This hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative comment I have is that we could hear the sound from the neighbor's tv, and they probably heard ours as well. Loved the furnishing of the hotel and the comfort of the room. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good. Hotel is a little far off but within 5 miles plenty of restaurants and shopping. Great stay!

the hotel age construction and location were great,the overall training of the staff is at an all time low for hilton hotels. management needs to do a total overhal of its training methods, from dinning room to room service and be willing to lend a hand when needed. often staff did not show up causing un due problems of all departments during our four […] days made service was understaffed the dinning rooom was a total down hill when staff was a now show and front desk had to work tables while a person in training was left alone to run the front desk. the cooks could not work any slower and noone was willing to help each other all the time the manager stayed in his office and did not help in any area, Lisez la suite

The only thing that made me feel uncomfortable about my stay as it was just myself and my five year old granddaughter and they placed us down at the end of a long hallway off by ourselves.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and spotless! The room was extremely nice, comfortable, a spacious. I loved this hotel, the only thing is it was right next to cows..which kind of made it smell bad when you walked outside! Odd location..for a Hilton.

Very Comfortable and Clean, excellent service. Location very close to the interstate. Building is a bit older, but well maintained. Did not expect to have such an excellent breakfast cooked to order.

First room door handle was barely hanging on, key didn't work and when we did finally get in the room hadn't been cleaned yet. Transferred us to a new room and offered us a beverage. New rooms toilet was loose from the base. Caused a smell of sewage.

The hotel was nice. We had a problem with our room cleaning - the maid forgot to clean our room. Staff were very kind and gave us breakfast vouchers to make up for it. Nice to not have to prompt them for something in return.

The hotel was very clean. This was the most comfortable bed and pillows I have ever had at a hotel. The shower was huge!! The staff was very nice. My husband and I were very pleased with the price of the hotel and the quality of the hotel. We will defiantly stay here again next year when we visit Fort Worth again. They have a little store type thing […] where you can purchase snacks or other items that you may forget. We enjoyed everything about the hotel, from all the amenities, the quiet despite nearby Alliance Airport and the pool to the overall cleanliness with excellent maid service, quick response to our request for a desk chair and the cookies at the main desk. There was only one minor flaw: We were unable to see our beloved Texas Rangers baseball team play […] on two of the three nights of our stay; the hotel's Direct TV lineup did not include the Fox Sports Southwest channel and the ESPN channel that would have allowed us to see the Rangers every night. We enjoyed our stay and will reserve another long weekend there as soon as our busy schedules allow. We even enjoyed watching the cows grazing on pasture of the nearby farm. Lisez la suite

The hotel was new, comfortable, had all amenities. Didn't have much dealing with the staff, but when I left a do not distub sign on my door, they kindly left me a bag with refills for coffee, soap, shampoo, etc. which was really nice! I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel is. Room was great - plush bath towels, comfortable bed and all the amenities one needs. My fiance and I had dinner in the lobby bar; the food was good and not overly 'hotel priced.' I stayed here during the MS150 bike ride which had shuttle service to and from TMS - very convienient for this event. […] Will definitely stay again next year.
