We were greeted by Louisa the owner upon arrival, she made us feel extremely welcome and showed us to our room. The room was lovely and also very clean. We were given a set of keys to gain access to the apartment block when needed. We were shown the dining kitchen which is self service for breakfast. Help yourself to the contents of the fridge, cereals, […] pastries etc and make your own espresso, and under no pressure to get up early. The immediate area of the canal is superb with bars, cafe's and restaurants, the is no need to go anywhere else on an evening, there is a real buzz!! We would love to return very soon! We had three very nice nice days in Milano. The hotel was situated right at Navigli restaurant area with a big choice of restaurants in all price range. Close to communications like metro, tram and buses. The service was good and personal. The room was larger than expected and clean.
