Chambre spacieuse, et tres belle hélas draps froissés, personnel parle peu le français surtout au petit dej qui est franchement minable, si vous prenez un jus d'orange fruits frais il y a un supplement de 3 euro 50 par personne le buffet anglais que des produits 1er prix lidl Bref ce n'est pas un palace.

Pratique car parking souterrain à disposition (payant) et proche du métro. Sinon le quartier n'a aucun intérêt et la sécurisation très importante de l’hôtel nous a un peu inquiété sur ce quartier...?

Hotel très confortable, à qq stations de métro du centre historique. Quartier en pleine rénovation, très facile d'accès par le nord de Milan. De très bon petits restaurants italiens, chinois et japonnais à 100m.

Overall a pleasant experience. Good quality hotel. Check-in experience at reception however made an uneasy start by not getting passports immediately back, and having to ask for it. Using parking garage was also tedious. Service should be more courteous and forthcoming for a hotel of this rating. Breakfast was good and with very nice staff.

Difficult to find and hidden off the main road in a oneway system. Booking in staff were nice enough and gave me free underground parking as i was staying 3 nights (normally 10 euros a night). However they did then try to charge me for this when I got the bill until things were explained! Rather odd hotel design as all corridors areas are outside! eg […] you leave the warmth of reception to wait in the cold and wind outside for the lift to go upstairs...strange! The internet in the room was not explained properly so I had terrible connection until I complained when it was properly explained the second time. Food in the restaurant was of indifferent quality, not served hot enough and overpriced. However this area of Milan seems a culinary desert and not much to find on the streets outside either.Room itself was spacious and warm and OK enough for a business trip. It is 5 mins walk from the metro stop to central Milan which was handy though. I do just feel I can probably find better next time. Lisez la suite

Out of town location made up for by proximity to metro. Supermarkets also within 5 minute walk. Hotel itself had extremely large rooms, great service and upkeep. Bathroom a bit dated. Great tv selection though could use the addition of one or two English channels.

The hotel is a bit out of the central area and I was told by some locals that the area is iffy. I did walk south for some distance down the main street during the day and I would be hesitant to return at night. The subway isn't far. There is construction next door and during the day it can get noisy, but the nights were quiet. A shower fixture was broken […] and the liquid hand soap was empty so quality inspections and daily checklists are lacking. I did ask the front desk if there was a bar nearby to get a drink before dinner. "There are no bars here" was the answer. The breakfast was fine and the close subway made getting around easy. The hotel cannot be claimed as 4 star. At best, it is 3 star.The receptionists not helpful and not even properly trained. The conrner of shower cubic is covered with black spots.But breakfast is OK.

Stayed one night in Milan with husband and two teenage kids before dropping my son off at airport next morning. Acca Palace room was huge, comfortable for all of us. It is out of the way - a neighborhood of blocky looking apartments. But only 2 minutes walk to Metro and 7-8 stops to the Duomo and shopping and museums. You get MORE than what you pay for.. Location: 5 min walk to metro station,(something-centrale) anyway same line as duomo station super easy access.. I spent 4 nights here, and it was excellent - friendly, welcoming staff, HUGE and very comfortable room, and a superb breakfast selection. The hotel is brand new and everything looks great. The Acca Palace is an indoor/outdoor hotel, with the elevators, stairs, and common areas covered but outdoors. Our room was large and attractive, and all rooms have balconies - there are only 8 rooms per floor. The room was amazing, very big and spotless with a balcony, the hotel staff were lovely and did eveything to make you feel welcome and comfortable, we made friends with them very easily, the breakfast was fabulous and a great start to the day, all in all we had a fabulous week there will definately go there again.

I have spent a week in Acca Palace hotel for professional reason. The stay has been perfect, I can't complain about anything. The room was huge, the breakfast was diverese, healthy and perfect patisseries. But most of all the staff from the reception to the breakfast room was always so helpful, welcoming. We got there at 10:30 in the morning. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. They got a room ready for us in an hour. The room was just as nice as they were in the pictures. Hotellet är oerhört fräscht, det byggdes bara för ~ 3 år sedan. Personalen var mycket trevliga och att prata med de på engelska var inga problem. Frukosten var även den mycket bra med goda juicer, goda bakelser och allt annat som hör till en hotellfrukost. Läget var väl inte det bästa, men rekommenderar alla att använda sig av tunnelbanan istället för […] att hyra en bil. Att transportera sig runt med tunnelbana i Milano är oerhört enkelt och prisvärt, för att ta sig till hotellet tar du den gula linjen till Affori Centro, stationen ligger bara några minuter ifrån hotellet. Das Hotel und Personal sind sehr emphelenswert und freundlich.. Die lage rund um das Hotel ist nicht gerade einladend wobei das hotel wie eine kleine Perle heraus sticht. Das Morgen Essen war übersichtlich jedoch frisch! Im grossen und ganzen gut!

La habitación para 3 personas era amplísima y con una enorme terraza. Las instalaciones en general eran muy buenas. El metro a 5 min andando y a 8 paradas del Duomo sin hacer cambio de línea, lo que permitía llegar en unos 15 min. Lo aconsejo.

Het is een prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. De kamers zijn groot de badkamer wat kleiner maar prima. De douche zat vol met kalk en zag er nogal verwaarloost uit. The area seems under re-development, a lot of constructions are on going. There are no restaurant near by, but there is Metro station in 200m and easy to move into city-center. Hotel is new and very comfortable.
