Cet hôtel est parfait pour visiter Tokyo; il est situé à environ 7 mn de la gare de Tokyo (les personnes qui écrivent le contraire ont dû se perdre) et à 2 mn de Ginza. Les chambres sont petites main on ne peut demander mieux à Tokyo pour ce budjet. Hotel bien, calme, proche de la gare de Tokyo. Par contre le service laisse un peu a désirer. À notre arrivée à 8h du matin après douze heures de vol, il nous a été dit que le Check-in était à 15h et il n'a pas été possible de l'anticipé. De plus le Check out à 10h du matin: c'est tôt.

Absolument rien à redire. Rien ne manque dans la chambre, il y a même des pyjamas changés chaque jour. Un jour nous avions oublié d'enlever le "do not disturb" sur la porte, à notre retour nous avons trouvé au pied de notre porte : serviettes et pyjamas de rechange ainsi que les articles de toilette. For each floor, there are some rooms that is outside a firedoor and can only be accessed by first exit the firedoor and to a entryway that is "outside" the building. It is very hard to explain but it feels weird and insecure. other than this, the room is nice and clean.

hotel was great value, staff were friendly. i had a small single room but it was fine and in the reception you could get free tea and coffee or use the internet. the whole thing was a bit diy but i liked it

Rooms are really small, but very clean and fairly new. Close to Tokyo station. Be sure to walk through the Yeasu underground street and take exit 24 for cover from the cold in winter. Free freshly ground coffee from reception between 15:00 and 00:00

It was a very pleasant and memorable stay. Indeed it was a best hotel deal as compared to other hotels located in the city of Tokyo. The JR Train Station is less than 5-10 minutes walk and we were able to travel in and out of Tokyo and within the nearby must-see attractions.

Great location at the price. Everything's new and very well maintained. Can't fault the service tho' the 10am checkout time caught me by surprise. Rooms are small, just about enough to shuffle around the double bed. Would stay there again as a quick and no-fuss place to crash for the night.

Everything was very clean, new and modern. Very close to a several stations (Tokyo, Kyobashi, Takaracho). We had a bunch of luggage (snowboard bag mainly) and wanted to be somewhere close to Tokyo station (10 min walk away). Small new and clean room with three beds and good amenities. With baggage, it will be quite a long walk from Tokyo Station. Better to take subway that is closer. Quiet neighbourhood with more offices than shops. Ate dinner at nearby shop that had mostly male office workers customers.

The hotel is in a super location - especially for the price. Had a two single bed, more spaciious room. Did not stay in one of the space shuttle rooms. The hotel is very clean, no mildew or old smoke smell. At least one of the receptionists spoke very good English. Highly recommend.

The hotel is actually not that close to Tokyo Station, about 15 mins walk. It is really close to 宝安 station though. Not much shopping around the area. Several rest. you can choose from within short walking distance. Single room is extremely small as expected.

I have not stayed in the area of Tokyo Station, but this hotel can be accessed by many different subways and only 1/2 mile from Tokyo Station and Yuraku-chon station. The room I stayed with my daughter was small but clean and safe( we left our laptop all the time in the room), the staff was helpful. I saw a larger room with 2 double beds and sitting […] area. We will stay here next time with my husband and daughter. This area is so close to Ginza, Nihonbashi, and there is a great home made japanese noodle restaurant (MOMIJIGAWA, in KYOBASHI) and covenient store around the corner. There is a subway line connected between domestic airport and Internatinal NARITA airport and the station is just a step away from the hotel. Hotel is 15 20 min. walk from Tokyo Station South gate. Lots of good places to eat, about 15 20 min walk from Hotel, sorry hard to explain where it is, but it is concentrated in a busy section off the Toyko Station south gate on the left side of the station. Conviently located near the city centre and also Ginza shopping District. Quality and comfort of the room was adequate, but as a norm in Japan, the bathroom and size of the room were small. The staff were helpful, especially in reccomending and booking tours.

My Partner, Sister and I stayed at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo Kyobashi for 12 nights in a triple room and we all thought the hotel was a great place to stay if you are visiting Tokyo! -Rooms and bathroom are a good size -Six minute walk to Tokyo Station (JR Line) -Fantastic amenities in the rooms -Free Wifi in reception -Friendly and helpful staff […] very professional -Extras like coffee station and lovely bath salts in the reception area -Airconditioning in rooms that work well -Good security Only downsides would be that the pillows are quite hard and there are not many eating out places near as it it the business central- plus sides are reception have softer pillows and there are shops and places between the hotel and Tokyo Station to buy food. This hotel is on a small quiet street within 2 minute walk of two subway stations and 15 minute walk from the Tokyo main railway station. Taxi from Tokyo station was 710 to 1200 yen. Very well kept, clean rooms. Room was small (approx. 8' x 17') but no complaints considering that this is Central Tokyo and the price was reasonable. Easily fitted one […] queen bed. There are two small convenience stores within a 2 minute walk where we were able to buy fruits, juice, pastries, yogurt etc. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel's restaurant but they did have some sort of breakfast buffet for about 900 yen. The inn is a business "hotel". The location is great. You will have to connect WiFi in the very crowded and small lobby. The room is clean but the air conditioner is installed in the room so it is very noisy when it is on. The inn has a check out policy at 10:00 AM, additional 1000 yen will be charged per hour. The staff are not familiar with the areas […] outside Tokyo Station and Ginza. They did not understand English well and honestly were not friendly as the staff at the other hotels where I stayed. This hotel is located very close to Kyobashi metro stop on Ginza line which is very convenient as there are a lot of tourist attractions on this metro line. Tokyo railway station is also not far away. The rooms are relatively small and tend to be very warm in summer, so if you don't like sleeping with air-conditioning switched on it might get too hot. […] Second bad thing is that there is no Wi-Fi in rooms, so if you want internet you need to go to the reception.
