"room conditions"
I stay in the suite, and it was terrible, the shower was rusty, and falling apart, the hot water was unstable, the food was terrible, the fruits for breakfast were not fresh. The wifi was unreliable working for about 15 minutes at a time. I will not recomend this hotel to anyone...Avis véridique Hotels.com

"A Great Location and Hotel"
The staff and administration was very pleasant and professional. The rooms were very nicely kept and it was also a very clean and a feel safe environment. The location is great and safe. It is walking distance from a very nice shopping mall and a taxi ride can take you to the center of San Pedro Sula in about 10-15 minutes.Avis véridique Expedia
"Disappointing Visit"
We stayed here one night, in a double room. The room was smaller than expected, and the bathroom even more so, there is nowhere to put your vanity items by the sink. The shower was a disaster, it threw water everywhere and sort of flooded the bathroom. The carpet was extremely dirty, our toddler what around in it barefoot and his feet were black from […] all the dirt. Next at night a Mariache band started up at night in the bar, waking us up and it continued for some time. Even after petitions to the front desk and assurances it would only go on for 5 min, it kept going for at least 30min more. The included breakfast was a big letdown, some toast cheese, ham and cornflakes; it was quite snake and not even jams or spreads and such. Finally when we asked for someone to come help us with our luggage for checkout no one ever came, we wated 15 min and ended up going to get the kart ourselves. For the price there are much better options like Casa Los Arcos which is 50m away, with much better rooms, ok breakfast. This Hotel is far from a boutique offering. "Good place to stay"
The hotel is situated near the main malls in San Pedro Sula, and just across from the area of the larger more well known hotel. The hotel itself is an older but really nice building. Well maintained. "Impressive for Honduras"
This hotel is definitely a favorite for the local elites. If your a backpacker it's a treat.. Very typical but nice, comfortable, great service close to the mall...if your a typical American looking for a "normal" 3 or 4 star holiday inn or Hilton this may not be the place for u. "Quick business trip to San Pedro Sula"
Arrived evening and scheduled to meet a client at the hotel and fly out the next morning. 20 Min from airport (not rush hour). Painless check in. We were first time travellers fom Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in January, 2012 - great hotel. Taxi was $20.00 from the airport. It took about 20 minutes. The reception we got at hotel was unbeleiveable - great. The service at hotel was super. Spoke very good English, Geman, Spanish and French. They were all very helpful.... Plus the 2d floor bar is really good - very much a boutique Hotel with all those nice decorating touches that set it apart from your normal style hotel. Es un buen hotel; habitaciones limpias y sencillas; sin nevera ni cafetera. El hotel queda a pocas cuadras de los principales centtros comerciales pero dada la inseguridad de la ciudad es poco viable caminar. Prefiero una zona con más actividad.Avis véridique Hotels.com

Dette er et veldig hyggelig hotell. Flott, klassisk bygning og personlig service. Litt slitt rom, men alt oppveiet av beliggenhet, hyggelige fellesområder, og en "personal touch".
