragionevole, tutti i comfort, assoluta pulizia ed una cortesia eccezionale dello staff dell'albergo. Vivamente consigliato.
