très bon endroit pour un week end prolongé de découverte de Copenhague. Bien situé, présentant tout le confort nécessaire dans une ambiance jeune d'auberge de jeunesse. Bien sur il y a eu un peu bruit dû à la fête de nos jeunes voisins, mais tout ceci dans une ambiance sympathique et sans conséquence sur notre confort.

Hotel très bien situé. Beaucoup de jeunes donc un peu de bruit mais les chambres sont bien isolées.

Pour un week end en amoureux dans une auberge bien située, propre, avec une équipe très accueillante, c'est vraiment parfait. merci encore

Hôtel bien situé, à proximité du centre. Chambre propre. Possibilité de laisser les valises à l'hôtel le jour du départ.

Hotel bien situe au calme. Chambre et sdb correctes. Bon rapport qualite prix Petit dej en plus de la chambre mais c est moins cher qu en ville et copieux. Dommage qu il n y est pas de tele pour decouvrir "leur culture" et programmes. Bref bon sejour

L'hôtel/auberge est très bien situé. Niveau infrastructure, tout semble pratiquement neuf. Je suis très satisfait de mon séjour .

chambre double propre, moderne et calme avec salle de bain privée (un bémol: la douche étant au meme niveau que le sol, l'innondation est inévitable!) situé au centre de copenhague, 5min a pied d'une station de métro. excellent rapport qualité-prix (bien que visité en basse saison) (pas de TV, téléphone)

Très envie d'y séjourner de nouveau si retour à Copenhague.

It wasn't bad, except for the last night when an old, creepy man walked into my (supposedly) all female dorm room. That really ruined it for me. I won't be doing hostels again.

The room was clean and comfortable, the location was good, and near the 7-Eleven. But there was no electric pot. Nor was a kitchen you can use. So my tea bags and cup-noodles went to waste. The baggage room was tight and it was stacked to the ceiling in the afternoon. You had better get up early and get your space near the door.

The hostel is an amazing location. Breakfast is really good. Staff is very friendly. But our room had a terrible odor and dust was in everywhere...

Hotel quality with hostel prices. Clean, new, comfortable and sufficient. Great lounge and bar. Double rooms on the second floor are great and have internet reception that the upper floors do not have; however, there is quite loud music between 10 PM to 2 AM almost every night. A VERY CENTRAL HOSTEL IN A GOOD NEIGHBORHOOD MOSTLY LOOKING LIKE A HOTEL. IT GIVES YOU SAFETY AND IT IS QUITE POPULAR. VERY REASONABLE RELATION BETWEEN PRICE AND OFFER. it's a great hostel!!! near many tourism place!! but the attendant of reception isn't very nice!!!

I chose this two star accommodation because of the good reviews and it didn't disappoint. I had a single bedroom with bathroom. It was very simple, no frills but had everything I needed and was clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a buffet breakfast available at a good price and it is within walking distance of Narrepour […] station, which services the three types of trains - regional, S-type and Metro. It is also an easy walk to the Little Mermaid, the Gelfion Fountain and other significant sights. The lift is very slow, so you have to take that into account if you want to use it, but I just went up the stairs. (Note: I am well into the "over 30" category and I saw a big mix of ages there.) Modern, good situation in the center, BUT there was a lot of noise from the bar of the hotel (friday and saturday evening, on the 2nd floor)

The hostel is at a perfect location. It's close to subway, supermarket, restaurants, and pubs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that I am not happy about is that when I went into my room, there was nothing on my bed, and I had to take the sheet from another vacant bed. The room is clean, quiet, and cozy. But it is almost impossible […] to have internet, though you can go downstairs and get internet at the bar, which it is pretty slow. There will be a big box underneath your bed so you can put your private things there, and you can buy a lock at the counter. Stayed here one night from sunday to monday 22-23 Jan 2012. The hostel was really easy to find, as i took the metro from Kastrup to Nyhavn, and the hostel was just a 4 minute walk away. Very big signs, so it's easy to find. Staff were not the friendliest, but then again not that one would expect it after paying so little for the room. I slept in […] a 8 bed dorm which was shared with 7 other guests. The beds were wide and comfortable, sheets were fresh and the storage lockers underneath came in very handy. However they were quite heavy and created a lot of noise when you pulled them out which was quite disturbing for both me and my fellow guests. Shower facilities were in the dorms. Each dorm had 3 showers, one toilet, and two faucets. The only thing that didn't make my stay enjoyable were my fellow guests. The dorm was shared by a group of americans who made lots of noise as they arrived late in the evening. Highly disrespectful behavior that left me with a massive sleep depravation the following morning. It was however not the hostel's fault. If you can manage to spend the night in a hostel (unlike me who is more used to staying at the hotels) I would very much recommend this place over the Danhostel Copenhagen City. Copenhagen is a very expensive city, so if you're a solo traveler just spending one night I would recommend staying at a hostel, if you're on a budget i.e. Lisez la suite

Convenient location: minutes of walk from metro, bus stops, and the main shopping streets. And very close to many main attractions. Stayed in a private room. Very clean, roomy, and well equipped place. But they only have single beds. The only thing was wifi didn't work at all on the 4 days i stayed.

We staid for two nights. It is cheap and you have almost everything you need from a hotel.

Hotel is recently renovated, the room was clean and comfortable. The two separate beds in this room type can be put aside to make a double bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet, also brand new but unfortunately a shower curtain that will stick to your body when showering unless you place the trash bin or something to prevent the curtain from […] moving. The price/quality ratio of the breakfast buffet was good. I would rate this hostel 5 stars if Wi-fi was working, unfortunately it was under maintenance most of the time - unacceptable in a backpackers hostel advertising with free wi-fi. It would be convenient if they put more cupboards/shelves on the wall, now we had to leave almost all of our stuff on the floor. Lisez la suite

We had a nice stay. Second night there was an annoying sound but without complaint we got another room. Remember earplugs though.....

Absolut great location, friendly and informative staff and as soon as we had a minor compliant about the shower, a guy came to fix it within 10 min. Great great great!!

We stayed in a family room with our two children for 3 nights. The room was great and included it's own shower and toilet. Only negative was the pillows...they were like small sponges (bad). No towels provided unless you buy them. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable (kids under 7 eat for free) and certainly cheaper than going to […] the baker/coffee shop. Brand new, very clean, very accessible. Large and slightly impersonable as a result, but they did a good job at making a huge lounge/ bar area for mingling. Love Actually movie night two weeks before xmas?! Yes please.

This Hostel is perfect for those who is in tight budget because it is cheap at the same time it is is walking distance to Stroget, Resenborg Palace, Nyhavn etc. From the Central Train Station, you need to ride on Bus no. 11A to reach the hotel. I don't recommend it though for those families with children because the rooms are very small. Towels, shampoo, […] soap, toothbruch, toothpaste are not included in the free ammenities. The staff are very friendly and they are entertaining when I asked questions about the directions of some places. The Toilet is clean and newly renovated. I just wish they could put a bath mat just below the sink to maintain the cleanliness in the room. Lisez la suite

Generator Hostel was one of the greatest hostels I ve ever been.If I travel again to Copenhagen I will go GH again .

Excellent hostel. Clean friendly cheap very well organised. I'm 35 and a bit past hosteling to be honest but id definitely stay here again

i was actually surprised by the prime location and quality of rooms ... living in a 8 bed dorm was a good experiance. enjoyed it to the full. well worth for the £ i paid. people at reception were good and friendly. advice: bring your own pad locak if you want to share the room with others becuase storage boxes can not be locaked without a pad lock. […] cost danishc crowns 30 (£3.00)at the reception if you still forgot about it. only negative point during my stay was its WIFI which never worked for me. i had to find a nearby Macdonalds to get wifi on my iphone. It was great is stayed there for 5 nights. The beds were comfortable. I stayed in the 8 bed room, it had two individual showers inside the room. Very clean. And the staff is very friendly and helpful

Location is good, close to Metro Station, and all city sights are within walking distance. We did not use the Metro at all, other than arrival + departure from airport. However need a fan in the room during summer. If you open windows at night, the noise from the neigbourhood and nearby pubs is disturbing. Free Wifi works on and off, extremely frustrating […] and is not acceptable for a hostel with backpackers who definitely need internet connection. Lisez la suite
