We booked a two night stay in an executive room at the holiday inn- commercial road during May 2013 and honestly were more than happy with every single bit of service we received from every single member of staff & the entire hotel. Whilst we were there the hotel was experiencing issues with plumbing and unfortunately both our nights were disturbed […] by the loud noises resulting from the plumbing. We were totally understanding that the noises were out of their control and were more than happy with the care we were provided with. Even though we didn't sleep well, we still had a great stay and would certainly return as I'm certain it was just a one off and is now resolved. The hotel itself was immaculately clean and tidy. The lounge area was cosy and welcoming. The room was superb- very large, airy and spacious. The breakfast was really lovely. Really!! I normally stay away from hotel cooked breakfasts as I really don't like the oily greasyness that they tend to bring. This breakfast was none of that! The food was grilled, fresh & tasty. Hotel was clean and modern. The TV was mounted on the wall so I was not able to attach my mobile device and watch the movies I had brought with me and was limited to hotel movie options--which I don't really appreciate. The hotel food was adequate but expensive. I stayed here in March 2013 and would highly recommend. The hotel itself is amazing for the price and the room size very impressive for London, its just not in the nicest of areas from what I could see. However it was close to the DLR station to get somewhere else pretty quick. Rooms very modern, clean and big and the customer service was great.

Hotel itself is fantastic cant fault it but parking is. Dodgy and you can't even drop off your stuff as hotel is surrounded by double yellows other than that peachy

The hotel is well located for need ground station and spitalfields market. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a new hotel and still has that new hotel smell! The rooms are a good size, you don't feel like you're staying in a shoebox. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. I would stay here again.

The hotel is brand new, and very a good bargain for London. The room itself was great. It seems that the service staff is still in training, ie they failed to give me a wake up call when requested, but over all friendly and helpful. This is a little off the beaten track for tourists, but close to the underground station. Most of what you want to see […] is a tube ride away, but given the value, I was left with more money to go out for dinner etc. Be aware, the neighborhood is a little rough, but I always felt safe, even late at night. Exactly what you would expect from a Holiday Inn, or any other Priority Club hotel. A pool would complete the package completely. A little out of the way but fairly central if you are working in the City and are travelling by taxi.

This hotel had opened a few days before my stay, fitted to a high level, and mostly worked well. There were a couple of teething issues - the worst one being that as I had arrived back at 5am and went to sleep, nobody had warned me of the midday fire alarm test which was certainly loud enough to raise the dead. Fixtures and fittings similar to a 4* The area is not great - you are right in Tower Hamlets. If you're already planning on using a taxi most of the time, taxi drivers don't know it yet, so tell them it's on the corner of Cavell St (pronounce it Cav-ell), they know that. Breakfast is £15, bit steep for the area - if you go left out of the door and walk 100 yds there is a great little cafe - a proper 'greasy spoon' but extremely friendly and very cheap. This was my first time in a Holiday Inn and I was extremly satisfied. The hotel was only open for five days. The staff was very helpfull and friendly. The room was big enough for the two of us and very clean. The two seperate beds clean and from my view very comfortable. If they keep it up, I will definately considering going back there.

Het Hotel is super en het personeel is erg behulpzaam. Klasse verblijf chique kamer alles erg netjes. Jammer was alleen dat er geen Duitse programma's verkrijgbaar waren, en vreemd genoeg geen WC borstel ( dit hoort er wel in thuis ) ! Whatever het is een supergaaf hotel en we zullen het zeker iedereen aanbevelen.

The stay was good. A good hotel, though there were some issues with the noise that was created when corridor doors (within the hotel communal areas) closed and by the in room airconditioning system. Staff were very helpful and friendly though more people are required on the checkin desk during busy periods.

Utmärkt hotell med bra service. Området lite tråkigt men endast 5 minuter promenad till underground och möjlighet att ta sig till lite livligare områden. Rent och hotellet i bra skick.

Hotellet er det beste jeg har vært på i England når det kommer til komfort. Flotte rom! Romslig, rent, pent, flislagt flott bad, bra dusj, komfortabel seng. Forholdsvis vennlig og service-innstilt personale, men dårlige rør (doen gikk tett, og vi fikk beskjed om å vente til neste dag fordi de manglet nøkkel til service-skapet!). Måtte selv be om nytt […] rom i den forbindelse, og fikk det. Beliggenheten er det verre med. Ca. 10 minutters gange fra t-banen. Riktignok buss rett utenfor døra, men ikke et nabolag du vil vandre alene i etter at sola har gått ned. Minnet litt om Grønland i Oslo. Alt i alt så er vi fornøyde. Lisez la suite

Flott nytt hotell med gode senger. Fine bad og god service på hotellet. Super frokost med mange valgmuligheter. Middagen vi spiste var også god. Eneste som ikkje var bra var beliggenheten. Litt langt fra sentrum. Ikkje serleg fint nabolag.

Var meget tilfreds med hotellet, fik en god pris og et nyt og dejligt rent hotelværelse i bytte. God service fra receptionen, dog kunne man godt mærke at de ikke kender nærområdet super godt. Man blev ledt til turistområderne når man spurgte om tips :) Der mangler ikke noget og det er nemt at komme videre mod London city via Shadwell eller Whitechapel […] stationerne. Er man til indisk mad og er okay med at stedet ikke oser af eksklusivitet så hop over på den anden side af gaden og spis på Lahore One. Lisez la suite

Hotel nuovissimo, 4 stelle meritate. Il personale molto disponibile ed attento. Dormito molto bene e senza rumori esterni. Colazione di tutto e di più. All'arrivo un piccolo disguido che però il personale ha subito risolto cambiandoci la stanza ed offrendoci la colazione. Väldigt fint hotell med underbara rum som är rymliga, fräscha och helt enkelt perfekta! Skulle jag behöva ett hotell igen, kommer jag naturligtvis tillbaka! Var dock lite svårt att hitta till en början då Commercial Road inte är en liten gata, men som vanligt är folket i London mycket hjälpsamma! Hotell Inn for the win! ;)

Das Hoterl ist neu und sehr gepflegt mit nettem, hilfsbereitem Personal und guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die Linie 15 fährt alle 6-10 min direkt vor der Haustür, 24h 7 Tage die Woche und bringt einen ins Zentrum und zu weiteren wichtigen Punkten in der Stadt. The location of the hotel was very good! It was near to the Centre of London and bus and train stations can be reached by walking. The hotel staff was also very polite and the rooms were clean. Very good hotel!
