It is an incredible place. My wife was very happy and truly enjoyed her birthday. I would give it five stars except for the fact that it wasn't finished when we checked in and as a result they missed ou bath towels. They were friendly when I called the operator and apologized. Other than this we had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed the hotel immensely. We only had 1 night and would have liked 3 to relax and get to know Dallas better.The rooms are large and very well appointed and the amenities and facilities are first class. Would definitely stay thetre again.

This hotel is by far one of the most impressive places I have had the pleasure staying at on my business trips to Dallas. I usually stay at the Hilton Anatole and love that hotel as well, however I decided to give the Omni a try and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff was beyond helpful and very friendly. The restaurants and fitness center were great […] as well. The jewel of the hotel was by far the roof-top pool and bar area. I had the luxury of spending one of my days at the pool and had to remind myself that I was in Dallas TX and not at a beach resort. Ive stayed at the Palamar,W, and a few other high-end hotels in the Dallas area and for the price- this was the best value! Great gym and pool area!

Terrific hotel that I have now stayed at twice over the last few months since their opening. I wish their price would stay reasonable but now going out of my company budget.

I book this hotel an hour before I checked in, I had no problems checking in, the front desk clerks and hotel employees was great. The room was more than what I expected than what's shown in the pictures. I will def come back again and would recommend to family and friends. The only thing I can say someone could complain about is paying to park in the […] hotels parking deck but its only a one time fee, 15 to self park and 24 for valet parking...choice is yours. Great hotel - the pool is really nice, the gym is large and very nice for a hotel gym and the restaurants are great. Had a wonderful time!

The hotel is beautiful. The furniture and decor is well-maintained and very comfortable. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I've been to. The pool area is very nice although we had a very hard time finding pool towels or getting towels. But the service was exceptional. This is the best Omni I've stayed at. About the only downside is that the bedrooms […] are a bit small. Also, if you're traveling with children and looking for dining options, this part of town may not be the best. And this is connected to the convention center so there were a lot of people staying at the hotel attending a conference. Nothing wrong with that, except for the scantily dressed group of women on our floor going out for the evening and coming back at 3 am drunk and loud as could be. Lisez la suite

It was an absolutely terrific hotel. I only had two complaints. First, you have to pay for Wi-Fi and it's not cheap. I don't like that in this day and age. Second, the self-parking was full and they made us use the valet. However, they charged us the normal valet rates which was not fair as we didn't have a choice. But they did refund the difference […] between the self-pay and the valet if you argued the point, which my friend did. Besides that, it was a tremendous stay. The steak house was fantastic and the infinity pool is awesome. Oh, and that TV in the bathroom mirros was just cool! Lisez la suite

I live in Dallas, but I wanted to experience the new Omni for myself. I was not disappointed. The room was comfortable and classy, and the view was amazing. We ordered late night room service which was great. The new Omni Hotel next to the Dallas Convention Center is one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in a long time. Our first room had absolutely no view, unless you count a brick wall as a view, but one call to the front desk and Mark gave us a new room with a fabulous view of downtown Dallas(BTW...avoid the 5th floor!) This hotel is amazing. Very new - only opened in November 2011 and the staff cannot be more helpful. The room was far beyond our expectations. Great restaurant and bar.

They shouldn't discount the room $20 and then charge $18 per day for parking. It should def. be included in the cost of the room. everything besides that was excellent. New hotel feel, very good service, even the tex-mex restaurant was pretty good.

Beautiful, upscale hotel with lovely rooms. Wonderful, friendly service. We liked the views, the fire pits and the magnificent infinity swimming pool. On Saturday evening and Sunday morning of St. Patrick's Day weekend it was extremely busy. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend getaway and it was awesome. Very new and clean. All the staff we encountered during our stay were great and super friendly. Room was clean and very spacious for the two of us. We ordered room service for breakfast which was great quality of food, just a bit pricey - but what room service isn't […] pricey. We ate at the Owner's Box sports bar for dinner one night - food also great, service was ok. And we also pampered ourselves at the Mokara Spa which was really nice. My stay was very enjoyable except for the traffic noise from the busses passing by. I was on the 15 floor and was still able to hear the traffic noise the next morning.

My husband and I were very impressed with the Omni Dallas and enjoyed our stay very much. I would be happy to recommend the Omni Dallas Hotel and look forward to another stay.

A beautiful location with a beautiful view. The staff was very polite and helpful. We will be visiting again soon, our new home away from home.

We had a great experience here. Everyone was new and modern. The TV in the bathroom mirror was amazing. Great food and employees were always super friendly.

I saw this hotel while I was staying at another in Dallas. I thought it was absolutely stunning (especially at night). I took the chance and spent the money for a random weekend in Dallas. The hotel was beautiful! We enjoyed our stay very much. I had two service issues during my two might stay. The first occurred when I called to cancel a spa appointment due to a conflict, at which time the spa employee hung up on me. The second issue was when the valet took 30 minutes retrieving my car which in turn caused me to be late for the baby […] shower I was i'n town for. Awesome hotel!!

Excellent new hotel at good value with introductory rates. Ideal for conventions or museums, less so for arts or restaurant access.

This property is brand new and they thought about everything when they built this hotel. The shower is a huge walk-in and the mirror has a LCD TV built in. The room is energy efficient. When you walk in you place your key card in a slot and the lights turn off. When you exit you pull your key card out and the lights turn off 20 seconds later. All the […] lamps have dimmers on them. Also LCD lights shine on the floor from under the tables to light a path for you in the dark. Again this hotel has everything. The walls must have extra sound proofing because I didn't hear a thing. The Omni is an excellent location for those attending conventions in the adjacent convention center. The location is less central/convenient for those who want or need to find good restaurants, go to local attractions, or the arts district. The hotel restaurants provide mixed quality and service. Clearly some of the staff are very new and a full hotel […] can be difficult for them to manage. Texas Spice has some good dishes and some that are odd to be kind. Their servers vary greatly in ability and knowledge. The sports bar is strangely laid out and doesn't support individuals are couples very well. There are very few nearby restaurant options so it was disappointing to find the uneven quality and service in the hotel restaurants. My room was cleaned very late each day and coffee packets were not replenished. The lighting is somewhat dim although the small reading lamps attached to the headboard are nice. The staff provided inaccurate information regarding whether or not we would be charged for wifi, but the charges were removed at checkout when we questioned them. Overall, this is a nice hotel that appears to me to be undergoing growing pains. I was attending a conference that drew around 15,000 people so it appeared to me that some staff were just overwhelmed. I would recommend it to others who would like to be close to the convention center. The elevators, heating, cooling, and beds are excellent. The coffee provided in the rooms is high quality and the availability of the Dallas paper, the New York Times, and the Wall Street Journal without charge is a plus. Lisez la suite

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at for business. Everything ran smoothly and people were very friendly. The breakfast buffet ranks among the three best I have ever had (it might be number one - I can't decide). Lots of local food, which is important to me. This is a very great hotel, one of the best in location, comfort, quality, service and price. I will return.

The hotel is nice like you would expect from a Hyatt. However, the rooms are small - no luggage rack and the closet is probably the smallest I've ever seen. Valet was awful, despite all the attendants standing around...took 15 mins to get our car! They evidentally use an off-site garage.

The hotel and the rooms were great! The only thing I can complain about is the in-room food service. I stayed at the hotel the 2nd week they were open so this might have caused the problem. I ordered room service for two and did not receive the meal until two hours later. Apparently the order was never placed, thus taking two hours instead of the half […] hour I was promised. The manager was very kind and understand and we were not charged for our meal and we were given a free bottle of wine with out meal. So the hotel made up for their mistake. I received a massage at the spa which also great!. I would recommend this hotel and I def plan to stay there again! Lisez la suite
